This man was rude he said they was not mechanics he said he didn’t like his job and threatening me I don’t know this man. He told me that I could go somewhere else they had the oil out of my car and he said he would stop the work with no oil in my car. He said he was the supervisor his boss took up for him. I don’t trust them all I done was ask questions about my car he got all arrogant with me another employee that was nice said he is like that with all the customers. Not me no more. While I was speaking to another guy he told me to shut my mouth and quit talking. I told him that I would pray for him he told me he didn’t believe in God. I don’t want him working on anything I have Becareful

I Cant Find Anything! They have moved the store around to the point of needing a map to just find your way from the front door to the tills. Speaking of the tills. I did not come to the store to push a trolley around the store, get my items, make my way to checkout, only to have to scan, bag, and do the work of a cashier. If I am going to do the work of an employee, I should get an employee discount for cashing myself out.

Store was clean and easy to shop in, however, if I want to cashier I would get a job doing so.

Amazing. This Walmart had a product my local Walmart in Florida hasnt carried in over a year. Collagen great value drink mix. Now if they only had Virgils Root beer.

Excellent location, quiet with minimal foot traffic. The shelves were reasonably stocked and the staff was very friendly. Decent lanes outside to park a semi and the management had no issue with me parking there. Also they have a Wendys, McDonalds and small strip mall next to location.

There is a serious issue at this store. Its very unfair to your customers, and that needs to be addressed.The customer service department of your store closes abruptly at 7:00 p.m., when the store does not close until 11:00 p.m.We have been to the store twice this week to to exchange a pair of work pants for a different size, once at 10:00 p.m. and once at 9:00 p.m. we were told we couldnt exchange the pants.This practice has been going on for over a year in Rockmart, I had a similar experience there.No where ANYWHERE are these specific customer service hours listed or posted....Not online, not in the store, not at the front entrance, not at any register.I have no problem if your store wants to close the customer service 4 hours before closing the store, but if you do you need to PIST THE HOURS CLEARLY WHERE THEY CAN BE READ BY THE CUSTOMERS SO WE DONT MAKE MULTIPLE USELESS TRIPS TO YOUR STORE.

Well, in my opinion Walmart is the store I would shop at rather then any other store when it comes to groceries. Walmarts employees/workers are also very nice Ive never had any problems with them.

The food is normally really good. However it wasnt the chili cheese fries were disgusting. The chili was not even chili just greasy hamburger meat or something and I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and chicken was thin the bread was the biggest thing on the sandwich.

The employee at the photo department was very rude I went and asked about my photos to see if they was done and she replied it’s gonna be a while and I asked about how long and she rudely replies “umm well you did order to much big photos so like I said it’s gonna be a while “ all I was doing was asking I don’t understand why Walmart employees have to have such a bad attitude like my bad didn’t mean to ruin your day I though costumers come first with kind of employment.

Prices need to be posted with product better. There is a lot of product in the wrong place. No its not that someone simple sat the product in the wrong place its a shelf full of it.

This store has so many dogs in it on a daily basis. NOT SERVICE DOGS. Pets. They allow people to put their Dogs in shopping carts where you put your children in at. Dogs scratching their fleas and shaking their hair all over the place where tou buy your food at.. NASTY

THEYVE MOVED EVERYTHING. Im still not accustomed to the layout. I dont like it lol. Since the rennovation though, they have a larger selection of items and everything is kept well stocked compared to pre rennovation. Wish they had more cashier ran registers rather than the robots.

Just hate it. Always associates are playing around and not willing to help.I asked someone to help me find some trout bait but they couldnt find it!!. I found the fishing isle myself, but they couldnt find it too?! Ugh

WalMart is WalMart wherever you go. Seems to be transitioning from public store to curbside pickup and orders online. Noticed it was mostly self checkout at the inside cash registers.Still a quick and easy place to shop.

This was the hardest place I ever had to be at .Me and my MOMMA WAS so close all our Lifes together. Most important thing was where you seen me and my daughter Stephanie and my precious Mother .You would see us out going to shop and go out to eat down town in Rockmart right across from the Police station. Also had Moms cousin Barbra Ann Hughes was always with us so we had a very long evening out .Then we went out to the Handyandy store to play Kino and picked out some crack offs tickets and play the machines and most of the time we won on all of it. Me and Stephanie would stay with Mom all weekend an go home on Sundays and we sometimes went to Church with Barbra Ann .Then we packed up and left to go back home. She stayed lots of time with me and the grand kids .We shopped ate out and sometimes we would take them Skating. Me and Mom skated to when we felt good.She loved being with all of us and having a very special time together. I love my Momma and she was with me throughout the years and she seen me have most . all of my surgeries .She was my rock and my wourld. No one will ever be able to take her place in my Heart.I miss her everyday and every night and every second of the day or night. We where so close we talked three or four times aday and night. She always call me and told me good night and good morning. I cry for her so much my eyes stay swollen all the time .My Momma was the best in the whole world because she was my rock my world .I can say she worked hard all her life and bought us anything we needed and wanted. Well I could go on and on however thats just a little about our lifestyle together. So me and my sissy and brother never wanted for anything she made sure to that.I Love You my sweet pretty little Momma .But my heart cries and is broken forever and ever.I will see you in Heaven and we will Rejoice scroll over Heaven with Jesus Christ our saver.Amen.....

Good place to pick up a few groceries, a prescription, or pet food, but for major variety I would look elsewhere. The salespeople are helpful enough, but the aisles are stocked haphazardly, if at all. And, the variety is sorely lacking. I really hate to give this kind of review for a store in my hometown, but if the shoe fits.

I ordered for pick up and the young man that brought my order was very personable. He even had to return an item and give me credit and he did it with a smile. He said he was the only employee working pick up, and he was very busy,But he was handling everyones concerns and order with a great attitude. I did not get his name, but I hope Walmart appreciates his above and beyond efforts. I am not sure I could have handled his job at all.

That Location Is Being Remodeled. You Cant Find Anything! The Isles Are Too Close Together.

Walking in was a fantastic experience, no lines, and everything appeared to be stocked.. or so I thought.As we shopped around for a tree for Christmas we found one!! A nice Black tree with white lights. Well the floor model was the only one we could find so I started searching. I looked everywhere, the last place I checked, behind lights was the tree I was looking for. Now, when I say it was behind lights, I mean someone potentially an employee put this tree behind 2 stacks of lights, under a mountain of other trees with the identification number facing backwards.So if you want to do your shopping here by all means. But beware of greedy employees who hide product.

The store is being redone, its an adventure finding the new locations of products were looking for. I really hate the new registers, though. I miss the face to face interaction with cashiers. The layout of the self serve isnt user friendly. Im hoping that this is an experiment and will ultimately fail and return to people.

What can I say... Walmart is Walmart... They either have it or dont. U may go in for just one item. But Walmarts promise is that u will definitely end up buying more for less...

Dont order delivery from this store. We placed our order and was charged and given a delivery time. We had to call the store just to get told all they could do is leave a note for the manager that came in the next morning.

Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate it when I can get an answer to a question and if the associate doesnt know how to answer, theyre quick to find out what youre looking for in order to help me.

Walmart use to be one of my favorites but Pell City, Al has some of the rudest employee & they have NO customer service skills. Then I move back home, Georgia, & they close at 11pm no big deal right. No wrong. My son & I walked into the store 15 minutes til 10pm/9:45pm. We went to electronics & waited 30 minutes for someone to come with the keys. They paged for someone & had 4 other employees looking for this person with the keys. Finally a lady came up to us and told us she doesnt have access to the keys anymore so we would have to come back during the day cause there was always someone with the keys there....ugh. So that left about 40 minutes to grocery shop. We have been moving all week so no food in the house. Every 5 minutes someone was coming over the intercom tell us what time it was & that we need to get out. Well we make it to the front to check out and there are no registers open. You have got to be kidding me and it wasnt 11pm yet. So my son & I had to ring & bag our $265.00 worth of food, while the employees stood there and stared at us impatiently. So Wal-Mart is still a good store Im just going to be doing a lot more online shopping. BTW this was at the Bremen GA store.

I love shipping at walmart cause of the great prices they but lately they have been making mistakes between the store and what is on the Walmart site it says they have stuff in at a certain price but when you go to walmart to get that item its either not the price as the site says it is for in store purchase or they dont have it as the site claims so I think the corporate office needs to get this fixed cause a lot of people show up to get something for the site price and its not there it makes everyone mad other than that I love shopping at walmart

This is the messiest WalMart Ive ever been to. I couldnt find hardly anything I wanted and nothing is on the marked isles. For example, the sign said juice and the wine was on that isle.
