We were frustrated with the lack of communication. They made a substitution without informing us. When asked, they said they had corrected it, but hadnt. We were told they would contact us when our order was in; they never did. We thought they were helpful on our initial visit but its definitely a trust-but-verify type of place. We were able to work around their error but next time well cancel the order and ask for a full refund.

Character on the security gate is a hoot.
