Had a great experience buying my shoes. It was about 5 mins before closing and the manager acted like it was noon. Never felt rushed or anything. Helped me pick the right shoot and even talked me into picking up a pair of insoles that will work great for my shoes and work boots. Thanks Andrew for the great experience.

We walked in for shoelaces and walked out with four high quality shoes and a great client experience. Either the employees were a great catch from the hiring perspective or Tradehome trains their people very well. Walked out knowing we purchased shoes of great value rather than being sold. No buyers remorse at all. Very happy with our purchases although they werent planned.I cant remember his name but he took excellent care of us on Sunday 6/7/20 . Great client service, very knowledgeable salespeople. Someone is doing the hiring and/or training right at this store.

The BEST shoe service EVER. they have KNOWLEDGE on shoes, and help you choose the BEST shoes for you. I also shopped for my mom and dad, they gave me tons of options and didn’t rush me to get out of there store (like some places do). They had SO many options, I know the store does not look like it’d have a lot of trendy shoes, but they have many brands that are popular such as Birkenstock’s, hey dudes and sandals. I ended up buying two pairs of shoes, one for me and one for my dad. The guy who helped me was Andrew, he was a huge help finding my dads birthday present, and shoes I liked aswell. From now on I’ll be getting all of my shoes from here! I’d recommend for anyone in my family/friends to shop here for shoes.

Manager, Dani Rose, certainly deserves 5 + stars for her wonderful customer service on 1/4/2020! My daughter needed laces replaced on some Sperry boots we previously bought at Lindale Mall. We brought a new set of leather laces to Tradehome Shoes, and Dani took out old laces, put in new laces, and tied the trademark knot on the ends of each lace. Dani worked with my daughter to make sure the laces fit properly. Kudos for exceptional service!!!

I cannot say enough good things! I got a pair of Pikolinos for Christmas and I am IN LOVE! The staff they have there are fabulous and really enjoy the fact I can come back and have the shoes cleaned. They have amazing, quality shoes and knowledgeable staff.

My mother and I walked in just to buy some shoelaces for my doc martins. The salesperson offered to change my laces for me and to polish both my mom and my shoes (he did an amazing job my shoes look brand new) there were no strings attached and we liked the way our shoes looked so much I purchased a pair of new hiking boots, weather-proofing spray, and shoe leather. A great experience and walked away very happy.

I stopped over at Browns first, and had anything but a pleasant experience. Then I remembered Tradehome in Lindale and stopped in, leaving with more shoes than I planned on getting. However, I am incredibly happy with what I got, most comfortable shoes Ive ever worn. Thanks, Alex!

Honestly the best shoe experience I have ever had. Super friendly and helpful staff. Told him my size but he wanted to check and sure enough I was a different size. Bought some Keens and some inserts. Im pretty sure I found my go too shoe store from now on.

I’m pretty sure this is the only store in Cedar Rapids with Chacos. That’s what I needed and the associate helped me get just that and helped me with sizing and everything. Great service.
