Colby and Amber have been very helpful with my purchase of tile for my elderly parents shower. The first time I walked in, another gentleman helped me pick out tile to go with a tile I had brought in. He was great, but I forget his name! They also have been helpful getting the tile to the warehouse and making sure I had it as soon as possible!

Very unassuming place with a HUGE selection of carpet! Colby Goins is a great guy and very helpful. Got carpet 1½ years ago, went back in last week and he remembered me. That really says something.

This review is way overdue. Leah, Tim and team are simple the best. I worked with them while relocating to Austin and having to manage a lot of projects remotely. They did our vinyl floor, carpets, stairs, bathrooms, laundry and kitchen backsplash and they were by far the best company I worked with during that crazy time. Leah made the whole process so easy, from picking materials, to quotes, to installation. There were zero issues with them and, in fact, Leah was like a friend during the process, making sure everything else was going well, including working with the other contractors doing additional work in the house. Shes super responsive, easy to work with and just a pleasant and nice human being. When we finally moved in, Leah had left us a basket with goodies and a card as a welcoming gift. So thoughtful!Two years later, I reached out for help with some water damage and, not surprisingly, Leah responded right away and came to the rescue. Seriously, I cant recommend Leah and her team enough. You cannot go wrong with them and will not regret it!

We have had great experiences with Flooring Warehouse.From the initial showroom visit with Amber and consultation with Phil to the finished project, the Flooring Warehouse staff and installers were helpful, professional, and incredibly hard-working.After FW did the flooring of our entire second floor and stairway, we didn’t hesitate to have them come back to do our kitchen tiled backsplash.Phil and Amber went above and beyond to help us find the perfect tile for the look and feel we wanted in our space.

I am so thankful we used flooring warehouse for our floor install. Our install was not straightforward and they were able to work through everything for us. They are very knowledgeable with flooring and really care about their customers. When we went to purchase flooring, we had previously scheduled another contractor for the install and ended up switching to FW for everything because of the quality and also the pricing. I will be coming back to them when we want to remodel our bathroom. Don’t go anywhere else! Josh, Amber and Colby were great!

I am a three-peat customer. Josh and crew did a fantastic job. My wife and I could not have been happier. The installers were very professional and courteous to our needs and suggestions. While I didnt actually make a purchase, the folks here were very helpful with my odd request. I needed two square tiles for a custom piece I was painting. They werent able to provide the tiles due to the nature of how tiles come packaged and all, but they did explain the kinds of tile that matched what I was looking for and recommended a nearby place that would have them even when it was very clear that I wouldnt be buying anything that day. Top notch (not)-customer service. I will definitely recommend this place to my remodeling-business friend.

Phil came out to measure, got the carpet ordered, and Alfredo was very professional and worked extremely hard getting it installed in a timely manner. Will use them again!!

We came to them with problems we were having with our builder. They were quick to help us resolve our flooring issues and help us with our builder.

We ordered carpet for 3 rooms, and I wanted to match the same that I had (7 years ago). Phil researched and gave me a few options, as that particular carpet had been discontinued. I went with another that was very close, and they worked with me on the quote to get it competitive with another company (I felt more confident in the customer service with Flooring Warehouse between my own experience and the reviews, and wanted to go with them, just needed to get it more competitive). Went there #3 times to get vinyl plank flooring even took kitchen draw and wanted to give deposit, but they were too busy to meet with me. Couldnt get the right measurements for rooms on my house and was late for the 1st appointment and diddnt call to say he was running late. They lost me as a customer.

Installation was prompt, professional and cleanup was thorough. Furniture was expertly moved and returned to its proper location. We already have plans to use Cedar Park Floor Warehouse again.

Really liked working with Josh. He was helpful and patient. He sourced a flooring they normal dont sell for me. Installer was on-time. Did a great job too. Amber at the office was there when I had any questions. Would recommend highly.

This company has disappointed me several times. I got a quote through them, I never used them because the quote was too high.I started getting calls about them installing carpet into my home. I told them I didnt use them and that they had the wrong number.About 3 mos late I got a call about owing them 3,000. I let the lady know they had the wrong Vanessa and I didnt owe them anything. She threatens to call their lawyer on me, I got scared and paid them!!!!I was completely bullied into paying them. I went negative on my acct, and after getting the money back the Owner called me (very nice man) apologizing for his companys mistakes I was promised a gift card. To this day (4 mos later) I still have never received it. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Friendly representatives in the office. Giving 3/5 stars because they can be difficult to get ahold of and will not call you back if you leave a message or even speak to someone over the phone and they say they will call you back. Also be very exact on your SF purchases because there is a fine print restocking fee for any excess materials that you would like to return EVEN THOUGH when we were purchasing our flooring we were told that as long as the box of flooring was not opened you could return it at no extra cost. *my fault for trusting their word and not reading the fine print on the invoice*
