Went in a year ago to get a infotainment system installed, got charged $180 which i thought was reasonable at the time. Took a hour to get done and was happy with the install overall. Recently I bought a backup camera and decided to install it myself, while taking off the interior trims I noticed a bunch of the clips were broken and 4 of the six screws that holds the stereo into the car were missing. Glad I did not pay the $350 the owner wanted if I wanted them to install the backup camera. Stay away from this place if you want all your hardware intact.

The manager George was amazing & professional, His installer did very professional work and he cleaned up some one elses mess, he removed my newly installed alarm that was installed very poorly some where else. I was amazed on how nice his work was. I highly recommend this place to anybody and everyone I know. The manager treated me like family. If you want your install done correctly this is the place. I took my 2002 Cadillac STS to Pacific Sound to hopefully diagnose and get my OEM Bose stereo to work once again after it completely died on me. The previous day I was told by the Cadillac dealership that a minimum of $155 was required just to look into the problem with no guarantee of correcting the problem. The manager and his installer spent 30 minutes going over every connection, found the problem and corrected it. To my utter astonishment they said it was a simple fix and there would be no charge even as I insisted to pay something for their. time. This kind of service is unheard of these days. I give them the highest marks and a very strong recommendation for anyone that needs absolute pros for all their auto stereo needs!!!

These guys definitely know their car audio. Very professional. I needed to find an authorized dealer because I learned the hard way buying from non authorized ones. Installation was super clean. Ill give a realistic review. Installation was great except for the fact that the wiring was showing under the plastics near the door. They were friendly and professional. Still, I should not have gone in so eager. Its my fault for not checking local prices first but I ended up paying $530.... Paid $120 for a JVC KS 201, $110 for a low end Kicker, $85 for a Wal-Mart quality box, and $185 in labor... It wasnt until multiple audio-heads and another shop told me that my setup was one of the most basic and should have been $300 - $400 tops. Learned my lesson, but it bumps right....

Prices are way to high for the jobs they are doing. Youre paying top dollar prices for mediocre installs. TAKE IT FROM ME AND DO IT YOURSELF OR FIND A FRIEND THAT CAN. youll save hundreds and probably do a better job than these guys. No attention to detail, sloppy install work and the prices for their products are way to high. Buy everything online and do it yourself.
