Super awesome and friendly staff! Tried out the kiwi starfruit refresher and the iced chocolate almond espresso and they were both tasty. This is a great location with cold ac and fast wifi.

Stopped on Sat 2 Oct, on way through PS. Some staff indifferent, eventually someone served me. Coffee good though. The restrooms were surprisingly very dirty and I pointed this out to the server. Hopefully they were attended to.

Went in to get the normal order everyone in there sitting down are maskless and so we’re we, upon putting in the order the guy at the counter holds up a bag full of masks and says do you have a mask or do you need one of ours ? I’m dumbfounded and in awe that everyone in there is not wearing one yet he’s implies we need to ?? Completely uncalled for when it’s not mandated and nobody else had one on either.

When you go to ANY Starbucks, your drink should taste the same every time. My SHORT americano was only made to the top of the sirens head and there was sooo much cream my drink was cold! Ridiculous! No, I had NOT taken a drink yet from the picture.

I literally buy Starbucks everyday, It’s sad that they put so much ice in my refreshing, literally so much ice in my cup, my drink taste more like water. Every time I come to this Starbucks in this location it’s always something 😒 I swear last time I ordered a mango dragon fruit and they only gave me a clear drink, stating that they didn’t have any of the dragon fruit 🤦🏽‍♀️

On 04/15/21 I waited for 20 minutes for a drink that had been made and done like 17 minutes ago. The employee didn’t bother to call out the name on the cup. Just let it sit back behind the counter till I had to ask where my drink was. Management here is seriously lacking.

Great Starbucks! All of the employees are doing a great job of following and enforcing Covid 19 guidelines. Norma and Irene are the nicest, just to name a few people that I can remember. They are all doing great and are always on top of everything. Keep it up!

This starbucks location, precisely this one, this very one, this one and only this one, is the best starbucks location in the valley. Drinks always made well, drive thru is fast, and customer service is the best. Theyre friendliness reminds me of how I dont have friends but its okay, I have starbucks.

Been coming to this place for a very long long time has become extremely busy as of late. Today tons and tons of leftover spring breaker, tourist and Coachella fest pest. The staff going at a hundred miles an hour very efficient very friendly everybody doing an excellent job. My only complaint get us more comfortable soft jazz put them in a nice corner like they used to be in the front so you have a kind of getaway Serene relaxing place instead of those hard wooden chairs with tables. Always clean and well-stocked great customer service all the Baristas work very hard Starbucks needs to pay them more money they certainly have it no question about their fortunes.

This Starbucks has always been a pleasure to visit. I think they had both my name and drink order memorized by my 4th visit. The team is very friendly and always smiling. I have been to a few other Starbucks in the desert cities area, but this one, by far, outshines the rest.

I like this Starbucks a lot. Theyre always stocked and always busy with a wide range of people. Sometimes I go to have an Americano, baked item and just chat outside with a local. Today I learned a huge amount of Salton Sea history from a local sitting out front. Great place to hang out.

Always great staff and service. New Palm Springs shop is beautiful but really needs more and softer indoor seating. Actually, outdoor seating could be improved.

I wanted a frozen coffee treat. Id forgotten how sweet Starbucks make them, so that was unpleasant but also, when I asked for almond milk, it never occurred to me to ask for no whipped cream. So I really need to avoid chain coffee stores & stick with locally owned individual cafes.

First, let me say that I rarely ever go to Starbucks. I made a stop with my son to get him an iced coffee drink. Figured Id get an iced tea for myself. I asked if the mango ice tea was sweetened, because I was looking for something I could sweeten myself. I was sarcastically told Well ofcourse it is, it does have mango juice in it. I guess I am supposed to know the ingredients for every drink they sell (I can be sarcastic too!)... I guess you have to be regular to go to Starbucks. Pomegranate tea was okay, but I was a little turned off by the service.

Great staff... every time you come through the door they great you with a Good Morning, they are fast, and have your order ready in no time!! They have many seats to choose from, and they come by your table to see if you are enjoying your Starbucks experience. I always come to this Starbucks because of their great customer service and atmosphere.

This is our favorite Starbucks! Its smaller one with a drive-up window. The super friendly staff is always eager to greet you with a smile, not the fast-paced next! That you get from some of the larger Intercity Starbucks. Also they never seem to be out of anything but yet their food is always fresh.

Been coming here for over a decade since its the closest coffee shop to my palm springs abode. This shop has definitely seen better days...No bike rack. I chained a $1500 bike to a chair and table on the patio once and by the time I got my coffee, somebody had stolen my bike, along with Starbucks table and chair!Some of the employees are great, and some of them are stuck-up, rude and obviously hate their life and dont care about their job or the customers.Edit: 3rd time now, door has still been locked 15 mins after supposed opening

It was a Terrible experience today. Took way too long there were 9 employees there and still couldnt get the drinks out . When I did get the drink it was completely wrong. I order the same drink many times a week. Not happy!!!!

Good coffee but staff not friendly. I asked 2 male employees for the code to use the restroom and both were acting like they didnt hear me when I know they did. And yes, I spoke loud enough. So I asked the young lady (my third time) and she was kind enough to answer. Thumbs up for the young lady and thumbs down to the 2 gents. Very rude.

Of all the Statbucks in the Desert, this location is always my favorite and it is because the friendly neighborhood and friendly staff make you feel warm and comfortable like no other place i have experienced i also like the doversity of music and that it is not as crowded as most other starbicks locations .

The mobile order station is near the register, not at the bar. Just dont sit and wait patiently like I did thinking your order is coming to the bar when its not! My hot stuff was cold by the time I got it. They really ought to have a sign since most Starbucks dont do it this way. Tables were dirty when I came in, but theyre swamped and probably really need more staff for the early hours. Everyone was friendly and seemed on top of things. Ill return.

It was your usual over-priced yet delicious coffee drinks served in a comfortable atmosphere by under-educated overly snotty self proclaimed baristas. What used to be a great way to beat the desert heat has become as unbearable as 115° @ 6pm. On the up side ... The front door was locked when I attempted to enter, forcing me to walk all the way around to the back door to gain entry, I overheard a manager tell a patron that it was locked to keep out the homeless. It remained locked the entire time I was there although people regularly exited through the same door. The staff was rude at best...a manager knocked on the door while I was in the restroom under five minutes asking is everything ok in there? Ive never seen anything like it and hope never to again.

It was definitely the wrong time of day to want a coffee, its Friday and everyone must have been thinking the same thing ! People getting off, people going to work, then add in all the out of towners ! Busy, busy, busy at least a 20 minute wait, between 2pm -3pm not recommended, the coffee was good and the pastries fresh, thumbs up to the staff for getting it done!

I love Starbucks and frequent it regularly. This location served the WORSE coffee Ive ever had in my entire life. Coffee was extremely bitter and tasted like it was burnt. Usually what I expect from one of my favorite coffee chains!

Usually I love this drive thru but the last 2 times I have come here I have waited at least 4 minutes at an open window while employees walk by. 4 stars because the drinks are still great and the baristas are friendly.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I always bring in my own cup, a 20 oz. Starbucks travel mug. The barrista handed it to me with an inch and a half still remaining. When I asked her to top it off, which I have done at other stores and they gladly do, she said that it was 20 oz. she showed me her empty milk and said, see. I then said I wanted it filled. She begrudgingly got more milk out to warm and filled my cup. She was so put out. Never has a Starbucks barrista been so rude.

This Starbucks location never gets my order right! All I want is a blonde roast and what I always get is a Pikes Place. Its unfortunate that they cant get something as simple as that right. What a disappointment. Its not like it just happened one time, it happens every day. Ive complained in a very gracious way multiple times, so its not like they havent been made aware that there is a problem. Im not one to complain, but my coffee should be a light roast if I order a light roast.

How disappointing as I am a loyal Starbucks customer and this was a terrible experience. I saw lots of cars in line so I went inside with no one in front of me. I asked for my usual personal cup wet cap grande. I waited for 15 minutes and got a cup half full, really strong with lots of coffee grains!!
