Beautiful boats and accessories, terrible service mentality. They ignore phone calls, and do not provide the services they charge you for.I sent them my boat for 8 years and constantly had to beg them for info or action. I only continued because it was convenient to my home.

What are the check out the boat ramp and the facilities I think theyre very capable of what they want to do if I need the services I will go back

Needed a new high speed key made for my Sea Doo jet ski, they had me bring it in the day called. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

So I found a sled on Facebook marketplace and was speaking to will for at least 4-5 days talking about everything and agreed on a final price of 7500 not to mention his place is 3 hours away. he asked for my driver license to get paper work all drawn up to speed up process and told me that no deposit is required which is always a good thing to hear from a business man come to find out the next day he messages me saying someone else bought it for an extra 500 worst company to deal with don’t buy from out of state do not deal with will he will ruin your day.

My seadoo had something stuck in impeller.Jim scheduled me in immediately.Dropped off picked up a couple days later.Fair price, quick service, nice people.Rhonda

Just bought a new pontoon, and it was a great experience. Will the sales manager is a great guy! He is a boat person, and really knows his products. Gave us top dollar for our trade in, and didnt try to low-ball us. It makes you feel good about dealing with a fair place.

If I could leave no stars I would. There marketing manager Will had a hand shake deal worked out with me and sold the product out from under me. He has no integrity and is dishonest, not to mention terrible communication and customer service. These guys are a scam!!! STAY AWAY

Recently purchased a used pontoon from these guys, worked with Will the sales manager, and have had nothing but good experiences so far! I take possession in a couple of weeks and am very excited and will update once finalized. Definitely recommend so far :)

Bought a new 300RXTX and Will done a great job on pricing and time frame for receiving the jetski and trailer. It was a real pleasure working with him. We picked up the RXTX and dual trailer today. We noticed that the driver side lights were not.working. We went back to the marina and Jim got us over to the shop and got in it right away. Jason and Mark looked at it and found the problem and fixed it right away. Mark even went above and beyond by spraying the new plug with marina spray to prevent corrosion. Thank you Jim for getting us the great and quick service with Mark and Jason and Will for the turnaround on getting everything in and ready for us. Google only allows 5 stars but as Siskel and Ebert say I give them 2 👍.

Had a remanufactured engine put in only to last one season. First after I picked it up it kept dieing. Then it wouldnt start replaced the starter only to run another month after calling and finding out the warranty dont mean Jack. So instead of spending another 3,000 I pulled the engine myself to see the problem.first I found the PTO bolts came out by hand no tool needed to loosen. The realized the oil pump was lose and was missing a bolt that is not found in the hull so it didnt fall out. After removing the cylinder I find one stud and the gasket look water damaged. And because of the oil pump not working properly the piston rod burned all the bearings at the crankshaft it allowed enough play to strike the head and score the piston and the head. Im out 3,000 because of negligence and now another 1000 to get this done my self
