All I have to say about this place is wow! This is the first time Ive bought a new mattress for myself, and these guys made it very easy and they threw in some great customer service! To start, these guys will actually pick up the phone and help you and make sure you understand all the prices and deals. Manny was super great helping me over the phone and was super patient with me while trying to set up a time to see the mattresses. He is very friendly and makes sure that you will get the best deal possible. I went in today and Judy was in from another store covering a worker who had called in, and she was super helpful and friendly as well! You know a company is great when workers from any location are great. I would highly highly recommend that if youre in the market for a new mattress, check these guys out. They will make sure you get the best product for the best price.

I don’t normally like big chain stores but I got to say these guys do it right! The staff is very knowledgeable and we got our mattress in just a couple days at a very fair price. Delivery team keep you updated and they arrived right within their window.

Manny and Brian are awesome at caring for their customers!! Bought a queen size Nectar and we had a warranty issue that needed it to be swapped out. Manny bent over backwards to help us facilitate an in home swap. I feel their customer service is top notch!! If you need a new mattress..I strongly suggest starting at their store FIRST!!

This is my second purchase at Factory Mattress and both times I went in knowing what I wanted. The salesman were good at ensuring I received the best possible price. Ive been fortunate to have my items delivered the day of my choosing with the salesman being as accommodating as possible. The customer service has been friendly and knowledgeable. Thus far both mattresses have performed as advertised with no complaints.

I believe people do business with People, not companies. From the moment I walked in Factory Mattress, my experience was amazing. My sales rep was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He put me in a special bed that is computerized to determine my personal pressure points and exactly what type mattress was best for me. This was so helpful since I hadnt purchased a mattress in 14 years. What sold me on Factory Mattress was my sales rep didnt try to upsell me to the most expensive mattress. I price shopped at other companys and Factory Mattress had the quality I was looking for at the very best price. Delivery was the very next day and they removed my old mattress. Great Customer Service both in store & delivery employees. The delivery guys called to ask if they could come earlier than expected which we appreciated. Delivery was fast & professional.

The actual store and sales experience was excellent. However... the assistant to the delivery driver did not want to wear a mask. We gave him a disposable one and he threw it at our doorstop. Fix this. COVID-19 is deadly. When someone enters our home that we do not know they must wear a mask. Never will I shop with you unless you guarantee this man has been properly trained in customer service.

We haven’t purchased a mattress is years! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and friendliness. They have a handy gadget that you lay on and it tells them what mattress works best for your body. John, our salesman, was extremely and didn’t pressure us at all. He left us to try out the different recommended mattresses. He also kept us within our budget which we highly appreciated.

My husband and I went into the cedar park location today for a new mattresses for our daughter and us and was helped by John who was very welcoming. We did the simulator that tells what mattress would be best for us, he made sure that we left with one that was best for both if us(not to firm but not to soft) and within our price range. We will definitely be back.

Lindsey (Im pretty sure I spelled her name wrong here, Im sorry!) was our sales associate, and she did an excellent job working with us. She was patient while we tried out each bed over and over again, and she didnt try to push us towards the really expensive mattresses, which has always been my experience while doing any sort of mattress or furniture shopping. We really appreciated her upbeat attitude and knowledge around each mattress she showed us. The whole experience was great!

This place is great and a locally owned, family business. That is important for me, especially with the present happenings of the world. Visited Factory Mattress recently and we were greeted upon entering the door and quickly assisted in purchasing a mattress. We werent sure what type of mattress we wanted. The sales associate had us answer some questions on the computer and then lay on a mattress in different positions which then calculated the way we slept. This helped her determine what type of mattress would be better for us. She gave us all the options and we were happy that we didnt have to test all the mattresses like back in the day. The sales experience was terrific and the staff was more then helpful. The only downside was when they dropped off our new mattress, the delivery crew put it on top of an ant hill in my front yard. When they went to leave and put my old.mattress in the truck they said that they couldnt take the mattress because it was infested with ants. I understand the mistake but the delivery manager was not a very good people person and could care less. So now I have a mattress in my garage...

Went to the Factory Mattress on Whitestone Blvd in Cedar Park. We chose it because it had the highest ratings and it also happened to be the closest one, bonus. Heidi is the sales associate that helped us and she was awesome. She was both knowledgeable, professional and had a great sense of humor. They offer this amazing diagnostic tool called RightFit and the technology helps you figure out what kind of mattress would be best for you and your body. It helps narrow down your search considerably which might have been one of the best parts of the experience. There was no pressure to purchase whatsoever but we found something we absolutely loved and it was delivered the very next day. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Mike and Heidi were very courteous, knowledgable, and patient while I asked questions and tried several mattresses until I found the one I wanted. I also bought a new pillow. The mattress was delivered the next day and we had a GREAT nights sleep on our new cooling mattress!

The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. However, the box spring he sold me was not useable. It lifted the mattress higher than the footboard. I asked him for a solution and he suggested a smaller box spring but I would have to pay additional trip charges.

From my initial visit to the store, the sales person went out of his way to come up with the right deal for me. Having a small problem with the adjustable platform, I was helped with that, even months after the sale. I love my new mattress and definitely recommend this store.
