I had some of my friends Introduce me to Scott you could definitely tell he’s a good guy and that he’s super knowledgeable, so we went with his company they did everything they said they would do and more they were punctual, helpful, did great work, and cleaned up after their selves. I don’t know if any of y’all have had to choose granite/marble, tile, or paint it’s a hard decision, he helped us through that process and made it way easier on us. Finally sitting down to write this, almost two months later but I still have nothing but good things to say! The second I walked in the showroom, Scott was SO polite & helpful. We had been shopping around, and knowing we were about to make one of the biggest purchases we’ve ever made, we were really paying attention to who we were about to give our money to. Scott solidified that for me within a few minutes. He was very knowledgeable and immediately knew my style (I was drawn to white and expensive lol) and helped me pick out EXACTLY what I wanted within our budget. We put in our deposit that day for Calcatta Rocky Quartz for our kitchen reno.Scott quickly came out to measure (within a few days), and woop- we found out our cabinets were all unlevel (obviously due to our cabinet mans doing), and Scott was very patient and understanding while we had to pay someone else to come fix all of our base cabinets (yikes).. anyways, fast forward a few weeks. The installation crew came to install and had all the countertops in within a few hours.However, we had a slight issue with the epoxy turning too dark in our seam on our bright white countertops. After two attempts at fixing it, we decided to move the seam all together with a different epoxy, meaning they had to cut one slab, and use a whole new one on the other side. And BOY, did it make ALL of the difference!I so so appreciate Scott and his workers working with it until we were all 100% happy with the finished product. And through all of this, again, Scott could not have been more awesome and kind! Absolute BEST choice for countertops and if we need anything else, we won’t hesitate to use Rocky Tops! Thank you so much Scott + your team for making my dream kitchen come to life!

Great place for counter tops. They did our kitchen and we were greatly pleased with the job they did. We did our two bathrooms at a later date and there was a small problem in one. Scott the owner came by to take a look and told us he would make it right. The next day his guys were there and did a perfect job making it right. We couldnt be more pleased with the service and the products we received.

I had, what I considered to be, a very difficult job for Rocky Tops -- Turns out it was me and my fear that kept me from upgrading my kitchen for so long. Scott eased my concerns right from the beginning and gave me several ideas on how to deal with small spaces, but making them look larger. Now my 1960s kitchen looks like a 2017 kitchen. SUPER happy with his 100% custom design work. His crew was clean, nice and very friendly. I will certainly be using them again! :)

We had an excellent experience with Rocky Tops. Scott was extremely helpful thru the entire process. He allowed us to pick slabs from wholesalers and helped us layout the slabs for our kitchen that would tie together nicely since we needed multiple slabs. We also felt like we were getting an interior designers point of view while working with him. He has completed over 10,000 kitchens and has a great eye for style and the dos and donts for your particular project and slabs. The kitchen granite has now been installed and looks amazing. His crew is extremely experienced and very polite. We did shop around with different fabricators and Scotts price was very reasonable compared to others in the area and his expertise far surpassed the others that we met with.

Very nonresponsive. I had used them to do a few homes in the past but this time around they did a bad job of returning calls and emails. I had been dealing with Scott and had to keep calling him for updates. When I just called in to find out about turnaround time I told the woman that answered the phone I had been disappointed in the lack of followup on their part. She proceeded to actually curse me out and dropped the F bomb on me a few times. If they had simply said they were busy I wouldnt bother leaving this review but I was appalled by the lack of professionalism.
