Poor communication in regards to my refills. I kept asking for a refill and they kept saying it’s on order then canceling my refill this happened for several weeks before I finally contacted them and was like what’s up. Then they tell me oh we need your doctor to fill out a Prior authorization. This was not happening for whatever reason. Then their fridge broke and for days they kept saying come back tomorrow. Shipment is coming in tomorrow at 3 but it never did so I gave up and left CVS for Bradford. You can’t leave diabetics without insulin. They did not offer to transfer my script to another pharmacy that had it in stock. They just wanted me to keep waiting. They just wanted me to keep waiting and sit without insulin. They had no compassion and treated me like I was crazy for being so upset. That’s not crazy. That’s called high blood sugar crankiness. Cvs is criminal in the way they handle things. They did not stay on top of things. They treated the whole situation like I had a script for something less urgent that would not kill me or put me in a coma. Stay far far away from CVS.
Don’t use this pharmacy. They are always very slow, never have your medication ready, don’t answer phone calls, and always tell you to call your dr when they messed up. Some of the workers are rude too & just care about when they get off of work !
VERY slow drive thru, always leaves you on hold for 30+ mins when you try to call, just all around not good

I went to pick up a prescription on Sunday that I was told would be ready the previous Friday. When I went to get it, Emily told me it was not ready and I would have to wait thirty minutes. I explained that I had called on Friday and was told it would be ready by noon that day. She said, Well I dont know anything about that, we are not McDonalds and you will just have to wait.A proper response would have been to say, I am so sorry, let me see if I can get that more quickly for you. Instead she said, Well there are seven other prescriptions ahead of you, so you will just have to wait.I mistakenly signed up for AETNA/CVS this year for my medical insurance but will make sure I dont make that mistake again. Thats $8,000 in future medical insurance premiums lost over a surly clerk and a $3.00 prescription.
I love Cvs especially in Cedartown Ga and Rome NE Ga. They treat not just me by name but my baby Gizmo (yorkie) he loves going threw that drive threw waiting for them to bring him a milk bone. There awesome, treat you with respect, care about you, and very quick with refills!😁
Pretty bad here. The pharmacy is slow and out of my meds %25 of the time and good luck getting help up front or on the phone.
Called pharmacy to ask a simple question about a refill. Been on hold for 45 mins!!!!!! Prior call was about 39 mins. Several months ago did not have this problem. It’s become apparent there customer service has fallen drastically as waiting almost an hour on the phone is ridiculous. Will be moving our meds or ordering direct if this is how they now operate. Very poor customer service. Great people when you can talk to them but very hard to get to a person at all.

Absolutely horrible customer service. When you have a serious illness like cancer you dont need to be bothered with lazy pharmacists who have no attention to detail. If you need your medicine in a timely fashion because you are in severe pain, youd be better off not bringing your prescription here. Several times I have seen the pharmacists here, make mistakes and then lie about it and then somehow try to blame the customer. With that kind of attention to detail maybe they shouldnt be handling peoples medicine.
You all are price gorging! A can of Lysol should not be $10.99! Shame

Month after month I have nothing but trouble trying to get prescriptions filled. There’s always a different reason and it’s usually that they don’t even have the medication that I take monthly which makes absolutely no sense at all!

Worse service ever. After surgery, WHILE IN PAIN they Took 2+ hours to fill my prescription. Then told me I couldnt have them filled. They didnt have one medications in the whole store. Then said I had to wait UNTIL THE NEXT DAY...felt every bit ofthe pain the whole night....BS.Dont waste your time here.
I have been waiting 3 days for my order to be filled . They keep telling me the next day. Now going on 4rt day and the staff member I talked to said it was the first shed heard of it !
No rhythm or reason in this store. Don’t keep their medicine ordered in order to fill scripts but they suggest you may want to try another store. No customer service at all.
