It was such a refreshing experience to have a family run business take care of our carpet needs! They are personable, caring, professional, attentive to details, and efficient. One of the owners stopped at the job site the first day to make sure the workers had everything they needed and answer any questions. One does not get that kind of service from a large chain store entity! There was no rush on billing until the job was complete and satisfactory. Even after paying the bill, there was follow through and appreciation given to us as valued customers. Tom, Chris, and Nic are team players with their focus on the customer. Their business is built on integrity and family values. I highly recommend their services!!!!

Schumacher Carpets & More did a terrific job when it came to putting in new flooring on our entire main level! From coming out and taking measurements, answering our questions and giving suggestions, getting the material in quickly, and having a crew that was respectful and worked hard to get the job done in 2 DAYS! We had a couple companies take measurements and give us estimates that were going to be almost double the cost of what Schumacher gave us. I would highly recommend using Schumacher Carpets and More because they care about what they do, the services they provide, and are willing to work with you to meet your needs. We will definitely be using them again for any future flooring projects. Thank you!

Customer service that will blow your mindAnd the prices are great also.....It started when I went to look at the carpet. I didnt take samples home. Deb asked if she could bring the samples to my house. WOW....Then the men that installed the carpet found an old mold spot on the sub floor. He sealed the spot and put a fan on it to dry it out.

Great people to work with. I was very happy with the quality of the carpets in both rooms. Prices are comparable with other carpet stores that I have looked at. I was also impressed with the quality of the installation. We have more work for Schumacher Carpets soon. We are customers for life. It is now December 2017, we continue to be happy with our carpets. We also had new carpets and kitchen flooring installed in our other house in November 2017. As we expected, great flooring at great prices and professional installation. Very happy

Schumachers did a fabulous job and their customer service is Amazing!

We have been doing business with them since Jeff and Kathy started the business. The current owners are as good if not better than the original. They replaced the main level carpet a year ago. Still looks great. They have recently recarpeted mosr of the basement. They will do one of 2 final.bedrooms next week. They worked with us to pay for the carpet over a short period, at our discretion. I wont buy anywhere else.
