Bill at the store was very fun and friendly, but also very professional and definitely knowledgeable at his job. I left the store happy and excited with big hopes that my feet will feel better real soon. Also the manager and the young lady working there was very nice and helpful.

We brought our teenager here after he complained of sore feet. We tried several over the counter inserts that worked temporarily, and that wasnt good enough. After meeting with Bill, he got my son all set up with the strengthening, maintainers, and relaxing inserts, my sons feet have been pain free!Fast forward to this year... I have started experiencing pain on my heels especially after working out. I could barely walk after my last half marathon. My son urged me to go to the Good Feet Store. Be Prepared to shell out almost 400$ x 3plus rubber insoles $180. Over 1200.00 I paid i also buy a pair of tennie shoes $ 160. So my bill was 1556 dollars. You cant bring them back if you font like them. Nice guys but not happy about the insoles

I was unsure of exactly what to expect when I went to the good feet store. I had been recommended to go there for my foot pain when I would walk more than 3 blocks and working out. I have several older MVA injuries that I’m sure contribute to the issue. Bill was amazing! He explained everything so well and his personal experience was similar to mine and it was a game changer for me. Super helpful and knowledgeable, would highly recommend!

I took my elderly mother to Good Feet in Lynnwood a couple months ago. She had been suffering with knee and back pain for years. Her balance was so bad that, even with her cane, i was afraid of her falling all the time. By the time Bill was finished working with her, she was waking steady without her cane and her pain was greatly reduced. Two months later her pain is gone and she never uses the cane anymore. I had horrible plantar fasciitis heal pain that i had been dealing with for almost a year. I tried all the cheap fixes advertised with no relief. So I came in for my appt with my service dog and braces on both legs. Bill didn’t miss a beat, he made friends with my service dog who kept getting in the way but he answered all my questions and his confidence in the product made me get a set. I will tell you that just in the few hours I have had them they are different than any other inserts that I’ve had and inserts that have not been as “comfortable” as these were right off the bat but you still need to work up to that level. These felt good enough that it makes me want to wear them and not so much like a “punishment” to get used to them-they are not what you would call cheap but the cost is a lifetime cost with a small fee when you need to replace one. Bill Miller helped me for over an hour to make sure my feet were properly fitted. My feet have hurt for 4 months. It was getting to the point I had trouble walking. After ten minutes walking they stopped hurting. He answered all our questions and was very professional with regards to covid. They are not cheap but for the first time in a long time I can walk with no pain.

I went to this store for arch supports and they seemed to be right for me although they were very expensive to buy Im trying them and if you want you can apply for credit to pay for them monthly with a 0 interest rate. I chose to buy them out right but they cost me $770 total with tax included. I believe that they will be worth every penny!

Do your research and do not just buy into the advertising hype. These are way overpriced over the counter arch supports that are sold by a highly trained Sales staffAt $350 per set and $30 for a 1/8 neoprene cushion sole I would have expected them to not slide around under my foot. Their fix for this is self sticking velcro dots that turn into a gooy mess in the bottom of your shoe in 1 day.As my back pain had been increasing over the last couple months I started to question if I had been fitted correctly. So I visited the store today. The closest one to me is 100miles away from my home. They told me that my arch supports were worn out! Worn out! In 4 months. Good news is they are Lifetime guaranteed! For only $19.95 shipping and handling they will supposedly ship them to the manufacture but give you on the spot replacement. Oh and sell you another set of $30 cushions that lasted me about 3 days on the first set. They told me both sets....yes both sets @$350 each were worn out. You see they want to sell you 3 different arch supports as part of the system I bought 2 of the 3. Yes I spent $850 on 2 arch supports and some cushions 4 months ago. And they told me both are worn out. Well I only wore 1 of them for 2 weeks. These are cheap flimsy plastic arch supports that they sell for $350 that are designed to fail so that they can sell you new ones with their lifetime warranty for $20 every few months and especially when you complain about fit. $20 probably the real cost that these things should be.Their solution to my problem was for me to spend more of my money. I decided that I had already invested more then enough into this bad option.

The staff was helpful in describing the effect and benefit of the various Good Feet products for my feet. The lifetime warranty of many of the products was a major selling point for me. After two years with my arch supports Im still as happy with them as the day I bought them.

They were so great! He solved my problem over the phone...For free! He couldve easily sold me on a fix and didnt. 5 stars for sure. Been a long time since a business did the right thing over money.

When I went into the Lynnwood store, I was still a little doubtful. Bill took his time to really explain how orthotics work and how theirs were different than the off the shelf ones that id tried before. After he fit me for them and I walked around on them, it was amazing. I got quite a bit of relief for my heel pain and even some for my back. now that Ive been wearing them for 6 weeks or so, my heel pain and back pain are gone! This was the best money Ive ever spent. Top notch service and product. After being diagnosed with diabetes, I desperately needed to walk daily. Then my plantar fasciitis returned. It was recommended I swim instead which would require a lot more time, gym membership etc. By purchasing Good Feet products, I could go for walks! All the insoles I have had simply brought more comfort but did not fix the problem. I has to wear them every moment. Good Feet products FIXED the problem. Incredible! The salesman followed up with me to see how things were going, too. Best of all, there are various packages for ones finances. One package is 6 months service for any changes free. I was blown away that this purchase amount will apply to the lifetime product. I am a nurse and in immense pain at the end of the day. No longer. I went to the Lynnwood store.

I had plantar fasciitis for years, and I was in constant pain. I could feel the pain diminishing while I walked in the store, and within a month, I was pain free. After all of the other things I tried from my local pharmacy, etc, this was the product that brought me out of my pain. No more foot pain, and no more sciatica, either!
