Southwest Appliance was able to get me a washer and dryer within a month when other stores had a 6 month wait!!! The installation team was personable, quick, and communicated very well. Everyone I encountered really made me feel taken care of and confident in my purchase. They answered all of my questions about various machines and helped me make the right choice for me.

I bought a GE washer here this week and am very happy with the price, delivery and counter service! Delivered on the same day of purchase.The store help and delivery crew did a great job. I was on my way to Home Depot to buy a washer, but saw the store and stopped in on a whim. Happy I did! I like to support local business too.

I just went there today looking for a washer. I had great customer service. Good information was given to me and I felt very comfortable. I purchased the washer and within one hour they had installed it in my home. The delivery technician’s were so polite and efficient. Great service all round.

These guys always take care of their customers! Chet and his crew are very knowledgeable and are willing to what it takes to make sure youre happy with your experience. They are a little more pricey not being a big box store. However, worth it in order to get the high quality customer service they provide!

Southwest appliances outfitted our new house build. They had exactly what we were looking for and LOVE the new appliances. Because of covid and other craziness there were some hiccups with the right stuff getting here in time. They got us exactly what we needed so we could move in and then made things perfect as stuff arrived. Class act all the way.

Very bad customer service and staff communication. We had called ahead of time about returning a stove that had been taken home out of the box. The woman said it would be okay as long as it wasn’t outside and not scratched or used (which it wasn’t, it was still in the trailer and in the garage for the night). She said we could return it. We brought it to the store and we were told very rudely that we had to now pay 25% of the stove when she had just told us it was okay. This was not an okay experience. She then said she should have had us talk to the other guy, but she didn’t. This was not a good experience. We were talked down upon, and not explained this at the time the box was taken off or explained in a kind matter. Would not recommend.

I did not find one negative post about Speed Queen appliances. i LOVE MY NEW WASHER.

I bought appliances 1.5 years ago. Every single one of them broke within that time. The repair guy takes at least two weeks to come out and then he has to order parts. They feel that this is superior service. When my fourth out of four appliances just broke just out of warranty I told them I expected them to come out and fix it for free because I had been nice when I was out of a microwave for 6 weeks and I was nice when my ice maker didn’t work for the first three months, and I almost didn’t even call about my stove but after all I had put up with I expected them to come and fix this one for free even though it was slightly out of warranty. The owner was so snotty on the phone that I cried and she said “go ahead and buy them at Home Depot”. The repair guy did actually come for “free” and “fix” the dishwasher along with lecturing my husband about what great service he has provided us. Well the dishwasher never made it through a cycle so turns out he did nothing. Our ice maker that he also “fixed” is again not working and the owner is telling me he is booked out through the 23rd. This is truly the worst customer service I have ever witnessed anywhere through myself or anyone else I know. Truly appalling but go ahead and hand them your money they take that just fine.

Im a firm and staunch supporter of Speed Queen based upon consumer test and reviews. Fortunately, Southwest Appliance carries Speed Queen laundry appliances. Holly graciously guided me between the different options and performance of the different Speed Queen laundry sets and I made what I believe to be is a very wise choice based upon her skilled recommendations. The purchase point was reasonable for the high quality and value that I was receiving on my investment. The kicker? The delivery and installation went off without a hitch. Bought my Lopi wood stove here. Being new to heating with wood, I was given clear information to make a good decision without sales pressure. The stove is wonderful and looks good in our family room. Delivery and service was timely just before winter arrived. George Ostler

We were in search of a compact stacking washer and dryer to replace our 30 plus year old one. From the moment we walked in and met Holly we were impressed. She was extremely helpful. They were able to add our purchase to the next day delivery that was coming up the mountain. The two gentleman who did the installation were extremely polite, neat and clean and knowledgeable. They worked in a very tight space. The installation was successful. No damage to anything including the brand new flooring. When the time comes to replace appliances Southwest Appliance will be at the top of our list.

Despite our research the great cooktop wouldnt work and neither would any of the ones they normally stock. They gave us a full refund and directed us where we might try next to solve our problem. I have never come across this before. We just built a new house and bought all of our appliances from Southwest. The ones they hooked up work fine but they didnt install the dishwasher or fridge because your electrician and plumber are supposed to do that. Ive had several appliances installed by Sears over the years in past homes, I even used to work for Sears and I have never heard of this before. So I contacted my electrician and plumber and they still have not got them hooked up. So I have very pretty looking appliances that do not function because Southwest would not install them. I am at a loss here.

We they have supplied all the appliances for my kitchen two times now. Great service and friendly staff. Not a large selection however they are up front with sales that are coming up. They told us to come back in a month because the fridge we wanted was going to go on sale.
