When I called, the phone was quickly answered by someone who (actually) knew what they were speaking about. This is NOT typical for the business!!!This is something new, compared to the companies I have dealt with in the recent past. ProKitchenOnline has a philosophy in business that is not like others I have seen or heard of. They were not after my money and seemed more concerned with actually helping me solve my Commercial Kitchen issue... Transaction was smooth, fast and accurate. Most of all, I trusted them.Will I deal with ProKitchenOnline again..? Sure, next time something in the kitchen breaks!! haThanks

The team is nice and knowledgeable - a breath of fresh air comoared to what has been the norm. I saved money and they had parts in stock. Gice them a call!!!!
