Great experience with the service department, as usual.. My service was handled by Jill, who is professional, friendly and very very knowledgeable...She handled my service call quickly and to my satisfaction with no problems whatsoever....Infiniti is lucky to have such a fine representative in service .. Highest of caliber.....that is not the case at most dealerships.. Dont hesitate to take your vehicle to this dealership you wont be talked down to or talked to over your head you will be handled with courtesy and advised what is going on in language you understand...

Do NOT consider purchasing from these guys. TWICE in three weeks I tried to purchase a used car from them with the first experience going like this: late spring in PS and it is HOT OUT - everyone is leaving/gone in the valley. We see a car coming back from the airport we like and test drive with Eli. Make an offer the next day and he gives the impression we stand a chance of closing the deal. Next am he says (conveniently) that 6 other parties are now interested and they think they can get full list. What a bunch of hogwash but we say good luck. THREE weeks later it is still there and my wife’s bday is coming so I make another offer. For four days there is cordial back and forth up to 4 pm when he says he is writing up my sale to finalize and will be sending to me. 90 minutes later I get a text that says they are selling to a wholesaler in Vegas at a pricepoint $500 over my offer! Shysters put a wholesaler ahead of a client, and the guy they screwed on the same car 3 weeks earlier. NEVER do business with this outfit. EVER!!!

The Service dept. is outstanding without a doubt.Jill and the guys are very understanding and caring. However the sales dept. is another story! Not one that I care to talk about much, What I will say is that when im ready to shop for my next infinity it most certainly will not be in Palm spring!! Service there is very unprofessional when it comes to buying or leasing a car. They certainly DO NOT TREAT EVERYBODY THE SAME!! Unless they know or feel that you have heavy pockets. Infinity of Ontario is the place to go to be treated like a normal human being.

We had a Volvo for years, my wife loved it. Service manager Rob Cress was incredibly efficient and friendly. any issue with the car was always quickly resolved. The Volvo store was recently combined with Infiniti. We went in to test drive a new Volvo because of our great experience with Rob. But we ended up leasing a new Infiniti. Sales person Davina Lessor and sales manager Steven Avalos were excellent. I got the price I wanted easily, no pressure and and an all around great sales experience. Store owner and managers should be proud of the great staff they have!

On 09/14/2018 I sent the paperwork back that we signed for the infiniti.I paid Infiniti Palm Springs a $13,000 down payment for the CPO 2015 Infiniti Q70L.The total cost of the Infiniti will be 33,000+ a 12% APR financing fee with ALLY Banking which will surpass the $33,000 that is being financed.Basically Infiniti Palm Springs committed consumer fraud by selling me a vehicle that had been previously damaged in a car accident without disclosing any information. The Carfax does not conclusively show that the car had been in a previous accident even though the vehicle shows clear signs of a shotty repair job. From the day that I sent the paperwork to the day that I received the vehicle, Infiniti Palm Springs procrastinated the delivery and I received the Infiniti finally on 09/23/2018.The minute I figured out that this 2015 Infiniti Q70L has obvious overspray and mismatched paint, I scheduled an appointment to the local Car Crafters body shop. Car Crafters were able to document everything that was wrong with this infiniti. On the initial inspection Car Crafters provided to me there is over $8000 worth of damage to the vehicle just by visual the inspecting the Infiniti.I have called manager Gordon Stuart and my initial contact to the dealership sales man Candelario multiple times requesting them to please resolve this issue.Manager Gordon Stuart has ignored my request to have the 2015 Infiniti Q70L repaired.I can actually look through my phone records and provide the numerous calls to Gordon Stuart or Candelario.One of the few times that Gordon Stuart answered the phone he told me to make a claim through my insurance even though he clearly knows that would be fraud because the damage wasnt sustained before I ever received my 2015 Infiniti Q70L.I even had to pay Garcia Infiniti here in New Mexico my local Infiniti dealership inspect my 2015 Infiniti Q70L and they told me that they could not warrantee the radar cruise control due to the previous damage.In conclusion, I would like to made whole. I would like to have a car that is not damaged since that was the deal that was agreed upon! I do not feel that its fair to pay full price for a vehicle that has $8,000 in undisclosed damage. I held up my end of the deal by sending my down payment and making my car payments in a timely fashion. If the damage had been fairly disclosed, there should have at minimum been a major discount off of the asking sale price. In fairness, I would have selected a different vehicle that did not have existing damage.Dont be ripped off by Infiniti Palm Springs when you buy a car online. As of today when Im posting this, Infiniti Palm Springs have not done anything over this matter and its already April 4, 2019

After months of trying to get my car smogged and dealing with the expense and wrong advice and information from two other mechanics my car finally got repaired correctly and runs like a champ. From first arriving at the dealership and then the whole process, we were treated with such professionalism and genuine care that was wonderful. The manager Jill was a delight and knowledgeable and the technician Andy knew his stuff..They gave us a quote and there were no surprises and they really worked with us to get the car taken care..Such peace of mind knowing the car is safe!,this team is spot on and I cant forget the gentleman who came and picked us up to shuttle us, Randy he was great as well..Thank you so much to the infinity Palm springs team!

This place also sells Volvo, and in my experience every Volvo dealership is a cut above others. I transport dealer trades for them and other dealerships and this is one of my favorites. They are honest to a t and the dealership is sparkling clean and laid out well with every amenity you can think of. No high pressure here - these guys listen and go out of their way to match you with the exact car you want. If you go in, ask to speak to Angelo Cascia or Steven Avila and tell them Jeremiah sent you!

High-end priced car that seems that they want to stick monitors up in the middle of the dash which is distracting and not the type of vehicle I would want. I purchased a car for my wife from Infiniti of Palm Springs in September 2019. Overall it was a positive experience and I even recommended the dealership to family members. But recently my opinion has changed and I thoroughly regret ever recommending this dealership. My problem started when I was contacted by The dealership informing me that the car they sold me had the incorrect license plates. Mind you, my wife had been driving this car around for months with plates that didn’t match the registration. Understandably, my wife was upset. This was a huge oversight on their part. After communicating with Steven, they agreed to send a representative to switch out the plates. When the representative arrived at my home, he only had one license plate. Every car requires a front and back license plate. It’s the law. I once again contacted Steven to let him know that we were still missing our front license plate. He offered to order one from the DMV but refused to offer us a loaner vehicle even though this situation was due to their negligence and a huge inconvenience to us. This was months ago and I have still yet to receive my front license plates and Steven is no longer returning my calls or texts. Their customer service is terrible and this situation has been nothing but a headache with no resolution is sight. Do not shop for a vehicle at Infiniti of Palm Springs. Take your business elsewhere. He also told me it’s really not against the law to drive a car without 2 license plates so he doesn’t know what the big deal is... I’ve also tired calling the dealership multiple times and still no phone calls back..After they promised me they would send me over this paper work ive asked for . I would be very careful of this dealership they are very shady and as long as you have the car you got and they got all your money they will not take care of you and have you drive around breaking the law..Because it’s “not really” the law to have those types of things on your car according to Stephen... I hope no one else ever has to deal with anything like this... I just got my plates today in the mail after 3 months of this... please take your hard earned money some where else!!!! And if anyone wants to see all the text messages please feel free to contact me I’ll send you over anything you want so you won’t have this experience I had with them!!!

Five star service! While on vacation from Sacramento, we had damage to one of our tires. They quickly ordered a new tire and installed it the next day. They also handled all the warranty paperwork so we didn’t have to. Thank you Jill and Kendall!

Just have to say that Palm Springs Infiniti is the absolute best dealership in the world! I got a call out of the blue from them on Sunday, saying they had some great deals they were offering and since Ive been a loyal customer and I only had about 8 months left on my lease, they could take my car back now and not rollover the 8 months of remaining payments and just hand me over a new car with lower payments and no out-of-pocket cost. I know, sounded too good to be true. They called me back Monday and said, All is a go, just bring your car down and sign the papers; well have your new car ready to go. I went down there, they showed me a car in the showroom and said mine was exactly the same, but was in the back being washed. I was only there 20 minutes, went outside, looked at my car, and it looked almost the same. Then all of a sudden I realized it wasnt. It was better. They gave me a fully loaded one, top of the line in its class, at no extra cost. At first, I thought it was a mistake on their part, so the salesman and I run in to talk to the finance guy, and he said, No mistake; we wanted you to have the best, and since youve been so loyal, we wanted to surprise you! Needless to say, I had tears in my eyes and hugged both the salesman and finance guy and started crying. I felt like I was making a commercial or something.

Most unreliable dealership Ive ever purchased a vehicle from....I purchased a used truck at this dealership at the end of last year (2018). About 2 weeks after I bought the truck I received a text message from my sales person, Zachary Richards, stating the dealership didnt weigh the truck and in order to have it registered I needed to take it to a location that weighs vehicles. After finally finding a location (no thanks to the dealership), I paid for the truck to be weighed and sent the dealership a copy of the certificate as requested. After another two weeks passed I received another message stating they needed the original certificate, not the copy like they originally requested. So I mailed the original certificate to the dealership. In the meantime the dealership stated they would reimburse me for cost of the certificate. However, after about a month and still not receiving the reimbursement check, I messaged the salesman again informing him of this. I was told they would mail out another check. This was in March and it is now the middle of May and I still have not received the reimbursement check.

Love, love, love Zack! No pressure salesman! We drove 2 hrs from San Diego and were greeted with a smile, cowboy boots/flannel/and jeans....honest and the new GM was really great to work with us to get our trade-in worked out. Definately going to tell everyone we know! Dealers in SD are unwilling to work with buyers, not here! Ask for Zack! Youll be glad you did!

Most unreliable service of any Infiniti dealer I have ever been to both on the East Coast and out West. In the past year I have brought my 2015 Q50 in to get a simple service preformed. Yet ever time I pick up my car something as minimal as a forgotten car wash, poor car wash, or unrelated new issue that was non existing beforehand is there to surprise me. Management has a very hands off approach and only when I matter is escalated do they step in. Their action is weak at best.In the past year alone, not including your basic missed or poor car wash, I have returned to pick up my car as well as my wife’s 2017 QX60 only to experience battery terminals not securely fastened, onboard computer issues, hood hook/ release issues, forgotten maintenance reminder resets, and power window track issues.There sales department is no better they have limited inventory and are not willing to work with you. I made the mistake of leasing our QX60 from them and bought out my lease on my Q50 both times their sneaky antics prevailed. Save yourself a headache and time, stay away unless you have no other choice.

This is the worst place to go try and buy a car my girlfriend and I went to this dealership to buy the Q60s, I was outside for about 15 minutes looking at the cars and no one came outside to even ask if I needed help. I went inside to look at the show cars and see if someone can help us, I was inside for at least 10 minutes and no one bother to ask if I needed help one employee came from an office and didn’t even bother to ask me either if I needed assistance, he passed by us twice and didn’t even greet us.

Service department is the worst!!! Cant get them to call me back ever. I have to keep calling them to check on my QX56. It has been there for 8 days now and it was only supposed to take 2 days. It was supposed to be finished last Friday. Jill Houska has called me one time since this started and that was last Thursday stating they are waiting on a parts that they were supposed to have overnight-ed to them on Thursday but they obviously didnt order it. Called Jill Houska again yesterday because they didnt call me and was told it would be finished today but no phone call or email. Called again today and left 2 messages for George Nassar, the service manager, and no return phone call and I still dont have my QX56 back. Go somewhere else.
