Waited over two weeks for their so called “designer” to come up with a layout for a channel letter sign and still no response. You would think a $5,000 job would receive attention, but obviously they don’t need the money. I found another company who got back to me within one hour with over 6 options and customer service was second to none. Needless to say, they got my business. I always thought this was a good sign company but things must of changed.

The service was quick and the sign looked great! The first image I submitted was blurry when enlarged, so they let me submit a second image and still had it ready in time. They responded quickly by email and were great to work with all around. I picked up the sign on my way to Columbia from Greenville for an event at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.

The work was good but one of the helpers reeked of cigarettes and took multiple breaks to smoke and hit on my receptionist. Would be 5 stars if it wasnt for this employee. He was not professional at all and really killed the experience unfortunately.

Tom at Signarama helped my neighborhood association wrap local art around traffic signal control boxes. The quality of the images and installation and overall service is outstanding. We relied on local donated art images and the artists are all pleased with the outcome.This project was a novel concept so we were not sure what we would get but we got a home run. Kudos to Dawn the installer who also worked tirelessly to make sure the art looked great on the boxes. No small feat and this installation is art as well.Again from start to finish very professional service that I would use again without hesitation.
