The sales associate at this location was very helpful and help me with transitioning to IPhone from android. All though I have forgot his name but what a great employee you have. His sales rep number ended in 540.

Monday June 7th, 2021 at 6:00pm. I just came in the store with my husband and wanted to buy a phone. The associate did not greet us. We browse the store for a bit, settle on a phone, and then get in line behind a woman that the associate is speaking with who doesnt appear to be a customer. The associate and the woman she is talking to are laughing and joking. We stand inline behind this women for 15 minutes. My husband even tries to ask the associate a question and she ignores him. After we wait a while longer, we decide to leave because we are being blatantly ignored. If it were up to me, the associate would be fired immediately.

My husband and I stopped in to finally update our phones. Best service ever from T-mobile. Devonte & Gabby were great! Excellent customer service. Devonte helped me get my phone updated and made sure it was working properly before we left the store. Thanks guys for everything! Extremely satisfied

Shout out to Gabrielle at the T-Mobile store in Cayce. I am an older lady and she was very patient and very helpful. All the staff at this location are always very friendly and helpful.

T-Mobile in Cayce, SC was not the typical “ugh, we have to go to the phone store” trip. It has been a pleasant experience with a lot of help from Desiree. I was having some Apple issues with my phone and having to get a new one and not only was I helped with phone options and plans, but I was told about things I would need later (like a power adapter for the charging cord) who knew, right!?! Well big thank you to Desiree for being my saving Grace today as I was on the verge of a meltdown.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable with my inquiries about changing providers and Desiree was successful in getting my family the service product and prices we were seeking.

The team in Cayce was so helpful and made me feel so welcomed! I appreciate everything that they did for me. The team and the manager definitely give the best customer service Ive ever received. Thanks again guys!

First off let me just say that Desi and Savi are by far amazing!! From the phone call until my arrival I was treated with the upmost respect. I was so disappointed and disgusted at how I was dealt with at the new T-Mobile location in Redbank, but Desi and Savi made my day so much better in the end... I have gone into T-Mobile many times about my audio not connecting to my car. Leelon walked out to my car and in less than 5 minutes, he had resolved my issue. He made it his business to make sure my issue would be resolves. Leelon is an amazing example of outstanding customer service. He didnt have to do it but he did!!! If I could, I would give him more than 5 stars.

Dustin was a Big help and very polite as was all the employees. Couldnt ask for better service. Wouldve given 12 stars but nowhere to select
