Best U-Haul location ever in my opinion. Super helpful guy spent half a day trying to figure out why my trailer lights on my Mercedes weren’t working, pro-bono. He wasn’t successful, but gets an A+ for effort. The Mercedes specialist looked add it also, charged me $135 diagnosis day, and I still don’t have a diagnosis or a fix for the trailer light.
I have had absolutely no luck in getting ahold of anyone at this location. i am trying to contact someone for my reservation for this Saturday 5/28/21.i am currently on hold and have been for over 30 mins. customer service wont answer either. im posting this in hopes someone is monitoring this and looks up my account info and returns my call.
Ive been there 3 different times now to have my propane tank filled and got the same answer from the one person working there, Im not certified to fill the propane tanks . Why do you have someone who is not certified to fill the tanks working alone then, seems like that would be the first thing they do when they hire someone is get them certified.

I came in without a prior reservation, and Matt helped me rent a trailer very quickly. I also needed a connector and was given one for no charge. Great service!
This has single handedly been one of the easiest experiences through a moving company I’ve ever had all thanks to this location. The last one I felt overcharged and the customer service, well there was none. Matt was extremely calm and kept my stress at ease and helped me to move at an affordable cost and just had plenty of relatable conversations. If he doesn’t become corporate soon then I couldn’t possibly imagine where this company has their interest at. Will definitely recommend to ANYONE to use this location and to talk to Matt👍🏼👍🏼

Walked in to get a part I was told was in stock by a different Uhaul location. First, they were eating lunch at the desk and acted like I was interrupting them. Second, once I said what I needed, they said they dont have it and they have to order. I told them I was told it was here and the girl rolled her eyes at me. After 20 minutes of looking they still didnt find it. Worst experience with Uhaul Ive ever had!

I really hate to leave a bad review as this is my favorite Uhaul place I go in very often to grab boxes every so often I’m a regular . Each time I have gone I chatted with the csr rep and I receive a warm welcoming for whoever is in at the moment . However TODAY was not that day. My cousin reserved a uhaul from this unit so that she could help me move my house and whilst I attempted to arrive on time for my pickup of 1pm we both were running late and my phone died. When we finally arrived to uhaul today after waiting in line the guy ask our name and basically cannot find the reservation. I explained to him that I was late and that I reserved a truck online but my timeslot was 12 hours (I may be wrong but I was thinking if you reserved something even if your late you still have the time in your slot that you already reserved it for AGAIN I MAYBE WRONG BUT THIS IS MY THOUGHT PROCESS) so anyway the guy at the front is like well let me look it up pulls up the thing and says oh yea you booked it for the wrong one . I said no I didn’t I booked it for this one so that I wouldn’t travel too many miles I already calculated the miles . He goes no ma’am you booked it for two notch location (he meant to say west Columbia) so I said don’t worry about it and proceeded to leave this other guy comes up (as if he really wanted to help) and says let me see so he pulls it up and shows it’s cancelled and that it was transferred to the West Columbia I asked did they have anymore trucks he said no I said ok we didn’t Receive a call or text he goes back to the computer and again acting as if he really wants to help says well let me see here oh yea right there it says they text you twice to your number and called and left a voice mail my cousin explains to him that she didn’t receive a text so I said it’s ok well just get someone else to move it at this point as a csr he should have just left it alone he basically began repeating the same thing over and over about the lady leaving a voice message I told him very politely ok that’s fine we can go somewhere else and he just would not leave it alone so We go to leave my cousin again says but they really didn’t call me to me NOT HIM and he goes NOBODY HAS NO REASON TO LIE TO YOU I said you don’t talk to customers that way walked out the door and asked the other csr the Gm information he goes oh I don’t know then the guy comes back outside and is like what’s y’all problem I politely told him his response was unnecessary and uncalled for and I would be reaching out to cooperate he goes throwing a thumbs up and says I don’t care ! Well I do and I’m highly offended and will not be utilizing uhaul ever again! You don’t speak rudely to customers and you don’t pretend to be helpful just to antagonize someone after they say ok. I had already told him ok and everything is good I’ll go somewhere else and it was like he would not leave well enough alone !
The owner, Shane, is very professional and provides excellent customer service. There was a technical glitch during my online reservation and it did not transfer tge info correctly. Shane quickly fixed my reservation issue and gave me a discount on my rental.

UHAUL EMPLOYEES RAN MULTIPLE FRAUDULENT CHARGES AGAINST MY CREDIT CARD. SPOKE WITH A MANAGER WHO PROMISED TO RESOLVE BUT DID NOT, AND NOW WILL NOT TAKE/RETURN MY CALLS. THE MANAGER THAT I SPOKE WITH DISCLOSED THAT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED & SHE IS LEAVING THE COMPANY BECAUSE OF THIS AND OTHER QUESTIONABLE PRACTICES. I AM SEEKING LEGAL ASSISTANCE TO RESOLVE. I WILL NEVER, **EVER** USE UHAUL AGAIN & STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE DO THE SAME.

This U-Haul stole out of the back of my truck and then try to charge me $2000
The customer service rep was a joke and the vehicle that they rented me was literally falling apart. The transmission was going out and the rear end was grinding. It was dangerous to go over 50mph. Theres nothing like having all my stuff smell like burnt transmission fluid
I have always used this location when I haved moved locally or out of State. They always stand behind what they say which means a lot, and they even email you the details. Great folks to deal with friendly and experienced.
When we picked up our truck the employee Robert was helpful and friendly. Its when we dropped it off the next morning we had a problem. They opened at 7 but when we got there at 730 the door was open but the lobby was dark and no employee to be found. After waiting for about 20 min my husband found the employee in his car smoking. They tried to overcharge us even though we used less miles than calculated. And when we first got the truck they told us we would be reimbursed for extra gas left in the truck which we had started with a 1/8 tank and returned it with 1/2 tank. The rude employee told us we shouldnt have put so much in the tank in the first place. 😡 First of all we didnt know how much gas we needed and secondly the smart remark was uncalled for.They are so unprofessional and I Will Never rent from this location again
Pretty poor experience. Only one dude who knew what he was doing and he had a line of people hounding him. Other guy just sort of sat there like a fixture doing nothing. Took me over hour just to rent a truck and vehicle transport.
Highly dissatisfied. Sitting out front at 8:39am the doors are lock and the store is closed. Sign says it opens at 7:00am. Called the number to try to get some help but kept getting the run around from who ever answered. Guess I’m off to rent from somewhere else
The new manager was nice. We did get our things what was left. I will always b iffy about renting from any uhauls due to my privacy and our things being stolen by the employees of this branch
