We have used EmbroidMe for a couple of years now. They are always prompt, the service is stellar and pricing is awesome - What more could you ask for ??? They do all of our logo embroidered items and we even work with them we we need to alter or make changes to or existing logo. Aimee, Serena and Bill are always a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend! We’re in the startup phase on our company and they helped us with our logo when everyone else said it was too detailed to embroider. Bill went through several styles on fonts and sizes and tshirts till we found the right one! I was very picky lol but he didn’t stop till I was happy! And for that I will continue to go to them. Very professional service we received at EmbroidMe in Cedar Hill TX. They offer so many choices and sizes (special sizes beyond the normal) and even allows you to create your own image and/or design. If you’re undecided like I was they offer great suggestions. I recommend EmbroidMe for family events/occasion/reunions....etc. They provide hometown service to really growing city.No I do not work there! Just a very satisfied customer!

Terrible customer service, I came in with 5 hats, wanted a logo put on them. The very rude employee told me she couldn’t print them because I didn’t buy the hats for her! Then told me we sell hats, I have to buy 12 if I want them done. Yeah right, don’t even bother wasting your time here!!! You been warned!!!

Dont go here! Poor Customer Service! They are rude and unhelpful. Plus, they NEVER have their air conditioner on!*I will not nor my business will spend one dime at Embroid Me.The lady who works the front desk dismisses you, if you ask too many questions. I guess she prefer you to already know what you want vs asking too many questions or seek suggestion, during the consultation. Shell tell you hold one and walk to the back.Then the guy, who is on this picture, will appear, push a yellow book size magazine with products to you, and tell you pick something and let us know when you pick something. Mind you, there was no one is in the store and it early noon on a Friday. So why cant we figure this out now?! Also, I had an idea of what I wanted... Polo Shirts that have embroidery on the left side with wording only. Its not that hard.I recommend that no one bring their business here, especially black business. Please bring your money to a more respectable facility.

My experience with Embroidme was nothing but pleasant. I am surprised to see any negative comments because I never experienced that at all. I ordered coffee mugs and undershirts for my youth football team and Serena could not have been more helpful.
