My husband and I decided it was time to upgrade our vehicle to an SUV. We found one we were very interested in online at Kerns Chevrolet in Celina, OH. We live out of town and they were quick at responding to our questions/concerns over the phone. Our Salesman’s name was Kyle Miller. I highly recommend Kerns Chevrolet, they made the transition of our vehicles nice and smooth. They make sure their customers are happy and I like the fact that they are not pushy like many dealerships around. They made our car buying experience great, we would definitely buy from them again in the future!

He made sure the car was there and ready for us to see.Everyone was polite, friendly and Brandon was knowledgeable about the car and very helpful.We drove the car home the same day.Not having to return to the lot, or pick it up tomorrow.Their regular person that does the trade-Ins and finance paper work wasn’t there but there was a very nice and knowledgeable person filling in (so the sale could be completed in the same day).Brandon even walked us through all the features and buttons after our sale.We are happy and satisfied with the car, Brandon and the Kerns team. I called to schedule my first oil change, however the Service Department was closed. To my surprise, the next business day I received a call from the Service Department to schedule my appointment. This courtesy exceeded my expectations!

My oil change and tire rotation went extremely well but my previous visit where my transmission was jerking was not satisfied very well I was charged for a computer hook up to see what issue was and was never fixed still does it
If your looking for a new/used car I very strongly suggest looking elsewhere.The service center on the other hand is great, friendly people, courteous. I would give the service center 5 stars!
Rip off cussed out by sales on walnut Street sold me a gap policy was told by gap they sent my refund to Kerns..was called a lier ...by jerk at Kerns...buyer beware.

I found the car that I was looking for. I made an appointment 3 days in advance just to find out hours before my appointment the general manager had taken the car out. With little convincing Tom and Scott made sure that the 2016 Equinox LT that I wanted was there. Other then that no hassle. I bought that SUV. Thanks guys for being so nice and friendly.Brenda Pitts

We purchased a gently used SUV yesterday from Kerns. The facility is small, but clean. I was so impressed by their selection of used GMCs & Chevys, that we drove 90 miles there. The sales man Gary was very laid back and low pressure. We have purchased 3 vehicles before this and this was by far the best purchasing experience. Very little haggling and straight forward answers. I had my 5 y/o son with me there for 5 hours and he was comfortable there, they even have a little popcorn stand and childs table with access to a TV. As far as our buying experience goes we are very pleased. We have only had the car for 24 hours so I cannot review on this, but so far so good!

I have purchased several vehicles at this location over the years and have always had a great experience with the GM there. Prices have always been competitive and the follow up after the sale is always great. I have referred several people who have driven hours away to do business with Kerns Chevrolet and they have had the same great experience.
Took a test drive. Car had brake problems, and pulled hard to the right. Salesman tried to play it off like it was nothing. Plus the car had significant hail damage.. and they still wouldnt deal at all. Not worth the trip.

Have bought all my cars there for over 7 years. Have always been taken care of. Must understand, you must always have your mechanic inspect your vehicle PRIOR to signing as AS IS sales agreement.

I had a great experience buying my used 2012 F150 XLT Supercrew. I ended up having to take it back the next day because it had a bad vibration at highway speed and was pulling to the left. They ended up having to do an alignment and balance the tires. I gave a 4 because these were things that should have been caught when the incoming inspection was performed. There is also still a shudder on takeoff that they attribute to turbo lag. My guess is that the driveshaft spline needs lubed. I would recommend using them. They have great sales people and they took care of the truck without it costing me anything.
Not very happy with getting stuff fixed and dealing with warranty. You would think to keep your customers happy and have them come back you would just fix issues and then deal with warranty company
Face it, sometimes cars can have problems that upset you. This group not only solves those problems in the best possible manner, but it does so with empathy and kindness.
Felt turned off by the quirky sales manager of service department, Ill go another place next time...sorry.

Took in for service & repair of lumbar on seat. Everything went good with no problems. Had to order parts for seat but expected that. Got the truck back the next day by noon.
Bought a truck there and after about 3 months, it started dying everytime I stopped, found it to have what my mechanic called a death motor, would have had to replace motor.

This has turned into one of the worst buying experiences of anything in my life. Traded in a a perfectly fine car for what turned out to be a total lemon! Within just a month of trading for it, the car required a $2,000 repair. I have the bills to prove. I purchased the full warranty they sold me at the start and of course the warranty company did not cover the repair. The dealership did NOTHING to help and passed on blame. A larger size gear was put in that the warranty company thinks caused my problem, but was proven untrue by the shop that fixed it.When looking at trading the car at another dealership, I was alerted that this car was in an accident prior to my purchase (which I was not told about) and was imported from Canada with electronics that are not common in cars in the United State (yup, not told about that either).BEWARE!
Will never get my car serviced here again i took for a oil change I didnt bother to check the level until about 15 days later because I gave them benefit of the doubt they did it right but in return they didnt do it right my oil was on the very last line of the dip stick when i took back in to tell them they claimed was only half quart low they were obviously lien to save there buts because it was way over a quart there only out to make money i wouldnt recommend this place to no one not even to buy a car horrible people
Bought a car in July with 95000k. Didnt buy an extended warranty. The car was 5 yrs old. Who thought you would need one with it being so new....well......5 car pmts later the transmission blew up. Costing $3700 to replace it. Of course THEIR not going to help me out with any of it because I didnt buy a warranty. It sucks when your out there working every day my husband is a former Marine who asks for nothing we have the car pmt and now trying to figure out how InThe world were going to pay for this repair. I just wish people would do right with people who are contributing to society everyday and just cant get a break. Feeling very low to start out the new year.Thanks for screwing us over. Ill never buy or recommend Kerns to anyone, just the opposite.

Drove 2 hours and bought a used car from Kerns, within the week it had slit in the radiator hose close to the dashboard and caused it to overheat. The timing belt snapped and the engine locked up. Many things it said it had online are not true including the power locks, am/fm radio and air conditioning were said to have worked and did not, at least not well at all for some of them. The horn and cigarette lighters also were broken and the visor lights continuously stay on when the car was running since the mirror covers were broken. The battery was junk and had to be replaced by AAA ON THE WAY HOME. The car immediately stopped working the moment I pulled into a rest area without me even putting it in park. It shut off while it was rolling! They said they changed the oil, which they may have. But the oil dip stick was melted to its holder and the owner actually broke it off when trying to help me check the oil. Not too happy with my purchase considering within a week its junk.
Not sure I would trust them with my vehicle. Has them do a standard service and I end up breaking down a few days later. Their mechanics seem to be inexperienced.
Kerns lost my service. I took my new car, that I bought from them, in to have it serviced because it was already having problems after 4 months, and when I picked it up the service office was closed and a man told me I owed $40. I paid it with cash and he gave me a paper. Now I keep getting phone calls saying I owe this. I called the owner and he was very rude to me. Not only did I pay $40 for service that got me no where, but employees at kerns destroyed my fiancés brand new $180 shoes that I bought him when he worked there and they wont give us my cd case full of CDs back. After paying the $40, that I ALRESDY PAID, you guys completely lost my service, and you will never get a dime from me, friends, family, and everyone else who asks for my recommendation/opinion.
Dont go here bought a used 2001 dodge dakota and was told its a awesome truck and was sold of truck with junk engine two weeks later took it to my mechanic and they said this motor is junk had sludge all through the motor because of lack of oil changes from previous owner. You would think they would check there vehicles before they sold them but nope just wanna rip you off. Do your self a favor and donot go to this hell hole. Unless u wanna buy a new motor which I have to.
