You have to wait four weeks before you can get your car serviced! Seriously?? Additionally, they typically never answer their phone, dont return messages and once you actually do get a service appointment....they are slow. Im in the market to buy a new car. I would never consider another Kia because of the horrible/non-existent service.

Lisa in the service dept is great. She explains clearly we hat work needs to be done and why. I like to deal with her because I trust her advice

I called the service department to make an appointment to have my car service. They never returned my call.

Cosmo was outstanding to work with and helped in every way I needed. Highly recommend him. Love my Optima!
