My van looked great after they were finished I could not tell I had even messed it up in any way.. They cleaned the inside of my van and they washed the entire van including the wheels and I was so amazed it was so beautiful.

I got into an accident which wasnt my fault and the other Persons insurance company refered me here. I have been waiting over a month for my car to be done and everytime I call its another excuse why it hasnt been done. The date has changed so many times it isnt funny. I feel like a month is well over enough time to get a little dent out. Poor customer service as a customer they tell me little to nothing about my car.

Gardner’s Paint & Body Shop repaired damage to front left bumper on my 2020 Toyota Rav 4. Wild turkeys crossed the highway right in front of me causing damage.They did a good job repairing the damage. The only thing I noticed inside my car was the front left floor mat had muddy footprints on it!I left car on Monday morning and picked up on Friday afternoon. Thanks for a well done job!

Repaired the hood latch on my VW. They got everything lined up on the hood and now it works great. Very nice people, friendly and professional. Repair cost was reasonable. The car was in and out the same day. I would take my body or paint repairs to them.

VERY unfriendly staff the old man all but hung up on me. Guess they only want to give good service to the toyota dealership. Not to mention I had to wait around to get a estimate while he helped people who came in after me.

They were very nice and professional. Upon first telling me the car was ready I was not quite satisfied and they immediately corrected the problems I noticed. I am very satisfied with my work done on my car.

Been dealing with Gardner Paint and Body for a couple decades, mostly on self-inflicted car and truck wounds! They are courteous, and on top of their game in a way I wish more service companies were, and always deliver a perfect product. No, they are not the cheapest -- you wont find a vat of Bondo and a pack of hooligans in their shop -- though they are the best. Mark Gardner and his staff are old school guys who take pride in their craftsmanship, and it shows.

I had some damage to the front of my car. A 2020 Rav 4. I went to Gardner’s and I cannot express how nice and professional they are. They called a couple of times to give me updates on my car as to what was being done. When I picked up the car after repairs it was in perfect condition!If I ever need repairs in the future Gardner’s will be the place I will go!

I was in an auto accident and had extensive damage done to my car. Gardner paint and body came and picked my car up for me because I had no one to follow me to drop it off! They had my car ready a few days before the estimated date of finish and my car looked great!

Had work done here after someone hit me. They were recommended to me by Fred Anderson Toyota ( I also recommend them ). Work was done very well and quickly. Smooth process with State Farm and Hertz. Much LESS of a hassle than I was expecting. Very happy with the experience.UPDATE:I havent had to go back, BUT I was very happy to see that this fine establishment also gives back to the community! They greatly improved the lives of a family with a single working mom. Thank you for being a fine example of Cayce. I will definitely recommend, and if someone else hits me, I will be back!

Customer service was awful. Unprofessionial. Lack of communication. Extremely poor management and disorganized. Paint job and estimate were fine. For a quoted 1 1/2 hour job, it took two days to get my car back. Will never reccommend or use again.

Have a 2000 highlander in for repairs. Staff was courteous and friendly. They explained their process fully and clearly. Promised around 10 years on their paint quality. Will try to live that long to see how it holds up.

Honest service, had a very exterior damaged Cadillac Escalade and dropped by for an appraisal, the gentleman who did the look over stopped about halfway through and said he did not think he could do this in a reasonable time table as they are backed up with customers. Gave me a great referral and a solid handshake.

Quality Control is non existent. Never again.

Took my car there, at the recommendation of Fred Anderson...the repair took forever and then to top it off...months later my window fell off the tracks because they forgot to put the bolts back on the regulator in the window. Had to pay 85.00 to get it repaired. Dont recommend!!

Gardner has repaired 2 of my cars and my truck and did a excellent job on all three I would highly recommend them to anyone

Had to have an axle replaced on my truck.They put an axle on my truck out of some JUNK yard that looked like it was buried in the mud for 10 years.Rusted,pitted and scraped up.Mechanical work was satisfactory.Didnt have any body work done.Just very disappointed in replacement part on my well maintained truck
