Stripped and refinished a table that had been painted. Took a little longer than originally estimated but the wait was worth it. Very satisfied with the results. Table looks like new at half the cost of a new one. I highly recommend Fineline for quality and professionalism.

I used this company to repair the side of a dresser that had a several inch crack at the bottom. They quoted me a price set the appointment with the customer did the repair. The customer was happy when it was initially done and because they have to sign a piece of paper right then and there saying that they are happy as anyone in the furniture business knows once the repair actually fully dries within a few days youre going to see the true result. Of course it was very obvious where this repair was done on the side of the dresser and it was something that you could not just ignore. So I emailed the company they did come back out and did a second repair which again looked good at the time but within a day or so the same exact thing. Didnt look good. It looks better than the 1st time but it still has where you can see the crack starting to come through again. Please be advised that I did email this company to let them know what the customer said sent them a picture and they pretty much said that isnt how we left it weve already been out there twice and were not going back out again. We dont know how this cracking is happening and almost insinuating that the customer had something to do with it by saying we dont know how or who is making the crack reappear. Very bad business practice. Ive dealt with many furniture companies and never have we been treated so poorly by a company to say our job is done. I did you a favor by fixing it 2 times for the same cost. This company obviously doesnt stand behind their work. They stated we are not going to repair it again. Im just posting this review to get people to be aware before you use this company do not sign off that you are happy with it until you know for sure that it is done correctly because we are $250 down the drain now for a repair that clearly is not satisfactory.
