My husband and I had the best experience at this location. The sales rep Nikki Ray was AMAZING and funny!!! I have not laughed this much while shopping. We were there to upgrade my wedding ring and this young lady knew exactly what I liked, my style before really saying anything. WE LOVED HER PERSONALITY! You dont run into many sales personnel that enjoy what they do...if she doesnt we couldnt tell. It was like talking with a family member. Thank you Nikki Jay for a wonderful experience and we will definitely be coming back!!!!

Very pleased with their customer service. Nicky (sorry if Im misspelling it) helped me choose my fiances wedding band. I needed it sized and back within 2 weeks. Donna was very nice and helpful, by taking the ring personally to get it sized and back in time. I received a call that it was ready in 4 days. I am very thankful and grateful. Definitely will be coming back again!

I took my engagement ring in to be resized, and they were very nice at the beginning. The lady helping me was telling me there was a way to track the rings progress, that I could see when the repair shop gets it, when it’s done and being sent back. I called about a week later to see how I would go about tracking it like how she was talking about in the store. And she put me on hold and came back and said they was no other way to check on the status of my ring than to call them and that we wouldn’t want to do that because it would take away from their work. And she went on to say that they’re are many many many many other orders they are busy with as well. These things take time and we have to be patient. Fast forward to my promise date that I would get my ring. 4/14 I waited around all morning for a call. At some point I decided to just go ahead and give them a call. I was then notified that my ring is running about a week behind and got the whole bit about these things take time and we have to be patient. I had to call the main customer service to finally get them to prioritize my ring, but I don’t have a set date of when I’ll get my ring back. I believe I was helped by Donna who is also a manager, and she also sized me wrong. The funny thing is too, there was review left from a week ago that a lady got her ring back in 4 days! But you know for me these things take time. Never buying any jewelry from Kay ever again! We will take our business elsewhere and get our wedding bands from someone else and all other future jewelry. Praying I get my ring back soon!

I went to shop at this specific Kay’s jewelry store today where I was looking for gold-earrings for a wedding. I was FINALLY approached by a blonde lady named Donna McKlanan. She did not look comfortable with my presence since I had a loud one year old baby boy with me. I felt profiled by her because she was holding onto the jewelry like if I was really going to take off with it and a whole stroller, a 28 lb baby and other products I purchased at the Mall in Cedar Hill. I did make the purchase with her because I was short on time but needed to get this out the way. I wish I would have been helped by someone with BUSINESS INTEGRITY. DONNA MCKLANAN did NOT give me a receipt. She also wanted to hand me the earrings with no box I told her I’d like them in a box just like every other time I purchase gold at jewelry stores. Employees are the FACE of the business. Pick up your slack because the experience a customer has will result in the decline of your sales if it is not a positive one. I am very disappointed, I am a human being just like anyone else. My ethnicity should not make anyone uncomfortable. I called back to get my receipt mailed to my home because I don’t play that miss Donna. Thank you! - A young 25 yr old Mexican American Entrepreneur by the name of YESNIE.

I had an item that needed to be returned. However, for 27 days calling three different locations and they never had enough money so I could make a return. Now I have to go thru their corporate office and wait another 30 days to get my money back. Never pay cash!

I only gave this Kay’s one star because I couldn’t give it a zero. I waited for over 30minutes until I finally just walked out. Only went in to get my ring inspected and the women behind the counter ( white heavy set women) saw us waited while she helped a customer and helped the other customers that came in after me and made me wait until I finally just left. Unfortunately I purchased my ring there and will have to go back to Kay’s every six months but as for that Kay’s has lost My family’s business for any future purchases!

Horrible customer service. They never answer the phone, Ive been trying to pick up my online order. Ive drove up there and they wouldnt even attend me to give me my order they were busy and made me wait for a long time!!Never again will i have it delivered to this location. Its been two days since it arrived at their stlre and i cant get a whole of anyone.

Let’s start by saying that I will NEVER come back here again. The lady who helped my husband and I (Caucasian and a little on the heavy side) only cared about how much money I had. I understand that she may make commission but not everyone has the same amount of money to spend. When we first walked in she just looked at us like we had no business being in there maybe because we had shorts and a t-shirt on. NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. When we told her our budget, she kept picking out rings that were a couple hundred dollars OVER our budget and I kept telling her NO. When I found a ring that I loved, she picked it apart telling me nothing but negative things about it. “Cluster diamonds are bad”....and so on. She really pushed on my husband and I using their store credit card or some other credit purchase but we were paying in cash so we were even more frustrated by that point. After 45 minutes, I finally gave up and told her I didn’t want to purchase anything that day and we left. I was disgusted and annoyed by the service she gave us. Now I rarely put out reviews but this time I just had to and will never come back because of the service she gave us.

We walked in and was given a dry greeting from a lady behind the counter. We brushed it off. Same lady in a black and white blouse asked what are we looking for. We told her engagement rings. ( she’s still behind the counter looking at papers ). So we started to look and she’s STILL behind the counter. At the point we just walked out. Obviously we weren’t important. We went to Robbins Brothers before coming to this location of Kay— and let’s just say Kay needs to step their game up. You will buy something from Robbins Brothers just based off the customer service alone. It’s amazing!!! We felt welcomed and our needs were the center of attention. We have been to 2 Kay locations and their sister store Jared. Let’s just say with all 3 locations combined it still doesn’t amount to what we received at Robbins Brothers. We are buying from Robbins Brothers.

I took a diamond necklace that I purchased just before Christmas to have the clasp repaired. It had broken. Was told that I would have to pay for the repair as I was told I didn’t purchase optional warranty. I in fact had purchased it but their tablet didn’t show it. Is their jewelry of such bad quality that you must purchase a warranty as they will not themselves warranty their merchandise? On my way home I was called and told they had found the warranty and to come back and they will repair the clasp. I declined and told them that they have lost a good customer for what would have cost $75 if I didn’t have the warranty which I did purchase. Not good customer service. Was told it is company policy. Gonna find a jeweler who will standby what they sell and understand customer service.

My husband & I were at this store last Saturday. I asked for charm for my bracelet and lady showed me what they had and said Id have to go to a Kays Outlet for better selection. Made no effort to show me anything else. She was so ready to continue talking to a co worker at another counter. It was very disappointing. I looked around for few minutes & was never noticed.

I wanted to share that I went into this store and my diamond fell out of my ring. The store really took great care of me and replaced the diamond for me without any hassel. I have really had a great experience at this location. The people were very nice and seem to enjoy working there. I read some of the comments here and found one to be too personal and mean. As someone who also works in retail, it is very degrading to go after a persons appearance and body shame them ONLINE. To the person attempting to shame one of these workers, your comment loses all merit and credibility when you attack a persons body. Perhaps the issue is more with you than it is that individual. As for me, Ill continue to shop at this location.

The store was nice and clean, but man the lady helping us was annoying. I get they probably make comission, but stop trying to force me to use your store credit. Went in a few weeks ago with my girlfriend looking at rings. We told them that we were only looking and didnt want to purchase anytime soon. Of course the lady was very pushy about at least trying for store credit regardless of me telling her several times that I dont want to try for credit. When she did try to help, she kept pulling rings out that were over our budget, and then when I said I cant afford that it was back to trying for store credit. We just left without another word as my girlfriend and I were very annoyed.

I purchased a purity ring for $119 for my girlfriend from this Kay with insurance on the ring and we recently took it in because one of the stones fell out. Since we missed getting it inspected by less than 3 weeks we were informed that the insurance would not cover the cost of the stone, only the labor. Apparently the stone costs $50 which doesnt make sense seeing there are 14 stones, not including the pearl. If we did the math, the ring would actually be worth over $1000, not the $119 I paid for it. I dont mind paying to replace the stone - but the stone is not worth $50. Ill be the first to admit that those stones are not real. If I cant trust this company with a small purchase, they will not get my business when it comes to buying a real ring.

Do not trust these people with your repairs. They are more than happy taking your money while you make the purchase and even sending it off for repair, but once they send it off, they dont care after that. They lied to us and told us its ready for pickup. They said they had it. But when we go to pick it up, they didnt have it. They said their employee who told us to pick it up didnt know what they were talking about and its not their problem that the employee told us to come pick it up. I talked to the assistant manager Ernest who told me it should be there later today. This is the same manager who practically told me he didnt care and to talk to customer service.These people dont care about customer service after they get your money. I call customer service and they said that it is their bad and that it will be ready for pickup later that day. I asked what compensation do I get for their mistake and the customer service lady said its not a big deal just pick it up later that day. I told her its a big deal to me because I asked off work and had to drive 30 minutes to pick up a ring that I was told would be there only to find rude employees with no ring. The customer service lady then told me that she does not compensate for their mistakes. I then told her that I would not buy my fiancé wedding band from them and she said Okay, have a nice day and hung up.Its nice to know that Kay Jewelers cares about their customers.I will never use them again. They are liars who dont care about their customers.

As a first time customer at Kay Jewelers has been the most terrible experience, i took my ring for them to fix it and they damaged my ring. They told me they would replace it and they did but the Manager Courtney told me it would be 2weeks for me to get it and lets it put it like this it took them a week for them to let me know they damaged it and then it was gonna take another 2 weeks for me to get my replacement ring. Well its already 2 weeks so i call to find out information if my ring has arrived and the manager Courtney tells me that my ring wont be in tell after Christmas. Which there telling me that now i have to me without my ring for 2 months. Very unsatisfied with this whole situation...I was looking foward to having my husband get our New rings in march for our 10 yr wedding Anniversary but now im considering going some where else and doing business.

I had a wonderful expierence because of the exceptional help I recieved from one of the sales staff in particular. I will be back forsure and I will reccomend this store because of Odalis, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She is even bilingual which makes her an asset to the store. Without her, it would be just another chain store. She made my visit very personable and enjoyable. I didnt feel like a number! Much appreciation to her.

Ive been here with a friend he bought a ring and they didnt have his ring delivered in time for his vowel renewal as promised and I just went to this location despite his advice to try to purchase an engagement ring to propose tonight which marks one year of our relationship they say they close at 9pm today but locked me out 8:50pm congratulations on losing another customer. Thats not how you run a business
