Man I don’t even post reviews but please heed my warning on this one. The only time someone came to help me was when I needed to give this company money. Literally I was only approached when I had to put money in the machine. I was there for 20 minutes struggling wait for someone to help but help never came and when I asked for help, the lady asked what the issue was and walked away. Leaving me for another 5 minutes. So in all I was there for like 25 minutes and printed nothing and lost money… shame

DO NOT go to this location in Catonsville! The person who took care of me, wearing a name badge saying he was the store manager, was rude, worked almost in reverse, and the cost of my printing job was so high and overpriced! I came in just after 8:00 a.m. when they opened up and there was only one clerk there. I walked up to the counter told him what my printing job was, and it took him several tries to get it correct. I was the only person at the copy line, and there was a line for shipping. The store manager started with me, then took three customers in the shipping line before coming back to me, causing me at least a 15 minute delay in him giving me my final printing job and letting me pay my bill. Do not go to this location!!!

Id say its good for Shipping needs. For Photo Printing, Id go with Walgreens. Much better pricing and more up to date systems for that purpose at Walgreens.It did not suite my needs for this visit. If you intend to use their workspace, I would consider alternatives like a library if one is open or Staples/Office Depot.

After getting 3 packages out of my car and walking up to the building, in a walking boot, arms full, the manager comes to the door to tell me “we aren’t taking any more, we’re taking an hour for lunch....at 3pm when they’re supposedly open...I asked him if he really couldn’t help me, I was clearly injured and had just carried three large packages up to his store front...answer “no mam”. Wow, customer service at its finest. Should have read the reviews on here before coming here! Could have saved myself a lot of time. Never returning.

I went into this location completely not expecting to get the service that I received. I was helped my the manager Bryan Lee and I was attempting to print 51 pages to save money for my daughters school textbook instead of purchasing a 102$ book. Bryan helped me with the machine from start to finish and when I couldnt do it on my own, he proceeded to print all pages for me exactly how I asked. He then gave me a few suggestions on how I can make the pages look presentable but unfortunately I could not afford it. I was planning on stapling the pages together. He kindly binded the book for me and gave a really nice black backing and clear front cover page at no additional price. I was beyond grateful and now my daughter loves her new book! Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service.

Great customer service at this location. Had an issue with an online printing order I picked up (my fault) and Sydney brought it to the attention of the manager without any attitude or rudeness. Lionel (manager) was extremely patient and professional and remedied the issue without hesitancy. Given that this project was for an important conference, Im appreciative for their service.

Lionel is seriously Awesome!!!I was in a bit of a frenzy when I stopped in; trying to compile important docx, knowing it was almost closing time - Lionel was soo kind, patient and super duper helpful.One of my sheets didnt print as planned, but he allowed me to re-do it and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. A++ customer service!!

I had a great experience working with Darius. My husband and I needed to mail invitations. We had a design but did not know the size of the design or what paper to use. Darius explained each option simple and quickly. He was attentive even when leaving us to make a decision so he could help another customer. The best part of this experience was hearing another customer ask “do you know where the guy is that was helping me”? And hearing Darius respond with no apparent hesitation, “no I’m not sure who was helping you but I can help.” The environment is a lot different than other kinkos. I will definitely travel again for this good service and assistance.

I brought two cookbooks to this location to be spiral bound. When I dropped them off, the employee was kind and courteous. I called later in the afternoon and the employee told me that my books were being worked on. He was courteous as well. When I went to pick up my order, the employee who bound my books helped me to pay. She was wonderful. She did a fantastic job on the spiral binding and was very nice. I had an excellent experience with this location. I highly recommend their services!

Im a big fan of the staff at this FedEx Office location. Everyone, from Bryan to Darius to Morgan, and the rest, they have always taken great care of me. Theyve packaged so many boxes for me and everything Ive ever shipped, mostly to myself at a location I was traveling to for work, arrived on time and in perfect health. I work from home and the team at this location feels like my extended crew that helps me succeed at work. I cant recommend enough. I wish I would have written this sooner, you all deserve it. Horrible customer service. Person identified herself as morgan was very rude the entire time, told me they couldnt print my photo from and email, and when I asked what location could said she doesnt know. I left catonsville location, went to Owings Mills and in about 10 minutes, including having a line to the door, Singh printed it and was excellent.

The service here is terrible.. I was in Owings mills and they did everything go you out of the store like less than 10.. At Rolling Rd. I did everything before leaving home and I think I was there about 30 mins trying to figure out printing. One lady trying to help but was boucing between customers that was having the same problem.. No more.. it is worth going somewhere else

The representative didnt speak when I came in the door, neither did he even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting for about 10 minutes. He just continued to assist the customer that he was helping before I arrived. Finally, I walked over to the other side of the store and had to ask another team member to help me. Its not difficult to just acknowledge that another customer is standing there waiting even if you are busy assisting another customer at the time -its common courtesy.

If FedEx Office put more emphasis on training and customer service, they would probably get better reviews.Today, 10.12.19 at around 4pm there were 3 Black females working there. One seemed to be personable, professional and competent. Of course she was busy with another customer.The one that helped me seemed put off by my presence. I just wanted 1 copy of something and reduced to letter size. She seemed to be preoccupied with why she couldnt make it the way that I was asking. She came up with one of the pages being 8.5 by 17¿ She seemed to be in a mad hurry to charge me $8 for that. That which I did not ask for. I left it on the counter and walked out.Update - 10.21They have gone from bad to worse to horrible. Staffing is a major problem here. The turnover is high. The good ones dont stay. I walked in last week to have something printed out. I had a Retrieval Code. I made a request to the worker to print my documents for me. She refused and directed me the the self service machines. She stated that they were short staffed and she could not help me. She had guided everyone else to those two machines. There were eight people lined up at those machines. That is one reason why I did not want to use the machones in the first place. I went somewhere else. This was a big waste of my time. I did call corporate. I hope that they can fix this persistent problem at this store.

I just want to tell my story. I shipped a package from this office and before it left this office it was stolen/replaced with a random item. Here is the full story: I shipped my friend a very nice gift of handmade items that i bought from Guatemala. The package weighed 2lbs and my receipt proves I paid for 2 lbs, but when it left the office someone changed the weight to 0.8lbs and instead of my friend receiving this nice gift he received a box of latex gloves. I am going through a claim with FedEx but I decided to call the office to tell the manager what happened so as a manager he can have this information and just use it and keep an eye out and fix it, but he was very rude and did not even want to hear my story, if I am being honest he sounded like he was involved in it, but I have no evidence to prove that

I came for a very simple request of getting a book cut and rebound using spiral binding. The staff were very polite and helpful, and got it all done for me within ten minutes! The store was clean and well kept, and everything was easy to find.

I understand that these places today expect you to do things on your own, but here you are forced. Most of the time its a line because there is one worker. That can be extremely annoying because something that should take 2 minutes, easily turns into 15.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Don’t bring your items here for service. This location ruined two of my medical textbooks which cost well over $100. I took it to be unbound and three hole punched to be placed in a binder. The holes were done incorrectly and didn’t even align to fit in a binder. Not to mention the pages weren’t hole-punched evenly and so much of my text was now missing from being hole punched. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect my books to have been taken care of correctly. And of course there was no manager on the weekend so the couldn’t do anything about my damaged book. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning here. Honestly I should be reimbursed for my book and refunded the price for it to be unbound and hole-punched because it was not done correctly. Now parts of my book are illegible. This is ridiculous!

Not very great. Dont know what the standard is for FedEx stores, but these guys NEVER print stuff by the time you get to the store. Does not matter if they have a few hours to do it or if they tell you on the phone itll be fine by the time you get there, they just dont print it for so its ready when you get there. And I always call because thats what the store reps told me to do. They have no clue and theyve mislead me more than once on the phone. This is problem is so widespread that I cant name a specific employee. For some reason, they all do it. I understand if its policy or something not to print before you get there but theres no need to lie on the phone. Be prepared to repeat instructions, the person who prints for you at the store is never the one to talk to you on the phone. And they NEVER communicate what youve said.

I have an account with fedex and frequently use the location on Baltimore National Pike to ship my prepaid packages. I have been doing business at this location for quite a while and remember when the 2 male employees that handled shipping there were cordial, friendly, and polite unfortunately, some employees are now there who arent quite as polite or friendly. Whenever I go in (several times a week) the manager is never on the floor to monitor the employees interaction with the customers however, I have seen her from time to time and used to see her much more often. I feel it is imperative to have good customer service interactions with loyal and dedicated customers and would like to request that you provide customer service training to your employees to make sure that your customers feel valued. It would also be great to see the manager more regularly so that the employees have someone who is overseeing them at all times. A few weeks ago I came in and was the only customer there and it took all of the employees quite a while to come over and service me as they were all paying attention, commenting and laughing at another employee who was speaking quite loudly on the phone. I just thought someone there should know that the customer is not feeling appreciated or valued.

Had three of their employees on three separate calls tell us that they could have our order of 400 copies of my Grandfathers funeral program ready on time. We get to their location by the agreed time only to find out that they wouldnt do it. Saying there was not enough time to complete our order on time. If it werent for the fact that our church owns a printer capable of printing the programs wed be stuck with our 500 guests with out our a proper program to celebrate our grandfathers life. Currently printing, stapling and folding 400 programs at midnight.

I do not recommend this location. I wish I could give them zero stars. The manager, Ana thin lady with short hair had a very rude and cold demeanor. She acts as if she does not want to be bothered by customers and I even witnessed her ignore another customer who repeatedly was asking for her assistance. I went to have a document printed from my flash drive for me to sign and scan back to my flash drive, a very simple task. Another employee printed my documents but had printed on the wrong sized paper. I asked Ana to print the docs again as they were wrongly sized so I can sign and scan them again. She tried to charge me twice for THEIR mistake of incorrectly sizing the documents. Her attitude is horrible. Do not go to this location. The Pikesville location is far better than Catonsville.

Their self service printing doesn’t allow size changes. That is gated behind a $7 “enhancement” fee per image. $7 to type in a new print size is a rip-off. The associate who helped me was like an NPC — after I declined she just walked away without saying anything else, just awkward. Avoid this service.

One of the employees that helped me was friendly. However, the assistant manager (woman with short curly hair) was just rude. You know when you tried to talk to someone who clearly doesnt want to talk to you at all? Thats the vibe she gave me when I first asked her a question. Later when I was checking out, I said hi, how are you? and she totally ignored me. Then she started talking to the lady who checked out before me and started a convo with her while checking out for me without saying a single word.

Its ok sometimes depending on how long the line or how crowded it is and how many customers need one on one help. They really need a whole lot more employees to help out on the floor and behind rhe counters. They do have a new male manager its a litrle better but we all know the saying when the cat is away the mouse will play too much playing around and idle conversations among employees.

OVERCHARGED ME 30$. They gave me a reciept with a whole different amount than what they charged my card with like 6 days later. And its soooo freaking hard and impossible to contact someone to get your money back!!!! You would think that they know what they are doing and they save your receipts online if you have an account. Do not recomment FedEx. Also their delivery ppl suck. If you live on the second floor they are lazy and will leave your mail one the first floor and not infront of your doorOr complain about bringing it to you door. Also my boxes always received beat up and broken. They broke my laptop and some other house items. USE A DIFFERENT CARRIER.
