Work was done to fix water pump seal. Heat/defrost was supposed to be fixed as a result. By the time I returned to Kansas, no more heat/defrost. Very congenial owners. Subzero weather in Kansas, Ill be driving our Jeep instead of the Nitro. Still need working defrost/heat. $550 repair not an entire waste, got me home without freezing.

Last oil change they did synthetic oil. Checked oil month later 3 qts low stop using it back to regular oil doesnt use any now
