Dropped my car off for a smog test.Was told it hadnt finished its drive cycle, and charged me 41 bucks.. But said next time(another $41.) they will see if its ready first. Later I found out other shopsas a courtesy, wont charge you if its not ready to be tested.

What should have been a quick visual inspection to determine non-compliance with the State turned into an hour and a half long process resulting in a Sorry, we had to fail you because of tampering and weve registered that with the state. I take no pleasure in this [but thanks for your money] and good luck getting it passed. Oh and the mysterious mechanic apparently discovered a 3rd catalytic converter that I (nor did any previous inspections) ever knew existed - ding apparently another tampering for good measure - yes registered that with the state as well. A quick visual inspection up front could have spared me the time wasted but then theyd have a hard time justifying the amount they charged me. Thanks for creating a bad situation for me as a customer where none existed prior to going to your place. THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED - CHOOSE ALTERNATIVE PLACES AND ONLY USE AS A LAST RESORT.

A big thank you to the technicians at Chevron and the owner Mark for taking special care of me. They were courteous, professional and reasonably priced for the services provided. I would highly recommend them for your smog needs.

Leaking oil filter.

The workers are very accommodating and helpful, gave me a bottle of water upon entry because it was 105 out. They did a great job and in a very timely manner as well! Will definitely be back.

I only wished I still lived in Palm Springs so I could take my personal vehicles me and my grandmother used to go there all the time since I was 13 and now Im 50 wow they have been there for such a long time and such wonderful service thank you so much

I went to Ramon Chevron for an oil change, they asked what kind of oil I wanted to use conventional/synthetic blend or full synthetic. I told them what I preferred. I didnt have to wait long like other places I have gone for oil changes. Maybe like thirty minutes even though I could see they were busy I was reassured by the Manager Mark that I would have my car ready asap. That made me feel good, like I was an important priority for them. When they finished with my oil change the Manager Mark said they checked all my fluids and tires, and said everything looks good. He said the job was completed and my vehicle was ready. He then thanked me for my business, and said I am looking forward to helping you in the future with any other service needs for your vehicle. The Chevron staff were polite and courteous they made me feel at home. I will definitely go back !

Had my work van towed in because it wouldnt start. They diagnosed the problem as a problem with the security system. They had to have an hour or more in time to diagnose and fix the problem. When I showed up to pay and pick up my van, Mark the owner said there was no charge! He called me three times to give me updates as the work progressed. Thank-you!!! (Sent him a gift card for a local restaurant)

I live closer to the gas station near the desert car wash in palm springs but prefer this one, which is why I drive to this one every time, good service and staff!

Worst experience ever! the manager at this gas station was rude disrespectful and made some racist comments towards me. I will never go back to that gas station.
