Each time I go, the service is worse! I left my car 4 hours, took the Lyft both ways, then found out they hadnt called me to tell me what needed attention. Had to find my own car and couldnt so became angry, which I regret. I decided to call another place next day to get those services completed, they took me right in and kept me less than 2 hours. Only one of 3 listed by the dealership were actually needed!, and one that wasnt listed which was a cabin filter was needed. They showed me all that was listed and not needed, and what was actually needed! I spoke to the svc. mgr. while there, then called and asked him to call me, which he hasnt done! One more prepaid oil change and Im done with all the waiting, false recommendations, and an over crowded, lack of service dealership! I do not recommend Toyota of the Desert.

Wow... talk about a lonnnggg wait for my 1st service. I made an appointment and they still quoted me 3 hour wait for a tire rotate, and fill & check fluids. And the service advisor almost seemed as he didnt want me to get it done... basically said its only a tire rotation.

Toyota of the desert, quick, effective, knowledgeable, kind, always ready service. I bought a package which they call advantage package and I got 3 free oil changes and tire rotations and also multipoint inspection. I recommend this Toyota to all Toyota lovers👍

I always receive the best service from Toyota of the Desert! I have purchased five vehicles from Mariposa and have also had them all serviced through the service department there. The service manager Robert is always so kind and makes sure all of the customers are taken care of. Whether it’s routine maintenance or tire replacement they are always quick and efficient. All ofThe staff is very friendly. The facility is always clean and right now with all that’s going on, the employees are constantly wiping things down, wearing gloves and making sure that everything is as clean as possible. This definitely creates peace of mind. Thank you for always providing excellent service!

We maintain our Toyota vehicle here for the last several years and this is the worst dealer I’ve experienced. Unfriendly service- I feel like I’m inconveniencing them by being here. I make appointments and it means nothing because I still have to wait 3 hours for an oil change?
