Suppose to be open at 11 on Sundays. Two young ladies show up late to open the store. Called and said oh it will be 10 more minutes to count the drawer. Didnt open the store until 11:30. Not very professional opening a store 30 minutes later. Need to be on time in order to count your register ladies.

According to google and the store window- they have curbside pick up available. Why did I drive across town to for nothing? Called the number as instructed for no answer not even a machine. Thanks for nothing waste of time.

I can always find things easily the staff is knowledgeable and kind. I go there for many things I need such as gloves and things I need being a barber. The prices a great and you wont be disappointed in going.

Response to Dianne Larsen: if you read their return policy, it clearly says For electricals (such as hot rollers, curling irons, dyers etc.): NO returns or in-store credit without original receipt dated within 60 days of purchase.Meaning you needed the receipt to return your items. Plus 60 days is about 2 months, and you wanted to return the item 4 months after you purchased your item. Thats way past their return policy. So they were standing by their policy.

Greeted when came in, though in a very snobby way. Quickly found what I needed. Was asked 8 times in a row if I wanted to sign up for membership card, then treated rather poorly after saying no. More annoying than anything, questioning if those workers were in middle school by their entitled and rude behavior.

Last Sunday, April 7th there were two gals working and both checking out 1 person. We stood in line for 10 minutes and no one asked if they could check us out. When we said we were leaving and would come back another time they laughed. Super disappointed, I have never had any issues at this store before. Maybe management needs to look into who was working and remind their employees about customer service.

They were very helpful with helping me find the right product I was looking for and help with find information about the sale and what products were included awesome experience

The cashier is always friendly and extremely helpful. Wish I could remember her name :-/

Bought electric hair curlers which quit heating up in less than 4 months after purchase. Tried to exchange or return defective item but didnt have sales slip by then. Store would not do either. Failed to stand behind their product. Will not shop there again.
