The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Although the store did not have what we were exactly looking for, they offered their opinion and/or advice on where to find it.Due to covid - The store has a limit on how many customers may be inside the store at one time. They handled this professionally and passionately.Such a great shopping experience and i would definitely recommend.

I ALWAYS LOVE SHOPPING HERE!!! Staff is super friendly, help you look for certain items, hold actual conversations. Treat you like a human being and I LOVE IT!! I always find what I am looking for and if I cant for some reason they help me find something else I may like. I AM ALWAYS one satisfied customer every time. And get this they HAVE MYSTERY BAGS!!! they are always fun to open.

Not much to tell. They stay the same for years. Staff is always courteous and polite. They had no problem unlocking the jewelry cabinet. Some places I go get an attitude, but not here. Theyre more than happy to answer any questions I had. They even took the time to have a conversation. The dressing room is always clean every time Ive been here. Theres something to say for consistency.

About what you would expect, they had a lot of clothes and other accessories but was very happy about the Christmas gift I found. Its a great place to go to and its similar to Spencers in my mind but more child safe in an adult way. Lots of cool stuff in here and I recommend this place.

Their staff is always friendly and sweet. They always know how to help me and make me super happy.

Literally came to the mall to see my sister and her baby, was here for less than an hour but one of the employees made my brother in law really happy by showing him t shirts and earrings and stuff, not to mention the other employee had a conversation with my sister about middle children and it made her laugh. I dont get to see my sister and my niece much so this was a good experience for me

This place is like my home, I visit there all the time and I love the new client these that they always have. They have everything from Disney to Adult swim, its amazing. Would recommend going if you havent.

I absolutely love this place. One thing people misunderstand about this place is it’s not a punk, goth place where troubled people shop. It’s a place inspired by music, for music. There’s anime merch, band tshirts, jewelry, even cute little stuffed animals. They offer a selection of clothing, merchandise, and much much more both in store and online. The staff is hilarious and helpful, and I never walk out of there without a smile on my face. There’s constantly some sort of sale going on, and while you can spend tons of money on a ton of amazing things, it’s also a great place where you can find that one amazing thing you’ve been looking for your entire life. By far one of my favorite place to shop.

Used to shop here a lot and always had a great experience. The staff were mostly kind and helpful, some thought they were too cool to do their job, which was unfortunate. Great concert t-shirts, awesome piercing studs and earrings, and always loved getting my Tripp pants here!

Came in on Saturday. The two women and the lad were beyond helpful. Excellent customer service. Will be shopping here again!

Lindale Hot Topic is great. They always have plenty of stock on hand and the employees are always knowledgeable and enthusiastic to help you find whatever youre looking for.

The employees there were so helpful with finding me body jewelery, the lady even took a few extra mins to go through a box of stuff to help find what I was looking for!

MARIA and MATT, at the counter, know what great customer service means - and they deliver it, thus ensuring that Ill be back.

OMFG!! Do not go in to this store!! You will spend your life savings in one trip!! I walked in expecting to spend maybe $50, walked out spending $160!! DONT DO IT.... But for real, this store is fing amazing. And so are the people who work here.

I love going in here for all their collectables and fun stuff and never had an issue with the staff, they are always pretty happy go lucky.

This is one of my favorite stores to browse through, and though most of the clothing is geared toward a younger clientele, I do occasionally find something for my age group.
