Employees resell toys. some articles never leave the warehouse so the employees can buy them. and they let people search the pallets before the restock so yo can never find high demand articles

Everything is sooo expensive.Some items did not show price tag.

I bought groceries and a shirt for my trip also some bags of snacks for the plane . But needed more cashiers. Waited almost one half hour in one of the many lines .

Took out all the sanners in the store. Scanning application in phone wont work. Cant see prices when paying until youget receipts, so you wouldhave togo to customer service to returnif not the same price on tag

Big place. A wide variety of products. Properly signs to help find the right department. Reasonable pricing. The store was clean. The products were organized. Easy access to cashiers or pay and go stations.

Your usual supercenter. Needs to have a dedicated chip aisle. Roamed for 5 minutes looking for large Lays original chip. Didnt find. Booo 😆

Very poor quality in the merchandise in the produce section there was hardly anything to choose as far as fresh fruits and vegetables very sad place to do your groceries.

Merchandising very poor!! The day we went to buy without IVU school supplies..everything was mostly gone..could hardly get anything off my list.

Every time i come to the island we visit food 🛍 shopping .

My mother is 70 years old!!! The lady behind her older. When we arrived at the checkout line I started my timer. It took 52 minutes for her to check out with only 3 people ahead of her. In the US this would never happen!! But in PR it is just fine. Sure why not!! Today was our last day there. Walmart doesn’t even care...

The pharmacy lacks many products for diabetic patients

Didnt get all I needed. I guess thats due to the COVID-19. Many things are not displayed and shelves look empty. This store is one of the best. They are on top of cleanliness of carts, areas, and watching out for social distancing at lines. I believe its safer than any other store for now.

It has everything you may need. But, double check the price, many times youll find price discrepancy. Noticed this problem for some time now. Besides that, they will correct it if you notice the error.

Grocery section aisles were concerning empty...🤷‍♀️

One of the best Walmart I have ever seen, organized, clean, everything shines and everything in its place, no mess, its like the store was today,never seen a Walmart like this ever. I personally congratulate the employees that works in the store, they are very friendly and they help you until you are pleased, I should one day return and see that this is not a dream, compare to the metropolitan area.

Clean a fast checkout

This store has fruits and vegetables that dont last more than a few days after they reach the consumers house. The variety of items are limited and employees arent educated enough to answer questions when asked from consumers.

You can find anything you need for home, garden, go to camping or fishing, a lot of sports stuff, gifts, grocery and many more.

First you get rid of cashiers so the customer has to self checkout and then you have another wonderful idea and limit the self checkout to 20 items or less and still short on cashiers and I counted my items and had 27 not that much over and the lines so long,left the cart and walk out,your customer service suck big time

You can get plenty of goods here. I feel is a bit lacking in electronics, but its a place I go regularly in and is overall a very good one to shop.

Puerto Rico has excellent associates and very professionals

The personnel at the pharmacy is very patient and polite, especially with older folks. They are very willing to provide additional information and consultation. The service is most of the time just a one hour waiting or less. So, I walk around the store, pick up anything I need while I wait.

Its a walmart pretty clean. The chicken wings appear to had been defrosted and where full of water and blood but thats the norm in this island, wouldnt buy them. Found most of the things I was looking for otherwise.

Its a good store.But dont have alot of things we have in our stores here Food wise.But over all its a Wal-Mart.Staff was very helpful.If they didnt speak English or understand they got someone who did.One last thing.cost is higher there.If youve never been to PR.You will understand why cost is higher when you do go there.its a beautiful country.An Island.so please everything you spend helps them.Tip the people well.I love it so much there Im going back to do more exploring of the Island.

Variety of food and merchandise.

The line was to long. And they where to los getting people acces yo the store. This was a night mare.

If youre in need of something late in Puerto Rico and youre in the area of Cayey this is the place to be. For tourists coming from abroad understand this is the equivalent of your small town Walmart in the Midwest. If youre intimidated by the language barrier dont be, the locals in Puerto Rico are usually quite nice. Watch your stuff in the parking lot and feel free to use the self checkouts if you need to. If youre on the way to the beach near Ponce its worth stopping just to see all the local Puerto Rican goodies they wont sell at your Walmart back home.
