Ive heard nothing but good things about this company and how good their bolt selection is. So I went to Cedar Park store to find out that there is1) minimum purchase is $252) You cannot buy individual bolts!I almost left because I literally needed 8 bolts with washers and nuts. I was under deadline so I went ahead and got everything I needed in their mega packs with total of over $50! Now I have hundreds of extra pieces that I dont need. What a waste!Go to Austin Bolts and Nuts instead. Friendly service and you can buy individual bolts.

Drove there to get some clamps and got told they dont sell to public they only sell to contractors or places with an account.

Never had an issue. I always check to see if they have what I need before heading in. Lots more than what you get at the big box stores, for sure!

All I needed was a $4 rod. So I looked online and found one at Fastenal. Then I found out there was a Fastenal in Cedar Park right down the street from me. I was so excited to keep it local!NOT! They actually have a sign outside of their entrance that says if you dont have an account with them, or spend $25 or more, dont bother walking in.Totally surprised, I walked in just to see and right there when you walk in the door anothers big sign saying the same, we dont want your money if you dont spend more than $25.Alrighty then, I wont! 😠

I have a restoration project on a classic car and can never find the bolts in lowes or home depot. Decided to google it and found a bolt supplier just off 183 near my work. When i checked out i was surprised at the low cost and friendly service. Would give them 6 stars

Were retail customers and just need one off things every once in a while, but despite this they are always friendly to us and go out of their way to be helpful. What the screws/bolts/nuts we end up buy are almost alway less than a $1 or $2 so they always say dont bother paying but we always do because we want this place to stay in business.

Needed some replacement bolts that OReilly did not have. Customer service was great and priced very low.

WARNING:Customer service is lacking here. Sales Associate seemed bothered And, many safety clothing items were out of stock. Place looks like its going out of business.
