Tried their flash pour per recommendation by the cool waitress, and it was extremely good! The coffee was very light and light fruity taste. The curbside ordering is very convenient as well.

What a warm and friendly place, and they made my drink exactly as I asked them to. Ive been to other locations and asked for My drink to be extra hot and been told they would have to microwave it as their machine could not be adjusted for temperature. No problem with my request here though.This location in Cedar Hills is the best. Cozy, yet just big enough to have a private conversation. Pretty, historic house, and a wonderful location. Jordan, I guess the manager on duty, was so naturally friendly. Ill be back.

Such a great experience at the Ceder Hill- White Rhino Coffee. The ladies at front were so sweet and accommodating. We had the coffee cake and the blueberry muffin, but yum! And as for coffee, we had the sinker-doodle and the German chocolate. Both were amazing! We also had a second round of lattes. Will definitely be back!

Was visiting TX and found this cute little joint. Customer service was good and they were fairly quick even when they were busy. They also have happy hour so that was a bonus.

I love going to White Rhino. It’s the perfect place to study in because of the vibes and tasty coffee. Recommend Cold War if you like sweet, but strong coffee. The staff are always friendly! Totally recommend to drop by for their coffee, study dates, dates, etc. Am totally IN LOVE with the restroom interior design. Low key need to find the person who designed it so they can design my future home hehe

Any time we have come into White Rhino- Arlington we have been treated with nothing but kindness. I was having an issue with a gift card that was given to me as a gift and Jana went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I love this place and the atmosphere. Coffee is great! Will definitely continue to come back.

White Rhino Bishop Arts is so refreshing and a fun place to hang out!! The food is delicious every time we go there and we love to try something new each time! Their French toast was yummy!! Their chicken salad sandwich is delicious and so is their vegetable sandwich on pita bread, it’s cut up into sections so it’s like little tacos and kind of messy, but yummy tasting!! Great coffee selections and the passion fruit tea was very refreshing to me!!

First time in on a Sunday afternoon. Staff is nice. The glaze and biscuit were good, but the chicken was tough. As if it had been cooked and laid out for hours.

Please figure out a better app. I just paid $20 for a sandwich (no side) and a tea, only to be called and told it isn’t available after 2pm (it’s 250pm). Not sure why the app doesn’t state that, or at the very least not be available to order after 2pm.Unfortunately this isn’t the only time this has happened with the app. I haven’t actually had a time where I received everything I ordered. Hence me finally reviewing. I do not like leaving bad reviews for technological issues as it doesn’t reflect the actual product be served or the customer experience.

Customer Service was excellent as always along with the coffee. However, I was disappointed with their machine not working when it came to collecting payment from my gift card. It was clear I had more than enough money to cover the charges, and was inconvenienced to use my credit card. Once again, no fault of the Employees just a system malfunction.

I love the coffee and atmosphere, one of the best places to study or catch up with friends. my only recommendation would be to have less wobbly tables because it can sometimes be so wobbly we have to avoid that specific table (or tables). thanks ;D

Overall we enjoyed our breakfast. The tacos were good and the bagel with cream cheese was perfect. Specialty coffees were also good. The cinnamon roll was a disappointment though, it literally had no cinnamon! Just a frosted roll.

We did Rhino-to-go, and our order was immediately taken from a super sweet server outside. We got one Toasted Coconut and one Snickerdoodle iced coffee! Both are DELICIOUS. The service was so quick, and I’m looking forward to coming back to try more.

I absolutely loved this coffee shop. They were so friendly and smiled and had such good customer service...especially with a customer like me who likes their coffee a certain way:)They made sure I was happy and got exactly what I wanted. The Cold War @ White Rhino is one of the best drinks you will ever have that will also leave you awake and alert. If I ever have a child I’ll shall give the name “cold war” in honor of the perfect drink. The staff are as epic as the coffee and if you are up for a true surprise... try the hibiscus cooler tea. The barista shamed my wife for ordering decaf and said her order wasn’t in line with why coffee exists in the first place. My wife is in her third trimester and clearly pregnant so she is avoiding large amounts of caffeine, but he may be too young to know that pregnant ladies do that sometimes. It was a very frustrating experience. And the drink he made for her was really gross. It felt like he just dumped syrup in the latte. The same barista then shamed his coworkers for their music tastes. And this entire time his voice was loud enough for everyone in the building to hear his opinions. I hope he was just having a bad day. If not, we can have a discussion about listening more, and talking less.

This place is the perfect coffee shop. Its so comfy and beautiful. I got the snickerdoodle coffee and hummus and both were very good. They also have oat milk and snacks that are hard to find elsewhere. Plus super friendly baristas!

The person who worked the register was EXTREMELY rude and refused to make a drink that I literally ordered yesterday. She had an attitude, her tone was disrespectful and this has been one of the worst experiences that I have ever encountered at this coffee shop.Something needs to be done quickly before the wrong person is treated unfairly and this place is shut down because of their inability to treat every customer fairly.

Customer service was lacking today. We were the first people to place an order today when they opened and we were told there would be a delay in the food because they forgot to turn on the oven (thats fine it happens). We finally get our food that we ordered to eat there and it comes out in to go boxes with no napkins and plastic utensils. I go inside to just get a napkin and plasticware and I get completely ignored at the counter after the employees look at me twice. I finally say something and told them we ordered our food to eat there and that we got it boxed up to go and she said when we get busy we put everything in to go boxes. I ended up just leaving and eating at home. I mean you couldnt take two seconds to at least give us some napkins and plastic utensils when we placed one of the first orders? Hire extra help for Sundays if you cant keep up with orders.

My first time to the uptown location! I have always loved White Rhino and have been going to the Cedar Hill location for over 8 years. I had drip coffee & the breakfast sandwich at the uptown location, and both were great. I especially loved the drip coffee, it was the Rio Brilhante (sp?) and was delicious. My biggest qualm with WR is with gift cards. I had two—I was (barely) able to use one and the other just didn’t work. This is frustrating because every time I pull out a gift card, which is marketed heavily by WR at Christmas time, the team is frustrated because the system is so difficult to use and to train. This means that my money that is ONLY good at WR is rendered useless because the system is so counter intuitive and changes so frequently with the growth of the company. I love that WR has been able to expand so rapidly, but when I can’t even use the money that only works there, I am disinclined to go. If this were to change, I’d go far more frequently!

Love this place, glad they came to Arlington. Really wish they had a chalkboard like the cedar hill location. Don’t sleep on White Rhino.
