This Target like so many others was clean and professional, which is very appreciated. The bakery is full of temptations and the cosmetic area has much to explore in a condensed area. The food section has really expanded their options of plant-based items to almost be considered impressive. But this location doesnt have a much to offer in the womens clothing and accessories departments (if youre plus-sized its not worth the time to glance). So I still recommend Target, just not the Cedar Hill location for your wardrobe needs.P.S. I was informed during this visit that Target no longer gives the 5 cent discount for using reusable bags unless its a Target bag. I dont know if this is company wide but value/environmentally conscious shoppers, be aware.***UPDATE***Target informed me that I was previously misinformed. Their bag policy has not changed. Every reusable bag (no matter the logo) is eligible for the 5 cent discount. 😀 I consider this one of the perks of shopping at Target. Every little bit helps.

Target bakery cakeI bought a pre-make white cake with white icing with silver sprinkles for a last minute baby shower at work. It was so surprisingly delicious! It was moist and had a slight almond taste. The icing and cake tasted like it was made in an expensive bakery! For the next few days we all ate it and it seemed to get better and better as we kept it in the fridge! I hope that I can use the cedar hill Target bakery again and the cakes will be consistently good! Thanks for a great cake!I also really like this Target because it is clean and is never crowded. It seems to have plenty of sock.

Oh where do I start, bought nice black TV eating table nice price $15.00, small white 6pk.,towels,found some beautiful grey/white baskets only thing didnt have was upholstery spray had to order on- line. Did buy a bottle of Febreeze little over-priced tho. Overall wonderful shopping day

I have never been treated so poorly before at a target until this day. My family and I was told to buy what we had or leave because the store just closed and I still needed to buy a few more items Evan said he was told by his manager Jesus Tovar that the policy is once the store closes to get everyone out the store no matter if they are finished shopping or not. That was very rude and I have never been treated or told that even when I worked for target myself. It was very disappointing coming from a target employee because I was always treated better at all targets no matter what day or time I shopped.

The tall ginger handsome boy there needs to either be manager or get a raise. Very professional and very caring towards costumer’s.

I bought a package of lamb and it was spoiled when I opened it two days later. Awful smell….Expiration date is 10/25 today is 10/18. Customer service will not answer the phone and I’ve been trying to call for 3 hours…pissed

EVAN helped me yesterday and was so delightful. I gave up trying to find a product and decided to check out. Curious about the product for next time visiting Evan looked up the area in the store where the product was located he decided we would go find the product because it was in stock at this location. It took less than a minute. He has great customer service skills and his energy was unmatched. Thanks Evan. I will revisit this location.

This is a good store, but they really need to hire more staff. It is clear they are running a short staff and overworking the staff they have. Maybe the CEOs can make just a tiny bit less so that you can have enough employees.

The shelves were stocked. The place was clean. And the cashiers were friendly.

I love the pick up service. It’s quick and contact-free. My Walmart pick up order was canceled due to logistical issues they were having. Target had everything on the list and it was ready for pickup in 2 hours. I will use them more often!

Got in and out quickly with no hassle.

First time here i was able to find waters after the winter storm thankfully all the employees were very nice except for one in guest services she wasn’t friendly at all nor didn’t know what she was doing. Put the not so friendly people in the back lol ...Other than that i had a good experience i recommend.

I live in Ovilla. I rather drive to Waxahachie or the Grand Prairie 360 location than this one. It’s gone downhill. Rude cashiers, nothing is organized. They cancelled my online order I guess to lazy to look because I went to the store and I found the item. Cashier Cindy very rude and unprofessional.

Stay safe and use the Target pickup app to get groceries or household items you need. It was quick and easy. They had most items that I was needing. The checkout and pickup experience were easy and safe.

Clean, amazing staff, great selection of goods and well stocked. Theres a Starbucks right by the entrance/ exit.I was there shopping for some baby clothes and personal hygiene products and ice cream and I got all that I needed.

This place has numerous options on various products, needless to say you could find almost anything you need here. Love the grocery store and the organic fresh items you can buy here. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because it can get pricey.

I ordered a camping chair and amazon put it on backorder after waiting for 1 week. I cancelled it on amazon and saw it on Target and ordered it for store pick up and was able to get it in my town the next day. It was VERY convenient.No long lines. The staff was very friendly and ALL had masks on. I felt very safe going in to get my purchase. Thanks Target!

This store is always spotless and so well organized. The staff is courteous and genuinely want to help you. I always have someone speak and ask if I am finding everything. Well stocked shelves. Its okay but I had to get all my items all over again, because one cannot leave ones cart unsupervised to go to the restroom because when one goes back to get it it will be gone(I was already done shopping but really had to go to the restroom before paying and leaving). I left mine on an aisle near the self check out and valentine products.I have left my carts at other Targets to go to the restroom and it has always been on the same spot when I return, this Target has been the only exception. When I got my items once more, I didnt fully get all the items I originally had because I was now rushing and forgot to get them, which could have been avoided if the/an employee didnt take my cart.

I absolutely love this target. There is a really friendly lady that stands in front of returns when you walk in (not at returns), she is awesome everytime I come. On 3 seperate occasions she went above and beyond. I almost walked all the way back to the car for a mask once, she came went and got me one. I needed a basket for my kids once, she was a life saver and suggested the double cart. And even recently she reminded me they price matched when I was at a total loss for not bringing enough money. However everyone is friendly. But thats just above and beyond for me.

Target has a very good selection. Sometimes some of the items can be expensive but it is ok. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

I dont usually go to target for groceries, but yesterday I decided to because there were a lot of deals. When checking out, I met a really nice worker and her name was Faith. I wanted to use a gift card that I had, but I did not know what the balance was. Instead of giving me a hard time, Faith helped me check the balance and I simply paid and walked out of Target happy with my purchase and service. Thank you for your generosity Faith, we need more people like her...will definitely come back!

The Cedar Hill Target is wonderful and has everything you need. From day to day necessities, to that last minute outfit you must-have for a party you forgot about, to the latest in Tech, Outdoors, and Home Essentials. The prices are hard to beat, and the Team Members are helpful, knowledgable, and always making sure the Guest is first. I used Order Pickup for some personal things and it was fulfilled quickly and pick-up was a breeze.

Went through self checkout to pay and were being stared down by the woman like we were criminals she would not even help other people cause she was too busy staring at us scan stuff. Felt very degrading as other people in the line we’re watching us being stared down like criminals ... never getting our business or my families business again !

The staff was fast and friendly. I always love shopping at Target.

This Super Target store is different from all other Target stores I have been to. The customer service is usually on the left side of the building facing the building with electronics at the back middle of the store. This is also one of my least favorite Target store. It is basically a huge, bigger Super Target store living with depression and dimmer light. If the items I want arent only sold here, I would not have come here.

The little girl who worked there who was covering the self checkout lanes. This was around 8pm or 8:30 on yesterday 1/30/2020. I was just approved for a Target card and I didnt realize I needed a 4 digit pin to use it. She was very nice. I had lots of items, so she let me call Target and get it handled without telling me to get out of line. She was very patient and courteous.

I felt very safe! The experience was quick, very efficient. The employees were very friendly! I will definitely order online for store pickup again. This was a great experience.

Target stores are well organized and have a very relaxing energy. When I walk in I feel relaxed and am able to walk around without running into anything too bad.

I went to visit today in the midst of the virus and a bad storm and the service was excellent. They wipe down the carts and the cashier keypads. They have staff walk the aisles to gently encourage people to keep six feet apart. The store was clean and had everything I needed except one item but they had a good substitute for that. I broke my carton of eggs and the cashier had someone bring me another carton. Excellent service during these challenging times.

The young lady working at the service kiosk was very helpful and pleasant! She was patient and kind in helping me with another question I had. I feel terrible for not catching her name.

The employees are FANTASTIC always willing to help . However, the reason i gave this Target a 4 star review is because it does not have music and all the Targets i’ve been to have music and it just lightens the mood and it helps my shopping experience feel a lot better . I think all this Target needs is some music to cancel out the silence good location though ❤️❤️

I decided to try Targets store pickup service after a few disappointing visits with another popular retail stores pickup service. I was very satisfied with my experience from beginning to end. This store is clean and well maintained. I can usually find what I need on my own but there is always an associate available if I need assistance. My family loves to go to this Target location every time they visit from Washington DC.

The employees are great and of course the merchandise is as well. The store is clean, organized and well maintained. The sum total of these attributes make for a great shopping experience and a place youll want to return too !

This is by far one of the worst locations I’ve been to, they never gave nothing in stock, customer service is not what it should be, takes forever to get help and when you do find someone they say it’s not there department and walk away to find someone and never come back, over all just upset they never have nothing in stock!

Very clean and organized store. Plenty of staff to help you find what you need. Didnt have to wait at all to check out. Several lanes were open. I found the ice cream I wanted that I could not find at the grocery store. The clothing selection has really improved. They have a self checkout that is quick and easy. A little bit more expensive than Walmart but quality is much much better. I will be back!

I was in target this morning (4/26/19) and overheard what I assume to be a manager or assistant manager stop one of the employees and tell her she needed to either put on makeup from her purse, or go visit someone in another department to put makeup on in order to look nice. I was so appalled I left the store empty handed, as I cannot imagine a woman being told by her female boss that to look presentable for her retail job she is required to wear makeup. I wanted to verify that this was not required uniform for any department at the store, and after several phone calls found out that it is NOT a uniform requirement, making that young ladys boss even more in the wrong. It is 2019 and promoting this toxic idea that women have to wear makeup to be presentable to their boss is absolutely disgusting. With the launch of a new lingerie brand that is supposed to celebrate every body shape, this single act shows me that target doesnt care about womens individuality or autonomy.

Target maintains quality and convenience of shopping for any household need. the members have been very friendly and can be seen sanitizing after every patron. This means they are putting the safety of everyone front and center.

The sales associate was very very friendly which is very hard to see someone like that! She has a beautiful smile I tend to bump in to her all the time when I pick up from Target. She is super nice!

Target is my FAVORITE store I usually don’t leave without spending at least $50 but I went In with my daughter and husband and we were followed our entire shopping trip by the associates because when we walked into the makeup section the associate there thought we were stealing when we literally grabbed one thing and continued to try and shop. Totally embarrassing, uncomfortable and uncalled for. I will go to the Grand Prairie Target which is out of my way but better service.

Pharmacy never answers phone

This is the worst Target! Poor customer service and they DO NOT practice the 6ft social distancing rule (even tho they have signs, they dont enforce it). The employee I dealt with was Edgar who stated he was the loss prevention supervisor. He was extremely unprofessional and made several racist statements! I will never patronize Target again and I will definitely spread the word to others.

Brittany, the manager at Guest services refused to use my valid coupon for my Red Card anniversary for 10% off after it hadn’t worked at the initial register. I paid with two gifts cards and she explained it would be too much work to do the transaction over because she would have to get the old gift cards out of the trash. I explained I would happily go dig in the trash for them. She was short with me. I could’ve saved $20 using the coupon.Olivia at the beauty counter was very informative.

A well maintained store BUT this location has trouble staying stocked in popular everyday items. Since 2018, they never have the Pamper size I need at any stage my kids are in and the toddler squeezie section has a lot of empty shelf space. I always try this location first and leave feeling like “I did it to myself again!” and then end up at Mansfield Target or out of desperation... Cedar Hill Walmart😔
