So I just got home after having an oil change from this service department and my jeep is pouring oil, my husband checks the oil plug and it was fine, checks the oil filter, completely loose and doesn’t at all look like a new filter! It took a demand multiple time for my husband to even be able to get a hold of the manager over the phone. We were about to be on the fwy to STG had we not noticed the leak sooner my jeep would’ve been toast! I’d double check their work if you get your vehicle serviced here.

Originally my experience with this company was not great the original post is below. I have been forced to reconsider my view of this company through the actions of their management. After my original post they reached out to me. I felt that they did not excuse mistakes that were made but that their focus was on making things right and fixing a problem. It is hard not to respect a company that is willing to own a mistake and make it right! they were great to work with and I was glad that they had reached out to me.Original review below:I recently took my truck in to get a known problem fixed. Initially when I tried to schedule the appointment the earliest appointment I could get was a month out. When the appointment was scheduled I told the scheduler what the problem was. I waited the entire month thinking I would finally get my truck fixed and be able to use it for the archery hunt and other things only to find out that at the time I scheduled the appointment the part needed was on back order and would be on back order until almost two weeks after my scheduled appointment. Furthermore the appointment had been incorrectly scheduled as a diagnostic appointment instead of repairing a know issue. Needless to say I was let down quite drastically and found that my needs for reliable vehicle repair were not met by this company.

I recently needed to have my 2017 Lincoln KMC serviced including tire rotation. I called on a Friday for an appointment the following Monday morning. The Express Service manager advised Monday was booked up but Tuesday was open . I had my car in the express service lane Tuesday morning about 9 AM.The very friendly Express Service Lady had me checked in, in but a couple minutes and I was on my way. The car was ready a little later that day. however we opted to pick it up Wednesday morningI picking up our car we were once again greeted by the smiling, pleasant Express Service Manager. She mentioned a couple small items we should look at during next service . Oh yeah the service included a washing also.I give Cedar City Ford 5 Stars. Keep up the good work

I have bought several cars from them.. the sales staff are excellent.. Kerry and Jim are among the best i have ever dealt with. They are fair and honest.. Now the service department is the worst I have ever been to.. they have never fixed a problem for me without creating more. I had one truck they never could fix. My wifes new ranger has had some minor issues. They showed a complete lack of concern and then said we should call ford. Thats there job not mine. I wont use there service ever again. I would give them 10 stars if I could! My family and I were unexpectedly stranded in Cedar City back in March while attempting a drive to Brian Head for the day. Derek J. was our service consultant. Not only did he find a spot in their schedule to fix my truck that day ( bad plugs ) but they also loaned us a brand new Bronco Sport for the day so we could continue to Brian Head. Cedar City Ford has earned repeat customer status from me, my family, and everyone within earshot. We live 6+ hours away in California, but they made my recent truck purchase so easy and seamless, it was smoother than other vehicle purchases weve made through our local dealer. Every employee was so helpful and eager to please, but Ashley and JD especially stood out as going the extra mile. My husband and I wish wed found them years ago; we will be buying all of our vehicles from this dealership in the future!

I needed two key fobs programmed for my 2021 Mustang Mach-E and my local dealer was not helpful. I called Cedar City Ford to see if they would program the key fobs and they said they would do the programming and the price was very reasonable. Also, they said it was a drive-up service and I could just show up and they would take care of the programming.I drove to CCF and spoke with the Service Advisor and he took the key fobs and my only fob. 1 hour later I was on my way with 3 working key fobs. I was treated with respect and courtesy. Everyone there was friendly and helpfulI will be back!!!

I am a service manager for a locally owned tire and service center in St. George and brought my truck to Cedar City Motor Company because it’s under warranty and had a recall. The Ram dealership in St. George was not friendly and lacked customer service.I purchased my truck from Cedar City Motor Company due to there no hassle sales experience and great customer service. I will say there service department is just as great. From my phone call making the appointment to picking up my truck every person I spoke to was very helpful and friendly.

The service department at Cedar City Ford has been great. Taken a car in a few times and the service advisor Mike knew exactly what I was talking about and confirmed what the issue was and how to resolve it. They stuck to the schedule and on the 2nd visit I decided to wait at the dealer and he told me it would probably be about an hour. I was skeptical, thinking it would probably be longer than that and about 40 minutes later it was done!

Fast, easy, low pressure situation. Cary and JD were great to work with. Purchase of new truck was a pleasurable experience. We took our car in because the check engine light came on. We got the code read and took it in and told them the issue. They diagnosed the problem and told us it would be about a $400 fix. 1 week after we paid and got it fixed the light came back on and the code read the same. So we took it back in and they said that there must be “another issue”. So it was $100 to fix it this time. 1 week later and guess what... the light comes back on with the same code again!! We are now out $500 and the problem is still not taken care of. So this time we decided to take it somewhere else. They found the problem in 10 minutes, showed us the broken part and we got it fixed for $35. I would not recommend taking a car to Cedar City Motor Company unless you want to pay and not get your problem taken care of.

I found the truck I wanted through their website and worked with the sales team over the phone until I was able to get there and really take a look at the truck. They were very friendly and once I got there and worked with the salesman Josh everything went smoothly. Took the truck out for a test drive and was sold on the truck. They gave me the best bang for my buck on my trade in and had some of the best deals around! Will go back when I am ready to purchase another new vehicle!

Abe did a fantastic job! He was professional and kind. He had timely responses to all my question and if he didn’t know then he found out! Had a few bumps with the financing department, it would have been quicker to go to the bank myself, all in all nice hospitable staff and team !

We bought a used car from them and they sold us a $2400 warranty. Oh and when we started to hear grinding with the brakes they couldn’t fit us in at the dealership where I bought the car so I had to take it to Midtown tire and auto and when they did the brakes, the driver side front and back had 2/3 pads on it and the passenger side was metal to metal front and rear When I asked to do something about it. The general sales manager called and threaten to void our warranty.We went in person to meet with Chris to work on a solution

This last weekend we were moving my daughter to Cedar City for college and her car broke down on the way. We had it towed to the Ford dealership and Pete Kubal took care of it. Service was quick and he gave my daughter great advice on how to manage her car over time. I feel a lot better knowing someone is looking out for my girl while she’s away from home! Thank You Pete!

We called Scott Birkner at the end of June and told him what kind of car we were looking for and that we were willing to wait until the right car came along. He kept us in mind and weeks later let us know that perfect car had just appeared on the lot. It really was perfect! He made the entire process of finding and purchasing our car very easy.

Amazing! Hometown dealership, where the customer matters!We were doing research online and came across a F150 we were interested in located at Cedar City. We requested information and wanted to take a look at it on 5/15 in person. Ryan advised that that truck was no longer available, so we kept looking. We came across the most beautiful Ford Ranger we had seen. We went to the dealership on 5/15, we were greeted immediately upon opening the front door. We met Ashley. We talked about the Ranger and she got the keys and we went out and found it on the lot. She explained how they have the best price posted on the tag in the window. We took it for a test drive and absolutely fell in love with the truck. So we talked with Ashley and John and told them we had to think about it over night. So on Saturday Ashley and I texted back and forth. She said that they would make it work, come on up! Well the rest is history, we now have a gorgeous Hot Pepper red Ford Ranger.

We were welcomed right when we walked in by Joey Lopez. He then helped us find the car we were looking for and took us on a test drive. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly.

Worst Ford dealership I have been to. Grumpy and unprepared staff which never gets back to you. Very very long waiting.I emailed my requirements and questions before my meeting with sales. I had to wait 15 minutes for my salesman even though I had an appointment. That can be excused if the person would have been prepared but none of my questions or request have been prepared. I went through my request again and waited 45 minutes for them to come back to then find out that they try to sell me a new car and not what I specifically (!) asked for. They went back to their computer and I had to wait another 45 minutes to get the information I needed. Of course, I needed to make another appointment to complete the purchase which took 2 hours in total! In the end, they messed up my affidavit of title application (wrong car and VIN on it) and never fixed it. I called multiple times and they never got back to me to correct it.When I wanted to schedule my service I first put in an online request. Never heard back. I called then and had to leave a voice mail and again, nobody got ever back to me. They clearly sell already too much and have too many service appointments so they don’t need me. Went to another shop to get the service done.I will never go back here. They are the worst.

Ive bought more vehicle than I can count over my life time. The 2017 F-350 I bought at Cedar City Ford Lincoln had to be one of my best buying experiences. First off it was done almost totally by text & phone calls.They had just gotten the F-350 in by trade & didnt have any pictures on their web site. Ryan sent me pictures, the window sticker and asking price.As that was what I was looking for I said consider it sold once I get my 2014 F-350 sold. He asked for pictures of mine and some info. Next day they gave me a offer as a trade which I excepted. Drove up there in my 2014 F-350 from the Palm Springs Ca. area the following Monday. Got there at 10:00 am & left in my 2017 F-350 around 11:30 after Jeremy handled all the paper work.So they took mine in sight unseen, for what they offered. I bought theirs sight unseen for what they offered. Had a very nice 400 mile test ride home!!

I have been in twice now to have my car serviced. The first experience was very good and the people here are very friendly. The second, and most recent, experience was a little sub par. Took my car in for an oil change and asked them to take a look at my tires. The oil change went well but when I went to pay, they mentioned that they had rotated my tires for me. This is a pretty normal thing to do but worried me because I do have custom rims on my car. I decided to go take a look and found that the techs has put some pretty decent scuffs in the paint on my wheels. Some of which were down to the metal. Im not usually one to write negative reviews but I do feel that if they are going to be working on cars with custom wheels or parts, they need to practice being a little more cautious when removing said parts. Theres not much that can be done about it now since the damage is already done but, in the future, just be cautious.

I took my car in to the body shop had Wayne and the guys work on it. I’m pretty convinced this is the last place on earth that I actually believes in and does something about customer service

Cedar City Motors is the best place I have ever purchased a new vehicle. Their customer service is fabulous. They are accommodating in every way. I drove 600+ miles just to deal with them. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from them I have recommended my friends to them who have also bought vehicles there. Cary Larson is the best salesperson with whom I have ever dealt. He is a 10+ out of a possible ten.

The reason I am givin a 4 star review is because it took them 6 hours to fix my car. There were reasons for it that I wont go in to detail about, but in those 6 hours that I sat and waited, I was only spoken to twice. I would have appreciated them coming and explaining to me why it was taking so long instead of just letting me sit there wondering what was going on.I gave them 4 stars because they did fix my car and it works great, I just think they need to communicate better with their customers if things are taking longer then expected.

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. When my husband and I bought our first car here, we had a great experience. The pricing was great and they worked with our budget, and the man who sold us the car was amazing, and went above and beyond! I could not recommend him enough! Because of this great experience, we decided to repair a car at their body and service shops. The first replacement of a part at the service shop went great, they got us in quick and fixed it easily. However, we went to the body shop for a few repairs, it was the worst experience possible. We have been trying to solve some of the same problems for a year and it has been horrific. Out of all the companies I have ever dealt with in making purchases of any kind, I have never met one as disorganized, unprofessional, and unreliable as as Cedar City Ford Motor Body shop. Now, I am generally a nice and understanding person and I live by the rule that everyone is doing their best. However if this is their best it is absolutely unacceptable and I truly don’t know why they’re in business. I don’t remember every detail as it has been over the past year or more, but here are a few of the many ridiculous experiences we have had with them:1) They have NEVER, I repeat, literally NEVER called us back. Over our time working with them we have left many messages and made many calls, as well as have ordered many parts from them. No call or message has been responded to or addressed. We also never received a call for when parts came in. The communication between us and and them relied solely on us catching them at the right time and calling ALL the time.2) One time, we called, again, and our bumper part had been in for a while (because they never called). Then, because of the timing, we couldn’t get it fixed for another month or so. We were very clear about that and they said it was fine. A month or so later, we called like we mentioned and guess what?!? THEY SENT IT BACK BECAUSE THEY FORGOT WE NEEDED IT. AN ENTIRE BUMPER. THEY JUST SENT BACK. Like, what?! Who does that? Literally this blows my mind (if you can’t tell). When we questioned it, they said it wasn’t in their records...and guess how many times they’ve said that? It’s not that I don’t believe them, I do. I believe that the people I talk to on the phone do not make a record of what we talked about, what parts we need etc. Because this sort of stuff happened EVERY SINGLE TIME.3) One time, after they “fixed” our car we got it back with the check engine light on. I didn’t notice right away and brought it back in a week or so later for them to right out. I had noticed that the check engine like accompanied an odd sound and change in the acceleration. Only noticeable at higher speeds, like on the freeway, it often turned off and on. When we brought it back in they said there was nothing wrong but that they had “fixed” it. Not to our surprise, nothing had changed, and though it happens a lot less frequently than it used to, we still have this problem occasionally.4) Another time they pushed back our date to fix the car and then took almost three weeks (a one week repair), because they forgot to order the right parts.5) I called them yesterday and left a message, for the millionth time, about the brand new radio they put in that was defective. Long story short they sent me to the wrong place, the man there was very confused why I would be there for this specific replacement, and now I’m waiting to hear back from them AGAIN. I bet they won’t call.The point is, this list is eternally long. If you need a repair, dodge this bullet and go to literally anywhere else. You Will Thank Me Later!

Pete in the service department is always so helpful when Im there to get my vehicle serviced. Anytime there is something more that my vehicle needs above and beyond the regular oil change and tire rotation, they always are up front on how much it will cost and how much time it will take. I also appreciate that they have a shuttle service so I dont have to take time off from work.

Excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I travelled from a neighboring city because of their excellent customer service and it was well worth the extra miles. When I arrived, they had all the paperwork prepared and there were no surprises with the cost. I highly recommend their services because of their knowledgeable, honest, and friendly staff.

Great salesman, great positive attitude, worry free, no hassle buying experience.....until you purchase a vehicle and start having issues. Service center can’t replicate the problem? Guess what, it doesn’t exist. Trying to get a hold of anybody? Good luck, they are too “busy”. Any call backs? Nope, they “forgot”. “Don’t worry, this will get taken care of”, still waiting.....never again will I purchase from here.

We were informed that we had a recall on our Promaster the website for the recall directed us to Cedar Motor Company. We called in and talked to Tina gave her all the info told her it was a recall.She informed us that she had to order the part. She made a appointment for us. We dropped off the van and about 45 minutes later they call and tell us that they cant fix it do to it being a recall. Why would you go through all the trouble to order the part, make a appointment to just call and say they cant fix it because there not certified. I have had problems with cedar motor company before gave them a second chance to redeem themselves after this I will never refer anyone or support them again

DO NOT GO HERE! Brought my truck in with a flashing engine light. After 3 weeks, useless expensive repairs ($1400), and them continuously telling me they have no idea what is wrong with my truck, I just took it back the way it was. Turns out after all that my truck ran MUCH worse than when I brought it in (still misfired and NOW shut down when I stopped the truck at lights and stop signs)! I took it to Cedar City Auto Repair and Maintenance and they made it run just fine for 1 HOUR of repair time and the cost of a few parts. Would not recommend Cedar City Ford at all to anyone.

Great service by the entire team (test drives, refining our wants list, finding the right vehicle, price negotiation, trade-in value, paper-work, delivery, vehicle training). The team were always patient with us and transparent. There were no hidden costs and no high pressure tactics anywhere in the process. They got us the exact vehicle we wanted at an excellent price and gave us a high trade in value. And they were always friendly and calm, and each new car comes with an unlimited mileage and time period drive train warranty. Buying cars should always be like this. Great and pleasant experience and excellent value from Cedar City Motor Company.

Cedar City Ford had the lowest estimate I could find for my Ford Expedition in Cedar City. Their estimate was just as they expected. The time they estimated was accurate and they were great to work with. An accidental damage that is back to looking new. My vehicle looks great!

I used the quick lane for an oil change and it was easy and convenient. The service was done quickly and the customer service was excellent.

I had looked at trucks at several different locations and they were the only ones I felt did not do a switch and bait/pressure to upgrade. They were I felt honest with their pricing and with all the discounts. There was a discount they found I was eligible for that another dealership said I was not eligible for. We were not able to get there until late in the evening and the staff stayed late to finish the deal. Very professional and I very much appreciated the upfront attitude and honesty I felt they showed during the whole process. The only up-sale they did was the extended warranty and I expect to hear that from every dealership. With this presentation there was not pressure just information on what it offered and the price.

Great service. Appt. given and kept. Velet driver was at lunch and they had another employee take me home while I waited for my vehicles work to be completed. They called, and as soon as it was done, I called Jay, who had clocked out, and he came and picked me up anyway. Now that is great customer service and caring for your customers! Had a great experience. Were passing through in our 2016 jeep and noticed a decent size leak under the drivers side engine compartment. They were able to get us in same day and seems to have fixed our problem. 2 days later and TON of driving (400+ miles) later still clean pavement. Pete in service was great. He helped get us on our way, safe and sound!
