They say it Takes a Village. The Hames family (staff) do a great job. They are very helpful to community members (other villagers). Many villagers do their bit to help out in the community as well. Its a great place to live. Come check it out if you are looking for a home.

HAMES CARES! … This should be their motto. This past Monday we had a water main break affecting my street and one other. Within two hours a case of bottled water and a gallon of water was delivered to my door, compliments of Hames, Grand View Village.

Ive live here for 8 years and its been a Ok living experienceNew park manager who is really awesomeDont complain they do have a tendency to play the retaliation game but as long as u follow the rules and dont talk to the management and offices people too much and mind your own bussiness its not to badSafe place to raise ur kids good neibors I think they perfer the elderly over younger tenantsYou do need to to pay water now but it isnt too badBut they did that to keep lot rent from raising any higher then it all ready is

Terrible people. They run their trailer park like its a prison. They retaliate against any and all that try to complain or try to inquire about something they feel is wrong. The owner herself even proved this to me by her recent actions. I was trespassed by her based on accusations made by the guy I was complaining about and this was before she even investigating to confirm his claims. I tried for an hour to file a complaint but the office was managed by Richard, the man Im complaining about. She refused to hear my side of the story and then got short with me. This is a terrible way to run a park. The complaint was on behalf of some residents that are afraid of the retaliation that occurs when they complain. If you have family here you should check in on them. Dont file a complaint though or you risk being trespassed. Shame on you Hames Homes, Summit view trailer park, and grand view trailer park!! Your residents live in fear of you!!! BTW, a 75yr old was almost crying when she found out I stuck up for her. She was terrified of Richard and the staff. Shame on you!

A beautiful and amazing place to live

Thier neighborhoods are clean and quite. Great when I was buying my home. Ridiculous rules on how your home has to be and very rude if you have an issue.I moved in a year ago and have had issues with the same neighbor almost constantly. The office is very rude after you move in but nice when youre looking for a home.I wish I chose a house over this place but after 80k mobile home i cant afford to move again.

**BEWARE** Seems the real side of this Trailer Park Mafia is coming to light. Once you move in is when youll finally see how corrupt the people in charge are. Worse than any HOA out there. Barb Hames is a dreadful person! Thankfully my family members moved!
