Awesome customer service!!! I came in for a quote on a dent in my front bumper. I was greeted by Saul upon my arrival and he immediately came out to take a look at my car. He talked to me about potential options for repair and then went and got his manager for a second opinion. In the end, they were able to just pop the dent out of my car at no charge. I was so happy and impressed! I had been to another collision shop on Hwy 67 and was told I needed an entire new bumper. Safe to say, those people were trying to take me for a ride. After about 10-15 minutes, I was on my way and obviously, extremely happy and thankful. If I ever have a need again, I will definitely come back to this place as well as recommend to others.

I got in a car accident a month ago and was looking for a collision repair to get my car fixed. After going to about 5 different places to get estimates (which ranged from 1,200-1,500 for repairs) I stopped at Straight Line. I spoke with Rex and he came and inspected my vehicle and gave me an honest estimate that was cheaper than the other repair estimates. The whole crew was fantastic & Saul was awesome! They were able to finish my car repair within 1 day and I will continuously use them for any problems I have!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They deserve a lot of recognition!

Saul Garcia and Rex James are amazing! They give you fast quotes, great advice, and are very friendly. My parents and I have been taking our cars to them for estimates and repairs. Our town of Cedar Hill, TX has been very lucky to have them as a business. It was great when Rex’s dad, Matt, was running it, and he has instilled great values and character in his son. If you need body work, this is the place to go!

Wow! The best service and repair work I have ever had done to a vehicle. I had a tree attack the tailgate on my truck and put a dip in the top edge. Two other shops were willing to replace, paint and rebadge for 2000 to 2400. A paintless dent place could straighten and remove the dent for 800 plus I would have to bondo and repaint after. Rex and the team did the whole repair for a very reasonable price including saving parts for rebadging and not needing replacement for less than 700 with paint. I looked so better than band new.There work is so spectacular we sent my sons Audi there for a bunch of front end work from a accident that destroyed a lot of the plastic cosmetic parts. It too looked better than new when done.

Walked in and they handled everything in two minutes both times I went. The people were friendly and easy to talk to.

Straight Line Collision was AWESOME! They took care of painting and installing my passenger side mirror in an efficient and inexpensive way. I would recommend them to anyone who has auto body repair needs!

Had some repairs done on my truck following a fender bender. I was referred here by the other partys insurance company since they were at fault, so I had no idea how great these guys were. Rex was very professional and kept consistent communication with me during every aspect of the repair. Took my bright red Genesis coupe here after a bad front end collision. They matched the paint spot on, which is extremely hard since it has a glitter effect. Car was cleaner then when I bought it when I got it back. Amazing and friendly service! Highly recommend to family and friends.

I took my Honda to them after beng hit and my husband took his Subaru to them also. Both cars looked fantastic after repairs were made. There is nothing crooked about this business in my opinion. Straight line does 5 star level work, no short cuts are ever taken, they are upfront, honest, take pride in the work they put out and will always do right by the customer. Something that is a dwindling trait these days. Your car will leave looking better than it did new from the dealership!

I usually dont give reviews, but after my experience with Straight Line Collision they deserved Kudos for an awesome job. First let me start on how friendly and professional they were (sorry I didnt get the names). They gave me an ETA of when my car would be finished, it was finished exactly in that time frame (week or less). When they called to inform that my car was done they stated they would wash it up and have it ready for me to pick up. Well when I arrived, the job was pure perfection but I was so impressed with the wash up they did. Let me just say, when I first bought my car IT DID NOT LOOK THAT CLEAN. When I have washed my car, IT WAS NOT THAT CLEAN. Not only was the damaged fixed, but it looked like a brand spankin new car! They did more than just a wash up, the provided the Diamond Delux Wash! Needless to say, I am beyond satisfied with my experience, and if I have to be back (hopefully not) I will definitely return back to Straight Line and also recommend them. Straight Line Car Wash should be considered for a business venture (wink wink), like I cant get over how shiny my car was. Thank you guys so much.
