Went through the drive through and had horrible customer service. I ordered three things one being in a small dish. When i got to the window they handed me a baby size. Did not see it as a problem and just asked if i got charged for the wrong size. they said i was charged for a baby even though i said small and the nice girl at the window offered to make a new one in the correct size. Then this other young girl came to the window and told me “ if you wanted a small you need to say that”. Appalled by the attitude, I responded saying that i in fact said a small when ordering and I apologized that it wasn’t heard correctly. She then went on to say that she was the one to take my order and i didn’t not say a small and not to do this again. I am very disappointed in this service as I usually have a very pleasant experience at this location. With that said I believe some customer service training needs to be implemented to fix the awful attitude that this young lady had. This should have not been this big of a deal since it was corrected by the first girl, however this issue is with the disgusting attitude and arrogance that the second lady had. Again very disappointing.

I ordered a turtle sundae today through the drive-thru, but didnt receive it in a travel-safe container - just the regular bowl. Not being prepared for this, my turtle sundae (which has hot fudge, caramel, and whipped cream coming off the sides) ended up all over my passenger seat. It was a sticky mess coming home, and I didnt really get to enjoy the ice cream.I generally really enjoy 4 Queens ice cream, but this experience was not the best. Couldve have been easily fixed with a container with a lid.

Went through the drive through tonight because our favorite ice cream place was closed. I was rudely asked for my order and once given I could not understand what was said. So I pulled up to the window and an extremely small crystallized cone was thrust out the window after taking my money. I then had to ask the passenger in the car to hold the cone while I put the change away. Never once were the words thank you or your welcome ever uttered by the clerks. Wont be going back.

Good shakes and frozen nut bar. Our slushy had a bad taste after the flavor was consumed. Ice machine may need cleaned?

Hands down, the BEST local ice cream in town! Well worth the wait in the drive through which can be lengthy on a good night, but goes actually pretty fast.

The only complaint I have is the line to get in this place when its nice out. People are literally around the block waiting. If you have ever driven 1st St at 745pm on a Sunday you know what I am talking about.

This place is packed on hot days and for good reason. Its been known as the go-to place for ice cream in the area since I arrived in 2012.The downside... Theyve got the most confusing menu Ive ever seen. Word of advice: Dont be afraid to ask what menu items are.

Nope. No more. Not sure what happened but their quality has plummeted. Snowstorm specific; the mix is incomplete, the ingredients are light, and the cup isnt even close to being full. And dont get me started on their sundaes ... the whip cream is optional? You have to ask for it? Been a long time customer, but no longer.

Great ice cream! Oreo snowstorm is my favorite. We enjoy getting pup cups for our dog too.

We are regular customers of the Cedar Falls 4 Queens store. He has a variety of yummy ice cream products and the help is out of this world. They are constantly busy and never get excited by all the customers. They are truly professionals. I am a person that if it isnt broke dont fix it so I usually get the same food every time. I get a Butterfinger Snow Storm. Once a week is usually not enough for me. Love it!!

Easily the best ice cream in the Cedar Valley. I only wish they had a better location and more space. The line is often out the door of youre on foot and out into the street if you try the drive through. But the wait is always worth it.

The best combination is orange sherbet and vanilla swirled.....then dipped in chocolate to make a hard shell...delicious!!

First time here and had heard so many wonderful things...I got a cherry slush. It tasted like applesauce. There has to be something wrong with your slush machine as other reviews mention bad slush.

Our favorite ice cream place ever. Super yummy. Dont be surprised if the line goes out the door and cars are barely off the road because the line is so long. But dont worry! They work fast, and you dont have to wait long.

Have been disappointed with their ice cream every time. The cookie dough one was not actually that good and dairy queen is better. The mint chocolate tastes the exact same as the grasshopper. The german chocolate isn’t actually made with chocolate ice cream and only has small flakes of chocolate. It has mostly almonds. So it seems like none of the chocolate flavors actually have chocolate in them except a small amount of flakes.

I went here for the first time in June 2009! They have a good variety and quick service. Ill have to go back to try out more options.

This place knows how to make ice cream. I have stopped a few times. Only dislike would be that small lobby were everybody packs n shoulder to shoulder for a taste of that delicious ice cream.

Always a great place for cold treats. Sometimes the line is very long. Traffic can be backed up on to 1st Street.

Ice cream is good, probably not worth what you pay for but theres a wide variety and its no worse or better than a Dairy Queen. Hot tip: avoid patroning between the hours of 7 & 9 - the lines are ridiculous and the quality of the treats suffers for it.
