Ok. I think this is my second review ever. I just had to write something. During this quarantine time it slipped my mind that my son was turning 21. He actually has been in his apartment about nine hours away from us most of it but is coming home this week for his birthday. Feeling a little sad for him as I’m sure being at home with his family was not how he planned it. Anyway long story short, I’m planning a big zoom party with all of his friends from Northern California, family from the East Coast and local friends as well. I thought it would be cute if they all wore T-shirts in his honor. But of course like always, I waited to the last minute. I called Desert promotional and within 24 hours I was picking up 30 custom designed T-shirts. They were probably the eighth or ninth company I called, and all the rest of them kind of giggled at my request. In addition, I’m a teacher with about 75 students right now and working nonstop. It was in the middle of class days and he was so easy and efficient to work with that all I had to do was click and approve. I told him what I wanted and he made a cute little design. The T-shirt quality is good quality and his prices are very reasonable. I coordinate a lot of volunteer events definitely be using some Somu and his business again. You can’t go wrong with Desert Promo.

I have worked with Desert Promotions for many years now. Not sure why I havent left a review, so here it goes. I just finished a large golf event, they did all the signs and trophies. The did a great job! The trophies were beautiful. What I enjoy most about working with them is they are friendly and make you feel comfortable when designing projects and the owner remembers customers by first name! Somu and his team are amazing! They are always timely, organized and deliver on time, even rush items. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic service and a great product! I had a rush order for a small batch of t-shirts that I needed custom printed, and after giving them a call, the process was super easy and fast. I asked for a quote for my order on Tuesday, and after providing them files, they took a look and sent back an invoice saying they could get it done by my deadline of Friday morning. I got the impression that they started right away, because on Wednesday afternoon, I got an email saying that the order was ready for pickup. (Thats basically 24 hrs from start to finish, and they were almost a day and a half early!) Somu and the staff were a pleasure to work with and Im very grateful they were able to turn my order around so quickly.

Somu and his team were fantastic! Very easy to communicate with and the product came out amazing! We ordered hats for our department and the very next day another department from our show was in the shop, getting hats of their own. Thanks again!

Exceptional Customer Service and Product!I would give Desert Promotional-Embroidery seven stars if possible for their exceptional customer service and help. On a Saturday before I had to leave town, I needed a replacement tablecloth printed with a custom logo for a professional conference. They were able to help set up my logo, had the tablecloth in stock, and provided me with the product in an hour and a half. I was amazed by the quality as well. I had expected a screen print, but with their new technology, the printing of the logo was integrated into the fabric. I will be able to wash and reuse this item for a very long time. I visited Desert Promotional-Embroidery to inquire about making t-shirts for a charity event I be part of in June. The staff there instantly helped pick the perfect t-shirt for screen printing and explained in detail the process. They also had someone review, clean up and adjust my artwork for the t-shirts. Everything was done with such care and absolute professional touches I would have been a fool to go anywhere else. My close friend and Jiu-Jitsu instructor passed away so I got shirts made to fundraise and honor his memory. They made the shirts in less then 24 hours for me. They do great work and Sumo is so friendly and caring! Great people.

I dropped off one lab coat on Monday the 11th to have two lines of simple text embroidery done. Was told ready on the 14th. I came at 4:30pm, end of day and was told my item isnt ready. I cannot believe it takes 4 days to complete this simple job. Very disappointed in my first and probably my only experience here

I came into to get decal for inside my rear window for my sons school. Told me it would be done in a week i show up not even statrted. So i order a nice jacket for my son i and wanted his name and school letters on front. Then i asked for eagles to be put on the back by neck he said it wouldnt work the material was rough there. Then he said no charge on decals. I show up the next week jacket done but No eagles on back then no decal again. He assks me to wait 5 mins. He had them make it right then wht was handed ne was cheap and unprofessionally done i left on counter. And walked out u get home looked at jacket same material that he put his name and school on the front was on back so he could have done eagles on back. I will never go back.

Best Promotion company is town. They took my logo from a 9 to a 10 just by paying attention to the details.
