My father is almost 90 yrs old and they give him a herd time with his prescriptions he calls and they will not answer their phone. He has been calling an hour straight and reaches no one. He called me in the U.S to try call them and no one answered the phone. Unaceptable

Honestly the pharmacy should improve a lot. I deliver recipe at 3pm, I pass at 630pm and they did not process it. Its not the only incident Ive had. Today I got tired and I had to write.
