I’ve never had a problem here

Stopped by this Kroger store location yesterday while nearby visiting my family. I was actually very surprised that the staff and many customers were still complying by the COVID-19 pandemic precautions. The store was very clean and well maintained to a high standard. The staff was very professional and friendly with all the customers. Overall my experience was very good and I received great customer service. Im sure that Ill be back when Im in town next time.

They are selling EXPIRED foods, their produce was in horrible shape, moldy fruit,(especially Strawberries) brown lettus, ect. BUT what got me doing this review is the fact I bought (Hostess Donettes) doughnuts yesterday 8-17-21 and went to eat one today 8-18-21, and had to stop myself because there was white fuzzy patches on them..aka MOLD, I checked the date and they EXPIRED 7-31-21.. clearly they are NOT pulling EXPIRED foods from the shelves and selling it as if it is no problem..Im badly allergic to mold..luckily I noticed right away. PLEASE check dates on EVERYTHING before you buy from this location, someone is not doing their job.

Im usually very satisfied when I shop at Kroger. Since Covid came along, seems like anywhere I shop doesnt always have everything I need in stock. I search for Recees International Delight every time I walk in the store, but it hasnt been available for months and months. Its the best. That is my only complaint! The store is always clean, well organized, and theres a great selection of products. Overall, Kroger is my favorite store for groceries and prescriptions.

Shannon and Maria have out done themselves in the Bakery. The 2 cakes I have ordered have been Absolutely amazing,,Moist, and Decorated just how I wanted them THANK YOU

I dont understand why they even have a Customer Service desk, its closed more than its open. Just change the hours since you have to close early all the time. Ridiculous. You guys are the only game in town for certain services, you think you would put more effort into having people who can work the hours they are supposed to be open.

I also have problems with them being open to selling pen needles for my insulin pens. Rude and nasty. First girl did not even respond she just walked off. Second girl threw a fit even after I showed her my box with the insulin pens and it’s script sticker attached. Insulin needed and syringes do not require a prescription. If the pharmacists think they above the law they are mistaken. Perhaps it’s time for the customers to band together.

A major grocery chain but yet it is able to maintain a hometown feel.Store is clean and everyone is very helpful.Great selection of healthier food options: to include vegetarian and vegan options.Deli has many offerings, both hot and cold. Also has a varied assortment of baked goods.

I LOVE SOME OF THE PRICES KROGER HAS, BUT SOME THINGS ARE WAY TO EXPENSIVE !!!

At the cedartown pharmacy location I have purchased syringes for the past year for the prescription I have for testosterone Cypionate. I receive the testosterone from a compounding pharmacy because it is much cheaper and it is the pharmacy my doctor recommends.Upon requesting my normal order today I was informed that Kroger’s policy is to not sell syringes to people without a prescription requiring them. Upon informing the cashier that I have bought them there for the past year I was quickly dismissed stating she wasn’t going to sell them to me. I don’t know what Kroger’s policies are. However I do know that the policy seems to hinge on what the cashiers perception is of you at the time of purchase. The first time I purchased syringes at Kroger the cashier looked over my arms for track marks. I am a fit male and I do care about my health. Today I wore a shirt that shows my figure. It is my assumption that the cashier took a look at me and decided my plan for the syringes was not in good taste and refused to sell them to me. I am sickened by the way I was demoralized in front of my 10 year old daughter. I will no longer be using Kroger pharmacy and will tell everyone I know the same sequence of events that happened today.

Experienced my first curbside pick up today in Cedartown ha. It was great!! The lady, Michelle, that brought my groceries to the car was so nice and helpful. The problem I did have was that website would not let me order Kroger wheat day online. I definitely know it was on shelf in store. I will definitely use this service again. Thank you.

“Small town, everyone knows your name” sort of feel to this Kroger. I always love to see the friendly faces and even get a hug from the staff sometimes. I buy organic and vegan. They have a good selection of items that I use daily. They also have great sales.

One of the best Kroger stores. Always clean, wonderful employees, and mostly well stocked with fresh vegetables and fruit.

Awesome store with a great selection of healthy foods. I gave 4 stars for this location, because I still have to travel to nearby cities for my fresh ground almond and peanut butters. I really wish they would carry this! Also, they really need a bigger, better supply of organic apples to choose from.

They are cheaper than Walmart and you get three cent off gas and dont have to pay for it and you also get a Kroger card and money off your gas and grocery. And you dont get a card from Walmart and get money off your gas and grocery unless you buy a card and put money on it.

I love kroger because if you can afford it its a one stop shop in all. Its got all the stuff u could need for house, school or parties. A little expensive but if u got the money well worth spent

This is a great store, except the pharmacy. The pharmacy has a serious issue of the employees saying one thing, and the pharmacist saying exactly the opposite. In the most recent case, it was about a medical supply, over the counter, but not on the shelf. Employees, once again substituted a different product of a different size, unusable instead of saying they did not have the correct size, and insisting a prescription be on file. The pharmacist claims that they do not carry the size requested, despite the fact it has been purchased there before. Basically I no longer trust the pharmacist or the employees since one is wrong and there is no way to verify which is which.

Always find what Im looking for, Good sell prices, have to watch reg. price items they have to make up for sell prices. Watch out at register for an item thats not priced usually price 3 times to high!

The employee that was working self checkout was very hateful and did not want to help me and when she came over she almost punched the screen as she was adding in the code and charged me $14 for bundles of collars

All these people talking about the GREAT SELECTION here have never been to a larger Kroger. The selection here is horrible but i will say it is the best grocery store in cedartown

Every day I choose Kroger because not only does it have the selection and brands I like. But theyre the best organized grocer in town

Friendly pharmacy and quick wait time if you stay. Typically find everything you need, including regular foods, hard to find items, and plenty of organic options. They even have a gas station with cheap pricing. Their parking lot is always busy and so is the gas station.

I come from out of town to sit with an elderly woman I do her shopping and handle her needs. Ive came to this store twice before with no issue of having to have a pen number . Today. The cashier was rude and unwilling to help me as it wouldnt allow me to run her card as credit. Its the end of the week and she is home bound I like to have everything she needs to last through the weekend. I do not work on weekends I called to inform management and allow them to speak with her but they hung up on me both times! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I will be calling the hire ups. No stars!!

I come here to buy something 2 or more times a day. The parking lot is a nightmare. Too many ppl block the fire lane all day which makes it hard to navigate through. A small amount of employees are extremely pleasant, while the rest make you feel like youre disturbing them when asking a question. Sales are usually good, but sale items are frequently out of stock. If there were more options for grocery shopping in Cedartown I probably wouldnt shop here.

Very clean, awesome prices for clearance items and they stay on top of out of date items! They have a wide variety of fresh produce and I havent found a rotten vege on the shelf yet. However, their staff always seems bothered by the customers and on multiple occasions I have come in contact with employees that either dont talk to me at all while Im checking out or they have an attitude.

Always fresh produce, meats, deli great selection. Dont like the fact theres never a cashier lane open! Always have to self check out, And theres a line...

Always treat me like family. Clean stocked and efficient. I drive from lindale to shop here because i love the people and the store so much

Cedartown is convenient, usually has the odd item I need, and has the best gas prices around. AND! I love that Kroger sends coupons via mail and app.

Went in to Kroger to buy phone and the Customer Service lady picked up the wrong phone card. Went back in there and she said they didnt do refunds on phone cards. I now have a phone and phone card that doesnt match.

Great service in the floral department. Quick and easy self check out.

Kroger is the best grocery store that we have in Cedartown Ga. I love their sales and everyone is very nice and helpful. Except for employee Elaine Smith shes is always rude and bad mouths managers!

Have always liked this particular store. Its clean, employees are very helpful, friendly, and professional. Only problem is that they are no longer 24 hours. This saddens me.

This shopping center has several good stores in it. Its also close to a couple of restaurants and fast food.

Grocery set is chaos. No beet juice on juice aisle? Gravy mix should be with soup. Produce half empty. Hassled getting cash back at register. ....

I am disabled and require a scooter to do my shopping. NOT A ONE charged I found one that had 1/2 charge and it quit on me after 2 isles and the employees that I asked for help acted totally clueless on what to do!! All i asked was for someone to please get me a regular buggy. Finally one young man named Ryan did. He also helped check me out and took my groceries to the car for me.

This is a smaller store, the employees are friendly and they have most of what you need. The meat Dept is good and prices are food if you know how to shop coupons and the deals.

The Kroger in Cedartown is no longer open 24 hours closing at 1 A.M. Gas is open till 11 P.M. Still a great place to shop with friendly, knowledgeable staff and a small town atmosphere.

I wish they were still open 24 hours but I understand not doing it anymore.

Typically I love Kroger is my favorite store. But the last 3 months that I have been coming to the Cedartown Kroger I have had to deal with an ungodly amount of rude people in customer service. The meat department never has anyone back there. I have to go to customer service and then the girls their get an attitude with me because theyre understaffed. I try to pay my bills and one week theyll take my card and the next week they tell me theyre not allowed to take my card. I know for certain theres one girl in there hes always tweaked out of her mind. She constantly messes up everything when I need help. These people cant get my name right they cant get my card information correct they cant do much of anything except catch an attitude.

RUDE Employees and Rude Manager at Cedartown location! I will drive out of town to go to Kroger from now on. Staff doesnt know coupon policy. Neither does the manager. Had to call corporate office to get correct answer about using digital coupons.

Love the store. But everytime we get fuel here my credit card gets hacked. Watch your credit card when fueling here.

Kroger Cedartown stinks. Shelves stay empty most of the time. I have to go to Walmart or Penny Pinchers to get the many items that Kroger stays out of. Produce not good. Half bag if new potatoes rotten, etc etc etc. I will go to Rome before shopping Cedartown Kroger again

The entire store stunk like cigarets there was about 10 people smoking right outside the front doors. The lighting inside was awful. The girl at the customer service desk basically rolled her eyes at me when she had to help me. Won’t be coming back.
