Because of you I can highlight my own hair and get it to the platinum color I like, no more yellow because you helped me with the correct product to use. Since the outbreak I definitely avoid this company. Ridiculous rules makes it almost impossible to get anything. Now their return policy is no longer valid. Stay away.When I told them I would buy from Cosmo Prof, they replied with the fact that Sallys owns Cosmo Prof. I replied back that I will only shop at Salon Centric now.

Ok I’ve called about 10 times THROUGHOUT the day and no one seems to answer. Hours say open. Curbside pick up. So answer your phone. Can’t be busy ha very poor service. Do your job

Quick & easy return

Great price for a quick pick up on something you need but not the greatest hair supplies. I use a professional shop to buy my hair supplies. They dont have the best customer service because it can take a long time before an employee will greet you.

Lady at the register was rude, not even a smile. Informative but didnt seem to enjoy being at work. Her general demeanor was like i was a lesser human being.

Please tell me that wicked witch Riley shurtz no longer works there shes so rude and treated me horrible every time. She pretended to update my membership I paid for it went to do an online purchase no new membership Ill go to st.George till shes gone

This one lady with short brown hair kept following me and staring at me it made me really uncomfortable like she thought I was stealing so I get pressured to buy from the store today....really weird
