I used the text option from the website to receive more information on what type of mattresses they had. They were extremely helpful and searched for the exact mattress at the price I needed!! Me and my wife have needed a new mattress for awhile but havent felt like dealing with the hassle of shopping for one. We went to this mattress firm as a first stop and were planning on going to several more stores (bye bye Saturday) to find the best deal.We havent shopped for mattresses in years but we were blown away by the knowledge and patience of our salesman Erik. Salesman Richard was very helpful. He took the time to multiple samples to tryout. He answered all questions we had. He also checked inventory to find a better/ lower price.

I preselected 4 mattresses via the website. like the fact that I can try out the feel of the mattresses on site which helped me make my final decision. Joseph was very helpful in explaining the difference in each mattress and didn’t rush me while I made my decision. If I had picked the one I thought I needed, it would have been the wrong choice for me. Very happy with the experience.

Great service. The mattress was sold to us using the best deals available by our ever patient and attentive sales clerk Zachary who never pressured us and devoted all of his attention to helping us find the best deal possible. I am very glad that they are not just trying to sell you the most expensive mattress which does not fit your need or being practical. The store was busy and they were short on staff that day, but the people there were making sure we were still doing ok. The account is over 20 years old. Never had this problem. Sounds like a scam to get you to finance rather than paying for the purchase. Walked out. My 80+ year old mother went into the store to by a mattress and adjustable frame from the store. The bed broke in the 1st year of the purchase of the bed. They were contacted about warrantee, we were told that it broke under normal wear and tare, Most beds under normal wear and tare last lots of years. They just did not want to give her a refund for her manufactured broken bed. NO RESULTION FOUND! S O L!
