Pleasantly surprised the service level is consistent across advisers . This is critical as the team is only as good as all the components. They communicate at a high level. I appreciate the fact they don’t try to upselll unnecessary services . I have 3 Jeep vehicles so I am frequently using the service department for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. I was disappointed. I spent $2000 fixing several problems with my car. When I went to pick it up, it had trouble starting. This is not one of the reasons I brought it in. I feel like my car was in worse shape after the repairs than it was before the repairs. I picked it up and had to take it to another mechanic.Matt was coordinating the maintenance. He listened to my problems and kept me informed but didn’t seem to have great options for me.I was told there were problems with my navigation system/remote start. I was told there were two updates that could be installed from Chrysler that might fix the issue. I was also told that it’s possible that these updates knock out my computer system and then it would need to be replaced. This would have to come out of my own pocket? When I questioned this, I was told that I would have to call Chrysler and negotiate with them.I don’t think anyone was rude (hence 2 stars instead of 1),I just think I got much better service at the second place. I told them I was displeased and they felt my bill should stay as is.Hope you have better luck than I did

I purchased a new Jeep from 5 Corners last year. About four months ago, the vehicle started to exhibit problems with the oil level. After monthly checks, it was determined that a new engine was needed. It took a month to complete the process; from obtaining authorization from Chrysler, getting the right parts and replacing the engine itself. There was pretty good communication throughout the experience. And, I was given a loaner vehicle to use during the process. 🙂

I cannot say enough good things about the service department. I have had some issues with my vehicle that I have never experienced before. They went above and beyond to help me. Explained everything very well and always in a calm tone. In todays world it isnt easy to find kind and knowledgeable individuals in customer service.

They stayed till closing on the phone with my lease company to try and help me break out of my lease early without any fees. Our most recent minor experience:When I called this week they immediately ordered me a new key fob for my Jeep ( we had lost one), quoted me the correct cost & set an appt in 2 days. When arrived today everyone in the department greeted me & a young man got it reprogrammed immediately. Although my issue was minor, while waiting I heard how all the service reps worked with customers with bigger concerns. I am in a customer service industry & was impressed. Took my work Van in for a oil change and rotation. Was not to happy waiting 1 h10min for it to get done. Schedule a oil change and tire rotation for my personal vehicle since its the closest place to my house. I think I’m going somewhere els.

I have never been to 5 Corners before today. I took my Lexus there for a front end alignment as I am selling the vehicle and wanted everything in working order. Rick Wagner was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. I dropped the car off so I wasnt expecting it to be done quickly. Within a few hours Rick called stated it was done. One of the reasons I went there is that I found a coupon for a front end alignment. Finally I found a service department that I left not feeling ripped off. Great job by Rick and the entire service department! I will most definitely be back!

Bought my 2013 Dodge Dart from here 5 years ago. They worked with me really well to drop the price of the car down to an affordable price for me. Ive gotten all my oil changes and service done at their service department. The employees are really nice and have always done a good job.

I traded in my old truck for a slightly used one here. They gave me a fair trade in price compared to other places I visited. They also were flexible with negotiating on my new vehicle. Usually I feel like I get taken a lot of times buying a vehicle, here I did not. It was the smoothest transition Ive had. A day after owning my new truck the engine light came on. I called 5 Corners, and they took care of the problem right away. I wouldnt hesitate buying from here again.

Stopped in to start looking for a new car. Was handed off from one salesman to another. (We were dressed in jeans and t-shirts and definitely felt that made a difference). We asked about a new car and the salesman offered us a used car. Each time we tried to discuss something new he steered us to an older used vehicle. Got old real quick, left and took our business elsewhere. Too bad to cause we just bought a brand new car from another dealer. Have heard of others being judged by what they wear at this dealership- lost that business each time. Just because we werent dressed up doesnt mean we didnt have any money. Save dress up for work. Super casual on other days. Stop assuming is all I can say.

I bought my Dodge Dart here last September. Didnt know exactly what I wanted when I started looking for my first car, but they had a huge selection of new and used cars to choose from. The service was great and the salesman gave me honest answers to any questions I had. I went in for an oil change and new tires a few weeks ago and they gave me a nice loaner car to use while I waited. Great service and honest people - I would recommend them to anyone.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away in my new 2019 Jeep Cherokee, I was so well taken care of.I walked in and Steve Guell approached me. The service here is fantastic. We had a few issues with our Town and Country and we received very quick service and a diagnosis of what was wrong. Never did we feel pressured beyond what was really needed on our van. I fully trusted the quote and work done on our can and would recommend 5 Corners to anyone with their brands or specialty.

After taking our truck in on 11/9/2019 for some work, we didn’t receive the truck back for over a month, truck was completed on 12/11/2019. Each call was a different reason, a different delay, but 5 Corners never took fault for this incident. Upon arriving to pick up the truck the front tire was flat (resting on the rim), the truck was sitting in front of the garage doors to the service shop and this was never addressed prior to our arrival.

We have been purchasing vehicles from 5 Corners for years now--and we just purchased 3 in the past 4 months. They had to special order a in-demand vehicle for us and it took quite awhile to get it. They kept us up-to-date during the process and literally called us when it was coming off the truck. Highly informed sales staff--professional but not stuffy. Their service staff is top-notch and we have never had any issues. 5 star rating from this customer. We will be back!

Totally untrustworthy. July 2018 they fixed front and rear axel seal leaks. August 2019 not one, but BOTH are leaking again. Whats the chances of that if they were fixed correctly??- it was obviously not done right, or at all, when it was fixed originally. Service manager Rick and owner Roman both stated it was unrelated to the job they did, just some weird coincidence that BOTH happen to be leaking again. Also suspicious that the mechanic who did the job no longer works there, wonder why?? They refused to stand by their work and make it right. Warning to others, stay away from dishonest 5 Corners Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram!

We bought a used car here in October. We drove all the way down from Marquette, MI to get it and we are very pleased. The car salesman was very honest with us and did not pressure us in any way. I went to this dealership because it had some decent reviews. While I was there I witnessed a manager yelling at and berating a salesman for selling a car at invoice price. Really...in front of customers?? Come on people.My salesman was nice enough, that is right up until the point that he checked my credit. Even though Ive made every car payment on time for 2 1/2 years, my credit score itself is still in the poor zone. He told me that financing might take a little work . And that he would get back to me tomorrow after he checked to see if they had any financing options available for me. Next day...no call. I call them and they tell me that my salesman is off that day. I leave a message on his voicemail asking him to please call me back to let me know one way or the other about the financing. It has been one week and Ive received zero phone calls . Im sorry, thats just not right . Dont go here.
