I had less than 30 minutes to get a new phone and head to work. I was stressed and Stephanie was a huge help and had me out of there in 20 minutes. She was helpful to her co-worker, while getting my phone set up. She handled a grumpy customer with professionalism, even though he raised his voice at her and was completely rude to her for policy’s that are out of her control! (he was mad they did not except checks. Signs are posted.) Highly recommend Steph!

I highly recommend utilizing this place for all your Verizon needs. Ask for Stephanie, she will go above and beyond to help you. I walked into the store at 10AM thinking I would walk out with a new phone, but there was a glitch in the system when activating my new phone. I walked out of the store at 12pm with my old phone -still not working and was informed that it would take at least 24 hours to process the glitched ticket. Stephanie didnt accept that. She worked diligently all day trying to get me a new working phone. At 445PM that night she called my husband to inform us that my new phone was ready to be picked up. AND she had sent me an email to inform me that my new phone was ready for pick up.As I was pulling into the parking lot to pick up my new phone she was just leaving to head home for the day. She could have kept driving but didnt, she turned around came back into the store and took care of her customer start to finish. So grateful for Stephanie and her dedication to her customers!

Store Manager Steph was outstanding with answering all of my questions and was very helpful in all aspects of upgrading my phone. She was very patient and honest about all of the selections and promotions running at the time of purchase/upgrade and she worked very swiftly to get the phone changeover completed in a timely fashion. Excellent customer service all the way around!

The people working are great I give them a 5 star... But unfortunately I had to go on a Sunday, I had to wait about 30 minutes to make a 1 minute purchase. There was only 1 person working, your hours are only 11-3 and with each customer taking approximately 45 minutes or more to get set up, means you can only take care about 5 or 6 people in those hours. Like I said super Customer Service from your employees. But really terrible Management. You should have at least 2 people there at all times. As Customers our time is important to us. Luckily the girl working today took care of me while the ones she was setting up were looking for something otherwise I might of been there for another 30 minutes. The only reason I waited was I had to have the charger.

The lady who set up my account put in the wrong address, after not receiving a bill went back and she claimed she fixed it. Still no bill. Had to call verizon and guess what, still wrong address. Took 2 months to correct this why? Yay late fees.... So glad i called because in the store, i was apparently told all kinds of wrong information about my plan and my bill. Why are Verizon stores even a thing?
