I LOVE the Create/Exchange!!! Imagine all the craft/art/sewing supplies you could want and its affordable?! Truly a special place right here in Cedar Rapids. I never walk out of here empty handed. Inventory changes all the time & you never know what you will find.

They are so wonderful here! The new building is bigger and more organized! They seem to have a little of everything and a lot of a lot of things. The ladies are super helpful and the prices are awesome!!! Cant say enough about this place!

This place fascinates me as a crafter and bargain lover. I love that you can buy just what to need and no more. One button...one yard...one piece...no problem! No extras left over!! And you name your price-. Amazing! Twice I was told my offer was too high and they adjusted it lower...once too low and they adjusted it higher. Very fair. And what an interesting mix of all things eclectically crafty! Gotta check it out!

Spent the last 2 years looking for specific safety pins I bought over 5 years ago at a garage sale. Guess who sold me a huge bag of the exact ones I couldnt find anywhere else for only $2.50!

Great people, with amazing, ever changing inventory. Prices and exchange credit beyond fair you will never find anyone cheaper! They also donate their extra duplicates to certain causes (child based classes and organizations). They could explain it better. They also support local artists. Shop local, were worth it!

This place is great! Need just one color crayon? You can get it here. Need just a couple safety pins and dont want to buy a whole pack? You can get it here. Need just a small amount of yarn for one quick project? You can get it here! No need to pay for so much extra that you dont need.Even better.... Have extra craft supplies that you arent using anymore, drop it off. Ive only purchased the one time and havent taken stuff in, but I do understand you can get a bit of $$ for what youd like to get rid of.The ladies here are great. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.Covid guidelines here are a required mask and sanitizer as you enter to ensure everyone is touching everything with germ free hands.

They are like a thrift store for crafts....except they do consignment I believe as well..anything you can think of at fair prices...buy a little or alot they are willing to accommodate..staff was friendly let gave you space to look through all they had...I will go back... Excellent for kids school crafts and projects. .

The idea behind this store is great. But they dont follow it. I was in there and picked out a some stuff and when I checked out she asked me what a fair price. I said 5-7 dollars. She said 15. I ended up putting a lot of it back. Some of the things I bought were really small stamps and some of them were really stained and beaten up. She still charged me almost 8 dollars. So much for name a fair price. If I want to buy something at an almost new price I will pay for a new one. The last time I was in there they were really fair on the prices.

Love this store and the staff who work here! I visit with my mom frequently and it is the highlight of our week. The prices are great and very fair. They have a every kind of craft item from sewing supplies to candle making. Perfect place for the thrifty crafter!

This is like going to a goodwill that is all about arts and crafting. You need to be prepared to dig through bins and boxes, you necee know what youll find. Free sewing patterns, need a button to match your shirt? They probably have it, candles, scrapbooking, crafts, painting, wood burning, it you can create something with it they probably have it. It is a great place to find 1 of something. I was surprised it is well organized for asuch stuff as they have. I always pay a fair price. The only thing that troubles me is how many hours I could spend in that store ! I have to set my watch to let me know its time to go because I could spend half the day there!

Amazing craft store, things for all ages and hobbies, and completely lovely staff.

We stopped in on a Monday when the store is normally closed. Luckily for us the owner was outside painting and was kind enough to let us in to do a little shopping. What a fantastic little store, full of surprises. We bought a nice little craft made by a local artist on one side of the store than went to the other side of the store to buy the supplies to make our own crafts. Thank you for being so nice and accommodating for us!

This place is great for exploring what your next craft project is. You never know what youll find. The ladies there are always helpful.

If your into crafts you need to stop and brows through this shop. They have all sorts of second hand craft supplies and some hard to find items. everything from sewing to fly tying. There are no pricing so you make an offer. The staff seemed to know where everything was.

This is a great place for crafters and those who love making things they saw on Pinterest. Lots of different craft supplies and everytime you go theres always something different. We bring our extra supplies here and they give credit so you can buy other supplies you find.

You never know what youll find and it changes every day. They put their new things on Facebook to tempt you to visit. Run by two friendly ladies who will help you find just what you need. While youre there, visit the Sykora bakery for some good sweet treats. As they say on their Facebook page, Czech them out.
