Pumps are very, very slow. Took almost 15 seconds per gallon by my inexpert attempt at timing. For comparison I filled up somewhere else and it took 6 seconds per gallon. Stop for the store but will be getting my gas elsewhere.Edit: Note to responce, I did reach out prior to this review and was contacted that they will be out to inspect the pumps. Adding another star for taking and responding to customer conserns. I set a note to check pump speeds in november so hope its corrected.

I travel for work and compared to other KT locations this one only has nice staff going for it. The food is never fresh, bathrooms aren’t clean and stocked, and they are out of common items.

Used to be a PDQ. KwikTrip fixed it. Stop in at the best convenience store in Cedarburg. Reason for the three-star is the last two times Ive stopped in to use the Frankie it has been not working. Staff needs to be quicker on those things. I will amend if I dont need to wait the next couple times.

Always has everything I need. Always has helpful employees. Their pizza is delicious. I usually call ahead of time and they bake the pizza and by the time I arrive its ready for me. This time I went in and asked to have the pizza baked and it was still not a problem. Only waited about 15 minutes (all 3 ovens were being used when I walked in, so had to wait until one was open). Usually get my lunch here also. Its usually a nice one stop shop with regards to breakfast, lunch, coffee, even fruit, basic groceries, and of course gas.

The workers are AWESOME!!! however, I am scared to take my family because of the 10 people there yesterday, 2 had masks on (Me and the worker Angie). It is not fair or safe to expect workers to be a few feet away from a person who reverse affirmative could have Covid. As a customer I and my family will not risk infection by going to Kwik Trip allowing yokels to callously spread infection and risk all of our health! Places like Menards are safe and we appreciate that. We will take our business elsewhere until Kwik Trip starts caring for and protecting its customers AND workers!

If you are looking for a place that has everything you need when you are in a hurry or not, Kwik Trip is the place.Also a place for good employment

Bathrooms are in rough shape. Not up to kwik trip standards

Went in the gas station to use the bathroom, finish using it and then I went to the sink to wash my hands, no water to wash my hands I had soap still on my hands. Went out the bathroom tell the clerk about the water wasnt working she replied the water is off thats why the water is not working, like I know the water was not working. So I really felt like someone cut the water off when they saw I was a black man. But the nice lady in the front counter was very nice I 🤔 the water was off. But next time could you at least tell people the water off before they use the bathroom.

Its a gas station.... Amazing selection of coffee and what not to get your morning going. The staff is always friendly whenever I go in.

I travel often and Kwik trip is my go-to gas station for 3 reasons. Friendly staff, good food and clean bathrooms. This location consistantly falls short and is a stain on the brand name.

Gas prices are about average, nice selections of convenience items (snacks and beverages) and prepared food. Tuna salad or egg salad on croissants are really tasty.

Was a PDQ. This is the worst Kwik Trip ever. Often out of milk? Really? Seldom has stock to support specials. BIG kwik Trip fan. This one just doesnt support their good name.

The store is always nice it has hot food and its clean and conveniently located but the staff tend to be less than welcoming on a regular basis. On the last visit to this store myself and some friends(2 others) were approached but what I can only imagine is the pretentious manager and asked how long we were going to remain in the parking lot. When we stated we could leave he went on to say good go ahead and do that in a snide way. Now the background to the story we spend a considerable amount of money in this store in fact that day two of us had purchased items from the store. We had only been at the store at most 10 minutes including time to pick out and purchase items. Once we were done inside one of my friends wanted to smoke so we were waiting for him when the manager approached us. Needless to say after the experience I can assure you that this business has lost the business of at least 5 people which doesnt sound like much but when you consider we all used to get our fuel here on a daily basis thats a considerable loss adding up to around $3200/ month in fuel alone not including food beverage or other items. So I guess I should congratulate the manager on the loss due to his poor choice of treatment toward paying customers.

Love Love Love Kwik Trip. They have the best coffee and you can get so much more here too.

Their diesel pump wont fit in my jetta so I cant even get fuel here? Some people drive small cars with diesel engines! Besides gas is more expensive than other local gas stations, beer is likewise abhorrently priced, staff are unpleasant. RIP PDQ. Go to mobile or citgo.
