Kyle always makes the best coffee, granted its black whenever I order it but it tastes better whenever Kyle makes it for some reason

I’m always in there for forever FOR ONE DRINK so I try using the mobile order today while on my way to work. IM STANDING THERE FOR TWENTY MINUTES at this point I’m late. Still don’t have my drink so I just waste money to sit in there and watch ppl move like turtles then the one girl says “there are a few people in front of you but it won’t be too long” I’m extremely heated rn like what’s the point of me ordering ahead if I’m still gonna be waiting 50 minutes

Very positive experience at this Starbucks. Part of my order was taken by someone I assume with the same name because she left her bland sandwich behind in place of mine. The baristas not only gave me a gift card for the trouble but replaced the stolen food.This store kicks a$$ and so does the staff, treat them right and tip well!!

Wow, this place looks great and decorative but this one girl has such an attitude and needs to be removed from this location. The rest were great but she is just terrible. Her response towards other customers, her lack of urgency seriously needs to be shaped up. Very light skinned girl, blonde hair in a pony tail and glasses and her name is Kristen. I have my own retail store so I understand the magnitude of having these kind of people working for me here. It’s possible that she isn’t normally this way but I don’t think she works too well under pressure. I’d also like to add that I waited over 13 minutes for a tall ice coffee (black no milk or sugar). That was the least of my worries though. I value customer service over all.

Came on a Sunday. The only Starbucks in the area. The store was packed with customers. This is good for Starbucks. However, they only had 2 Baristas working. And they did not look like they wanted to be at work today. Very slow. No energy. Not the Starbucks that Im used to. This is a busy location especially on the weekend. Get faster people. And people that actually act like they want to be here.

Please clean the place its not covid compliance, doors and windows, countertops,floors, serving area just a messBathroom a 8 .Severs are fast but cleaning is a mus

Their time estimator for prep was way off this go around. I ordered on the mobile app, drove to the location and still had to wait 30 min for the complete order. Got the food part first, then by the time I got the drinks, the food wasnt warm anymore.

Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. MARY is the ultimate Starbucks Star. She is super creative and never misses a beat. I dont have to say a word and she knows exactly what I need. Starbucks needa to add a tip option the system because no one carries cash anymore and I enjoying tipping EVERYTIME I GO.... Thank u MARY, U ARE AWESOME!!!!!

Very unclean, floors, Counter tops, tables and Flys in the counter with food. Very not cool. Customer service ok but I expected a very clean environment especially in the middle of this pandemic.

Went in yesterday 10/21/21 around 5pm no one in line, 3 employees “working” waited 10 mins for an iced white mocha. Didn’t even realize til I left that they didn’t even put ice in the ICED coffee. Maybe instead of worrying about name changes, they should of paid attention to what the order was. Didn’t take it back bc I wasn’t gonna wait another 10 mins for ice.

Omg coffee always turns out tasty! I am an out of towner . I come here when i visit my grandma! Very clean and barista work hard! highly recommend

Got the Brown Sugar Oatmilk. It has expresso in it and was tasty!

They always follow seasons and holidays. I like that you can always try something new there but at the same time you stay loyal to your favorite drinks. Always feeling like home to whatever city you go.

I got the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino today as I normally ordered. The service was great but the drink tasted just like water with bitter taste, not sweet as usual. And I didn’t feel good after drinking it. No more drink in the recent time😔

I usually come to this Starbucks and this week since I’ve been coming Val that is at the register has been so rude. I walk up to the register and she doesn’t even greet me but she greeted the couple in front of me and she just stands there silently looking at me.

This Starbucks is pretty much par for the course. Friendly staff. Plenty of seating. It can get pretty busy at lunch time though, and I have had to wait about 10 minutes for coffee at that time. But they always make my decaf pour-over strong and delicious.

As a partner from another Starbucks I am very disappointed in this team. The interaction was not friendly and team working on the drinks spent most of their time talking to one another. I’m very frustrated and I believe this location has a lot of growth that needs to be made.

We love this Starbucks! Employees are very atentative. They even remember your order if a regular. We Go every Sunday with a friend and even get her pup a Puppy-chino and if really hot we hit the Sweet Frog nxt door for Froyo.

A very busy location in the morning, with many folks choosing to do mobile orders. Quality of the baristas is good, and the cashiers quickly take orders. The store is clean. The parking lot is a bit of a mess, so watch out driving in and out. They really should just expand the store and convert that lane into a drive-thru.

The evening crew has the worst attitudes. I understand theyre short staffed but getting an attitude with a customer because you make the complete wrong drink and then knock all the cups over throwing a tantrum is unnecessary! If your staff wasnt already snapping at customers for asking questions I would have been more then happy to let you know that you were making the wrong drink. Also, if youre out of a topping then you should let the customer know in advance and give them another option instead of getting an attitude ((again)) when you slam their drink on the counter and they have to ask why its not on there. Hopefully your day gets better!

Awesome place to have a cup of hot coffee. Definitely better then other ones.

I went to Sweet Frogs not Starbucks. Sweet Frog was good very clean and covid safe.

My drink was pretty good and good customer service.

Staff members are friendly and courteous. One of the few stores to carry my favorite Nitro Cold Brew. 👍

I place my order on line and paid on line by the time I arrived my order was ready for pick up, this was in the morning .

Worst starbucks Ive been to in the last 10 years. Ive give 0 stars if it was possible.1. My mobile order constantly takes 5-10 minutes past what the app says.2. They arent friendly and tend to not say mobile order names out loud as theyre made, so pay attention to the coffee being out down. They also dont have someone tending to the mobile orders and the staff avoids eye contact.3. They always have a homeless person outside begging for money so entering the store sometimes is really uncomfortable. The guy even opens the door for guests sometimes.Once they started messing my coffee up on a consistent basis, now I drive an extra 10 minutes to another starbucks.

Everything I order something whether it be a Frappuccino or a refresher its never right. I ordered a Creme Frappuccino, I always receive a coffee based which makes me have to wait even longer. The item I ordered still was not right, so I just left. This has happened more than once. No one really reads the orders out fully because I shouldnt have to continue to get my orders remade each time I order. Something needs to be done about this issue.

Visit: 12/30/2020, before noon Catonsville, MD location. I enjoy Starbucks products, but tend to visit as a treat and/or with a gift card. I and two of my daughters stopped in this location near our home (yet not very convenient) on our way to visit family. My oldest and I each had a gift card from Christmas - she used mobile ordering for herself and sister. Since I always have difficulties signing in and ordering, I went inside to the store and got in line, while my daughters waited by pickup. There were multiple staff interchangeably and very busily assisting customers, filling/calling out and delivering orders. When it was my turn, a pleasant & friendly young man assisted me. He took my order and instructed me to stay there and he would personally make my drink. I have ordered the same item many times at different locations - grande blonde roast, caramel macchiato with coconut milk and a caramel drizzle. Even with a few variations, a standard menu item. I have never paid attention directly, so I have no idea of the exact process, nor if he was correct or not. When he presented my drink after an unusually quick time, and even though I glimpsed inside the cup before placing the stir stick, I didnt question that it looked a little off from the usual. By the time I tasted it, I was at the car - and was VERY disappointed. Almost no flavor or sweetness, barely the coffee taste. I have NO idea what he did or didnt do, but it was definitely NOT what I ordered. I am not sure if he was in a hurry due to the volume of people/orders, plain forgetfulness or lack of training, either way, wrong. My oldest also said hers was not good, but didnt specify further. I am not one to complain, but we were really looking forward to them, especially wasting $ from a gift card, and had a two hour car ride ahead. Its the first time EVER that I have not drank a Starbucks coffee in its entirety, and threw away the remaining half at a rest stop. Similar review sent to Corporate.

Ive been a regular here for years. Ive always loved how happy all the workers were, like they were all friends. But recently I walked in on a manager talking down to an employee in front of other customers. That broke my heart and I felt embarrassed for them. The other customer in the store looked uncomfortable as well. She was so rude to her employees and I dont know if I can come back and see that again because it hurts. I havent seen someone so disrespectful and its a shame the direction the place has taken. Used to be lots of happy faces but that was just rude and I feel bad for those hard workers. I hope another manager sees this and says something because thats not how you treat people.!!!

Is there any time this Starbucks is not busy? The employees are some of the nicest in the area. If you need to sit and work, be prepared to wait for a while. Also, the tables and chairs are arranged so that only the people sitting near the windows will be able to plug their devices into the wall power. This Starbucks is still awesome and will be even better with more seating for people who would like to work while sipping on some great coffee.

This particular starbucks was awful. Having worked for the company before, I have a pretty good idea of whats supposed to go on behind the counter. There were four batistas working and there was no line, however it took 10 minutes to make two very easy drinks ( a nitrous cold brew with almond milk and an iced latte). They were very slow and had no sense of urgency whatsoever. It was very frustrating.

Very disorganized in the PM hrs. I mobile ordered and they lost my order along with other peoples. They lost an order from somebody that placed it in the store. They are getting 3 stars because once they were told about it they made the drinks but they continued to miss orders even after they knew about it. I will not be going back to the Rolling Road location again in the evening for a while

Always a pleasure! The bathroom was clean and the atmosphere was perfect. I think the tables should be wiped more often but I got a napkin and cared for that myself. Ill be back 😉

I dont know whats up with this location... But the friendly vibe is so awesome! I love the bustle and that there are regulars who are known by first name. Keep it up!

I was having a horrible morning. And didnt even care to be greeted just wanted to get my tea and breakfast sandwich then leave. However, Monique welcomed me with a pleasant greeting as she always does. And took great care of me for those few minutes I was there. This really made my day because I use to work here and I know how hard it is to remain positive but shes always welcoming nice and smiling. Thank you Monique for making my day today!

Aaliyah is an absolute STAR!!!! I called with an issue about a to-go order I placed with postmates. The order was incorrect and I placed a new order and called the store with more information. Aaliyah sent a hand written note and fixed the issue. THANK YOU for being so awesome.

I ordered frappuccinos and they were good but the place is really disgusting with all the crumbs on table and tables haave used cups and wrapper that were not put away.I understand that this is a self service place but the staff need to continue to check the place if customers have a decent, clean place to sit.My friend and I ended up sitting by the counter after wiping down the counter and chair.For the price of coffee you pay, a decently clean place is not too much to ask.

Customer service is rude and unpleasant, I came in an ordered the same drinks that I normally get at this location an others an the person at register, decides to tell me that he cant make the drink. Which is odd because I just got the Trenta drink an now they dont want to make it. I should be able to continue to order the same drink at this location as the others, the staff was rude and would not give me any manger information. I will not be returning to this location an would not recommend it. I had to find out the information myself, Aaron Stansbsury need to know how his employees treat customers rude the boy taken my order was very unprofessional.

Coffee was great, but staff wasnt friendly at all! Not worth my drive again. I will go to a further away location for friendlier employees.

Granted there was a line to order, they moved quickly to get customers rung up. Waiting for my pumpkin spice latte took a long time and there were at least 3 to 4 baristas making drinks. I took a small sip to see how much sugar to add. When I opened it up, I was supremely disappointed. I understand they dont fill the drinks to the top, but there was a very noticeable amount of space between the latte to the top. I was going to say something, but the barista who handed my order to me just ignored me when I was standing where you pick up your order. If I didnt have my 5 year old son with me I would have waited to talk to someone. If you have a very energetic boy you would understand why I didnt wait I wont be coming back to this location.

Convenient location if youre heading east on route 40 or either way on N. Rolling. Staff is friendly and there are usually free seats if you want to sit. and work on their WiFi. Just dont sit near the door on a cold day because theres no vestibule or anything to protect you from the draft. Their Americano is not great, so order a double shot for a tall.

I love this starbucks, its close to my house. Most of the employees are very friendly and nice and speak loud and clear so you can hear them. My drinks are always right. The only things Id have to say that I dont love is when they are busy it takes awhile to get your drink- I wish theyd have more than 1 or 2 people making the drinks when they are busy like that, and some times its extremely hot inside.
