Was at one time what I thought was a great place to work. All the blood, sweat and tears I poured into that place to keep the machine shop going and they closed it. I could never understand why the machine shop and not the paint department. Everyone sells paint not everyone does automotive machine work. And the money I was turning for that place. I worked my tell end off there and put up with what most wouldnt of. Almost 25 years of my life trying to take care of that machine shop and of my customers. Thank God for.Henry and Anita Satterfield!

I was looking for an air filter for my Ford Focus. They seem to only have the more expensive ones in stock. When told they didnt have the one I was looking for, I asked if they were going to be getting it in and was told no.

Its Napa....nuf said.

Great customer service let me use socket set

Went to this NAPA because they have the paint shop. I was looking for touch-up auto paint and needed two different colors for two vehicles. Even though it was close to 5 pm, Mr. James was very helpful, friendly, and polite. He mixed the colors I needed on the spot for me to use in my sprayer. In all it was less than $25, which is a good deal in my mind. Definitely recommend them for your touch-up paint needs, they also have the paint pens like dealers sell.

Never call when they say they will. I have ordered 2 different items in the last month and they never follow through on calling you when they come in. Also, most of the staff, especially the women, are always in a bad mood and make you feel they are doing you a favor.

Prices on their parts are more inclined with other local suppliers, but their display shelf products are priced high. Great selection of parts. The machine shop has BEEN CLOSED! This will be missed.

Very knowledgeable, parts typically in stock. If not they can usually get them pretty quick. I wont lie Im slightly biased as I get a discount bc of where I work. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Had my part. Which is getting harder for a 1973. Helpful enough. Prices have always been a little higher than everywhere else and the parts havent always been better. But often they do have parts when others dont.

I needed a simple universal transmission fluid cooler. This is an off the shelf item at any Advance Auto Parts. I thought that NAPA would have a similar item, perhaps better quality. It seems that the counter guy really doesnt have a clue about auto parts, just relies 100% on what his computer tells him. He was very rude and kept asking what kind of vehicle it was for, I repeatedly told him, I need a UNIVERSAL transmission cooler, it is not vehicle specific. But he continued to ask whats the engine size, what year etc. etc. Finally he got an attitude with me and said There are 5 pages of transmission coolers fine.. I will buy it from Advance Auto Parts, at least they know what Im talking about. The guy was obviously Hispanic and when I walked out I realized I was wearing my Trump for president shirt, soooo now I get it. He was offended by my shirt and really just didnt want to help me. No problem NAPA, my money is good at other places.

They need more people ringing up people. Waiting in line for 15 minutes because there were only two people that were working with customers. It is always like that at this location but they are very nice when they do get to you

Will NOT enter another NAPA. If they were the only place to get a part for my car, I would scrap the car before I buy from them. Spent twenty years in the automotive repair field. Didnt like them then and dislike them even more now.

Best counter guys youll ever find. Machine shop is also great. They have the worst infrastructure. Im in here far more than the average person for both work and personal. Jaime and Michael have always been a great help. Dont let this branch speak for the rest. The counter guys cant get their own parts, theirs always an issue with the internet, and theres just never enough people. You cant get out of here in less than 20 minutes. Bluff rd, iron, in and out like its supposed to be. I love these guys but cant keep sacrificing my times based on preference.

Had parts i needed for 60 Thunderbird and 2017 Dodge Ram Quad. Have been there for Motor home parts in the past, and they had a selection. If you need something for 1929 to 2017, I have never been disappointed . Either they have it or the guys will find it for you. Old time service.

Be ready to stand around and wait for at least 15-20 minutes while employees search for non existent parts with other customers. Maybe if they learned how to properly assist customers who are ready to check out balanced with customers who dont know what they are doing the experience would be better. Used to shop here, will not shop here again.**update**If I didnt have 20 minutes to sit around and wait in line while some woman researched a part, do you really think I have time to take time out of my day to email your custome service Dept? Make time for your customers and they will make time for you.

They didnt have what I needed but spent some extra time trying to accomadate me. I was trying to get some rainex for lexan windshield on my motorcycle. I sure wish someone locally would start carrying this but inspite of them not having it or even being able to get it Im still giving five stars for their effort and great service.

Expect zero knowledge customer service over the phone. Contradicts his attitude over the phone when giving him proper part numbers. Highly unsuggest this place. Go to oreileys or autozone down the road. End of the day didnt feel like doing his job. Poor customer service.
