I rarely write reviews but I just had to after one of the most friendly and helpful customer service Ive received. The White Cross Fit scrubs I bought are amazing quality, look great, and are so affordable compared to everything Ive bought online. I wish I would have come here first. Its a small store, but it literally has everything you need. I will definitely be coming again.

As a new healthcare worker, I visited many scrubs stores in the area, and even though they all had great quality scrubs, prices varied largely. I finally visited this store and found the quality of the scrubs to be great, with a fair price tag. The gentleman who was running the store was also very nice and helpful. 10/10 recommended for your scrubs needs!

I walked in, nobody was there to greet me. The man came out with no mask?? Like cmon dude there is a pandemic at the moment, so much for putting your costumers first huh. I had gone to Scrubs and Stitches in PD and got a full set for $40. I wanted to support a smaller business but the total for a set at this store was $66. I will not be coming back, sorry not sorry #itwasnotbussin

Nice material for clothing. Just wished return/ exchange policy was communicated before purchasing because I did end up buying the wrong color. But overall decent customer service.

This store was horrible. I got there 10 minutes after the posted opening time and nobody was present. I called the phone number to find out if they were opening, and the woman that eventually answered said he was running late because he had errands to run, but he would be there in 6 or 7 minutes. I said okay and left to take care of another errand in the area. I returned at 11:15, which is 45 minutes after the posted opening time and he still wasn’t there. I called the number again and he said he was a minute away. He eventually pulled up and opened the store. I waited a minute and then went in. He was really pushy and rude, but I found scrubs that would work because I needed a specific color and I need comfort and durability. They were overpriced but he offered me a 5% discount for waiting 45 minutes for him and another 5% for working in a local hospital which made it easier for me to swallow, but he refused to honor that other 5% unless I drove home and got my badge and brought it back there. I decided he didn’t deserve my money at all and left. I ended up buying the exact same scrubs at a scrub store in palm desert off of Cook for 20 dollars less. Do not shop here, you are throwing your money away to be treated poorly.Incidentally he lied to me about why he was late. He said it was the weather, the woman that answered the first time said he was running errands. I was driving in the same atmospheric conditions as him and there were no delays.

Receipt says exchanges accepted. Went in there with the same BRAND NEW pants still WITH TAGS ON. And he could not simply exchange the pant. So weird? Don’t get it. $40 down the drain.

The place is a little hidden but it was well worth the find! I will definitely come here when I am in the area for scrubs!
